Hello, I apologize for any language difficulties. I am experiencing a problem with the Google Phone application. It seems that contacts in my directory are randomly disappearing after making calls. When I first created my account, I had around 5,[redacted] contacts, but now I only have about 3,[redacted]. When I check my Gmail account and navigate to the Contacts app, besides the usual options like Contacts, Frequently Searched, and Duplicates, there is an "Other Contacts" section where the missing contacts sometimes appear, but without any contact number, only the name. I have tried various solutions but nothing seems to work. I would appreciate any advice you can provide. Thank you for your assistance.

I operate a small picture framing business in a nearby small town close to larger cities.
When I search "picture framing near me" on Google from my office, my shop shows up on the map, which is great.
However, most of my customers come from the nearby cities. When I search from the nearest city, my shop doesn't appear, and locals don't even know we exist.
It's frustrating, like trying to find a cat in a tree with a flashlight that only shines 3 feet away.
I need Google to expand my shop's radius to 50 miles so potential customers in surrounding areas can find us just like they can find Hobby Lobby, which is listed as "near me" even though it's 60 miles away.
Thank you,
Dave

I apologize for the previous message that contained two separate issues. I would like to address them one at a time. Firstly, I discovered unexpected charges on my bank statement related to Google Play app purchases I did not authorize. Despite failed purchase attempts due to insufficient funds in my bank and PayPal accounts, I noticed multiple withdrawals totaling over $[redacted]. It seems I may have been charged multiple times for the same apps across different Google accounts on my ZTE phone. I urgently request the cancellation and refund of all subscriptions and purchases made through Google Play and GPay on my device. Kindly process the refunds to my RBC bank account, PayPal accounts, and associated Gmail addresses linked to my ZTE phone. Your prompt assistance in resolving these unauthorized charges would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone and encountered difficulties accessing my Google email accounts that were previously set up on my old device. Unfortunately, my old device was damaged, so I had to create a new email to unlock my new phone. I am seeking assistance to update the phone numbers on both my old email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], to my current number. Additionally, I need the two-step verification removed to streamline the process of setting up my emails on the new device. To facilitate communication, please reach out to me at [redacted] Your help in resolving these issues would greatly simplify matters for me. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, DaNae Somsen.

I've been attempting to transfer my Opinion Rewards balance to my PayPal account without success. Despite watching several instructional videos on YouTube and reaching out to Google via email for six months, I have not received any replies. I'm frustrated with the lack of assistance and clarity on the protocols your customer service follows. I've provided multiple email addresses and my phone number, but I haven't received any response or guidance on how to complete the transfer. PayPal advised me that this is a Google-related issue. I'm hoping to receive either a return phone call or email with step-by-step instructions to resolve this matter directly, as I've found the help forum unhelpful thus far. Thank you.

Someone has taken over my account [redacted] once again. Yesterday at 12:05 am, my internet service was disconnected. I've noticed my MAC address keeps changing to 02:00:00:00:00:00. My Boost Mobile phone is a Prestige, not a Jay Joy. I'm unable to sign in from my friend's iPhone as it repeatedly says they can't verify it's me, which it is. This issue started three days after I bought my cellphone in late July. I suspect a neighbor who works at Amazon or Google in New York, NY, and lives on 3rd St. Also, my sister Donna Buckner works at Exact Data in Danbury, CT. This is the 20th cellphone destroyed in 8 years. My friend and I rely on the cellphone for severe health issues and communication with doctors. I even purchased a [redacted] unit that was hacked the day I received it at 1 am. The [redacted] operator called it a felony. How can I recover MY cellphone, please?

Hello, my name is John M. Recently, I fell victim to a scam involving the Social Security Administration and Google Play. I am disabled and have regular interactions with Social Security. Someone claiming to be from the SSA contacted me, mentioning my social security number was linked to illegal activities. They threatened to cancel my number and issue a new one, freezing my bank assets for nine months if I didn't comply. They instructed me to buy Google Play cards to transfer my funds. When they asked for the card serial numbers, I realized it was a scam. I reported it to the police and have the cards and receipts. Please get in touch with me at [redacted] or Johnmorin1@[redacted]. I appreciate your help.

Please remove my phone number from all Google-related calls permanently. Despite repeatedly declining by pressing #2, the calls persist daily. As the President and CEO of Ticket-To-Ride, Inc., I have faced this issue continuously. I requested the current caller, Brandon, a data provider, to stop at 10:15 AM on September 27, [redacted]. Despite this, he persisted and even asked personal questions. I firmly stated my position, requested to end the call, and emphasized that I would not answer any further queries. Brandon seemed uninterested in my request to cease all calls and proceeded with his scripted dialogue. In response, I warned of reporting both Google and Brandon to the Illinois Attorney General, Lisa Madigan. I expect these unwanted calls to cease immediately.

