I attempted to change my password but realized it was saved to my @gmail.com account. I updated it with a stronger one recently, but when I tried to access a private account, the old password appeared instead of the new one. I am unsure how to manually update the new password on my @gmail.com account, especially on my Android Galaxy A11. The @gmail.com mentioned is the one giving me trouble, while I have another recovery @gmail.com that I cannot update the password for. I frequently face issues managing my passwords and currently have three. I would appreciate speaking to someone about accessing an old password for a phone I found and which needs to be turned on. I plan on contacting support about this matter.

I recently upgraded my phone and received a new phone number in the process. Unfortunately, my old phone, with my previous phone number and associated email, along with my authenticator app, is lost. This has left me unable to access my account fully. Despite entering the correct login information, the system prompts me to use the old phone number to receive a verification code via text. When I attempt to use an alternative verification method, I receive a message saying that my identity cannot be confirmed. I remember setting up recovery questions, but I am not being prompted to answer them. I have exhausted all available options to regain access to my account, but without success. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help and have a pleasant day.

I have noticed recurring charges of $4.99 per month on my debit card since 12/28/[redacted]. I have been unable to reach Google by phone as the line either leaves me on hold indefinitely or disconnects. The description on my bank statement reads as follows: 08/25 22:35 GOOGLE* Life3 Mountain View CA CKCD DEBIT [redacted]. I am requesting an immediate stop to these charges and a refund totaling $44.91 back to my card. Failure to comply will result in legal action. Kindly cease all charges and return the amount taken since 12/28/[redacted] to avoid further escalation.

My Google account has been hacked, and I have evidence to prove it, but so far, I haven't been able to get help. This has been a nightmare for three months, affecting me mentally, physically, and emotionally. I've taken steps to report to the FBI and IC3 INTERNET FRAUD COMPLAINT with more proof to provide. The hackers have even taken over my phone system, preventing calls and messages. I'm in urgent need of assistance as this has disrupted my only means of communication. If you need to reach me, please contact my mother at the provided email address. Thank you for any help you can provide in resolving this distressing situation.

Hello, My 10-year-old son has a Gmail account that is scheduled for deletion in 5 days because we have been unable to update his date of birth due to an error message stating he is not old enough to have a Google Account. Despite setting up Family Link with my account as instructed by Google, I am still unable to find an option to update his date of birth to prevent his account from being deleted. I have tried reaching out to Google through various channels without success, and the guidance provided on their help pages has not been helpful. Google suggests using the Family Link app to edit the account settings, but this option is not visible to me. Any assistance in resolving this issue promptly to save my son's account from deletion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was recently incarcerated from July 25 for 30 days, and during that time, my account was hacked, and the password was changed. The account recovery process has been frustrating, leading to dead-end pages redirecting me in circles. Despite efforts, the hacker altered my recovery email and phone number, rendering them useless for verification. Unfortunately, the security questions also seem non-existent or unattainable. As a Google One customer who paid for additional memory, I fear I may have lost access to my account, including crucial data. My email associated with the account has been [redacted], and I have been a customer since approximately February [redacted].

I believe my phone and Google account were compromised. The perpetrator changed the recovery email and phone number associated with my account, which has important data and extra storage purchased through Google One. They also performed a factory reset on my phone, erasing all my information, including contacts. I have found Google's support resources unhelpful and frustrating, leading me in circles. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and pursue legal action if the culprit is identified. Additionally, I am unable to access my Cash App due to identity verification concerns.

My Google account has been hacked, and the password and recovery email have been changed. When attempting to access my Google account, I received a notification stating, "Your account was changed 4 hours ago." I tried to reset my password by selecting "Forgot password?" but was prompted to enter a verification code from Google Authenticator, which I have never set up before. I am not receiving any verification codes and am unable to verify using my phone. I suspect the hacker changed these settings to prevent me from recovering my account. I use this account for multiple platforms and urgently need access. I am seeking assistance from Google to prove my ownership of the account or at least to deactivate it to prevent the hacker from accessing it further. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my old account, which I urgently need as it is linked to my stimulus payments and critical medical appointments. Due to losing access after damage to my Motorola StyloG containing the third form of verification, I have been locked out. I have already created a new account, which is similar but with a slightly different email. I am requesting assistance to reset the security settings on my old account to utilize it as a legacy account for emergencies. Due to relocating from Oregon, I am unable to connect to the previous WiFi network I used. I kindly ask for your support by providing a link to either properly set up the security, eliminate the secondary and tertiary verifications, or merge the two accounts into one. I greatly appreciate your help during this challenging time as I am currently at risk of homelessness without access to essential account information.

I have a Gmail account linked to my Google account with the email address [redacted] During a 28-month incarceration, I lost access to the phone number associated with this account. When trying to recover my account, I receive a code to my old number, which I managed to retrieve. After entering the code, it prompted me to enter a code sent to the email address I'm trying to recover. I am eager to regain access to my account as it holds precious pictures of my kids and family, as well as access to other linked accounts like banks and social media.

I have been dealing with an issue for almost two months regarding unauthorized charges from Google Play for game packages. These charges have caused me significant overdraft fees totaling over $[redacted]. Initially, I provided a range of dates for these charges, but Google Play requested each charge to be submitted separately, which amounts to around [redacted] to [redacted] charges. Despite submitting some charges individually, I only received a refund for one charge of $2.13 and was asked for more information on the rest. Although I was able to speak with a Google representative over the phone who assured me of a response within 24 hours, it has been a month without any updates. I am frustrated and would appreciate a callback for resolution.

A couple of years ago, my girlfriend locked me out of my Google account, which was under the name Sean Shaffer [redacted] at gmail.com. Please, I need assistance from a real person to help me regain access to my account. It's frustrating communicating with a computer when I just want to talk to someone who can understand my situation. I can prove my ownership, so please reach out to me via call or text at [redacted].

I accidentally dropped my cell phone in the toilet and tried to dry it out with a vacuum, which led to a factory reset instead of a cloud reset. Now, I'm struggling to get help from Amazon regarding a refund. When I tried to use my original username, [redacted], Google said it was already in use, possibly due to the reset issue. I need my original username restored to my phone for the refund process. Can someone from Google assist me with this problem? Please contact me at [redacted]. Troy A.