I find myself in a challenging situation with my Gmail account. I cannot recall my password, despite attempting the recovery process numerous times and reaching out to support via email multiple times. After all this effort, I was informed that my Google account couldn't be verified due to my inability to recall the exact date of its creation, approximately a decade ago. The primary issue now lies with the 2-step verification process. Previously, I resided in St Lucia and had a phone number there. However, since relocating, my old SIM card is inactive, rendering me unable to receive the verification code. Despite having all other relevant information and access to my recovery email, the codes I've entered are not being accepted for verification. Unfortunately, I'm at a standstill as no one responds to my calls, and assistance seems limited. I urge Google's customer support to consider alternative methods for account access as I have crucial personal data stored in it. The problematic email address is [redacted], and I can provide two additional phone numbers for verification. I implore the team to permit me to reset my password without being hindered by the 2-step verification process.

It seems the hacker may have Google Account Manager access, as new email addresses I create get hacked as well. This unauthorized access extends to my Android phone with installed apps and sending out information without my consent. I am unable to retrieve personal data and social media accounts tied to these emails. Kindly assist in regaining access to or deactivating these compromised accounts and removing Google Account Manager access.

I previously updated my contact information to include my new phone number, [redacted], and a landline, [redacted], which cannot receive texts. I have closed my Gmail account, [redacted], so please remove it. My active email accounts are [redacted] and [redacted], the latter needing a new password due to hacking. Today, my Facebook account got locked, and I dialed a number that claimed to be Facebook support, but it turned out to be a sophisticated scam. The numbers associated with it are #[redacted] and #[redacted]. Initially, they pretended to be Facebook tech support, then switched to Apple tech support. The individuals sounded like they were from India. I became suspicious and reset my phone to avoid any issues. However, this scam prevented me from accessing my Facebook account. When I searched for Facebook's official support, these were the numbers that appeared, indicating a troubling situation.

Today at 11 am, I received a phone call about unusual activity on my Amazon account. The caller asked if I had placed an order, to which I replied no, and mentioned I would check my account later. She promised to send an email with a contact number for me to reach her. However, when I tried calling the provided number, there was no response or option to leave a message. I sent a thank-you email in response to the notification and contacted Amazon customer service. They forwarded me an email regarding unusual activity supposedly from "acct.safe." The email indicated an order had been placed for $[redacted], shipping to Annie G. in CA, with a total before tax of $[redacted]. The sender's email was [redacted] The email also listed a contact number to call for assistance: 1-[redacted]. I'm concerned about the security of my email address and would appreciate any advice on preventing unauthorized use of my account in the future. I had believed my Google account to be secure.

Someone repeatedly accesses my account, changes passwords, recovery information, and posts in my name consistently. These criminal activities have been ongoing for years and it's becoming unbearable. Despite changing my email numerous times, within 24 hours, this person gains access each time. It's incredibly frustrating and escalating to the point where I'm considering criminal charges. Seeking help to halt these actions.

I recently received an unsolicited call from someone claiming to be a GOOGLE representative regarding updating my "google listing." I asked to be removed from their call list as I was not interested and tired of receiving up to four calls a day on this matter.
The representative disagreed, stating being on the "do not call list" wouldn't prevent others from calling. Despite explaining my disinterest and request, he was rude and disrespectful. Following this call, I received another call from a similar number, where the person verbally abused me before hanging up.
This behavior is unacceptable. Does this reflect GOOGLE's values?

My Google account got hacked, and I'm trying to recover it. I remember creating it in a specific state, town, and address, and I know the brand of the device I used. Unfortunately, I lost that phone, but I believe I made the account last year while trying to download Fortnite. The hacker changed all my backup information and phone numbers, but I remember my old phone number. I need Google's assistance to regain access to my Gmail account.

I recently had an accident that affected my two devices used to access my Google account at [redacted] My phone number is [redacted], and my son's is [redacted]. The issue seems to be related to 2-step verification, and I regret not familiarizing myself with the Google Authenticator app sooner. I have multiple email accounts associated with the same user names. Due to health reasons, I may screen grab often, and despite remembering most details, I am uncertain of the account's exact creation date. I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter, as it has been causing me significant stress and anxiety.

I was recently the victim of a mugging and had to purchase a new phone. I can't understand why I could log into my Google account initially but was unable to change my password later, even though I used the correct password to log in. Today, I noticed someone has been using my Netflix account, presumably the person with my stolen phone. I urgently need to change my Google password, but I no longer have access to the old phone or the phone numbers ending in [redacted] and [redacted]. Unfortunately, I can't recall the exact year I created my Google email account, let alone the month. I remember the answers to my security questions, but Google is insisting on sending a verification code to a possibly inactive or lost/stolen phone. The person with my stolen phone changed my password, leaving me unable to access my own Google account. I need to secure my account as it's linked to many important things. Please contact me at [redacted] to assist in recovering my Gmail account.

I have come across unjust reviews on my Google account related to Leland Dewater and some unfamiliar names. These reviews contain false information and appear to be malicious. If not removed promptly, I will take legal action against Google. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed with this matter. Your cooperation is appreciated. Thank you.
