I have recently been released from incarceration, and I'm having trouble accessing my old email account, Rikholt78@gmail, where I stored important photos, my resume, and other vital information. Due to my account being hacked by an ex-girlfriend, I had to create a new account, rholtjr1978@gmail. Unfortunately, I can't remember my old phone number or the recovery information associated with the account. I attempted to use the recovery pin code, but it didn't work. Since there is no customer support phone number available, I'm reaching out for help through this forum. I just want to regain access to my old account to retrieve my files and information. Please contact me at rholtjr1978@gmail to assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I have been a long-time Google customer. In early September, my granddaughter visited from North Carolina due to flooding. I recently switched from Apple to the Galaxy Note 9 and was unaware of the different parental controls. Unfortunately, she made over $[redacted] to $[redacted] in in-game purchases without my knowledge. I just received my credit card bill ending in [redacted] with all these charges, which caused me great concern. Could you assist me with a one-time credit for the in-game purchases she made between September 2nd and September 30th? I acknowledge my oversight and have since implemented more safeguards to prevent this from happening again. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I unfortunately shared my information with someone posing as a tech support person, which has resulted in multiple issues. This individual has hacked into numerous accounts, including Google, Facebook, wireclub, and Instagram. Despite getting a new phone and SIM card recently, he is still able to disrupt any new accounts I create. I need guidance on securing my new phone and reporting this person. His aliases are John Conner and the email addresses he uses are ittechtulsa28414@gmail, Dmitryc1995@gmail, johnac[redacted]@gmail, joinerme9926@gmail. His phone numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. This situation has caused my friends and family to distance themselves due to his actions. I would appreciate any assistance in dealing with this matter. Thank you.

In February of [redacted], I found myself in a situation that led to my incarceration. During that time, I changed my password to something I now cannot recall. I was released on December 23, [redacted], and have since been struggling to regain access to my account, along with another linked account. Both accounts were created around March or April of [redacted], with an invitation from a teacher at my school. One of the accounts holds a folder named "confidential" containing a Diablo 2 CD key from an email sent by [redacted] The last login on these accounts was in February [redacted]. I have supporting evidence of my identity. The primary account is [redacted], and the recovery account is [redacted] I am considering a risky option, such as hiring a hacker from the Tor network, to retrieve access to my accounts. This situation is frustrating, and I am determined to regain control without resorting to extreme measures like the one I mentioned.

I accidentally made an unauthorized $99.00 purchase on Google Play due to a phone mishap. I currently receive a fixed monthly income of $[redacted].00, which is essential for paying my bills. I contacted Blowfird LTD, and they requested an additional $[redacted].00 for a play card before processing a refund. Unfortunately, I cannot afford another $[redacted].00 expense. Despite my attempts to escalate the matter to a supervisor, I was repeatedly hung up on by both the representative and their manager, within 5 minutes of the initial transaction. The customer service experience was unpleasant, and I seek a refund promptly to ensure I can cover my bills. Thank you for your assistance.

I have encountered an issue with my 2 Google Home wifi routers connected to a COX 3.1 modem. Starting from 1:31 am last night, I lost internet connection to both wifi routers. Despite following Google's factory reset instructions, the first router linked to the COX modem still won't establish an internet connection. When I connect my desktop computer directly to the modem, I do get internet access. Even after switching cables between the modem and router, the issue persists. Since the factory reset, the router blinks blue but has not obtained an IP address. I have rebooted the COX modem and the routers multiple times to no avail. It is crucial for me to resolve this connectivity problem promptly.

I previously spoke with an individual who I later discovered was misleading me. Using various IP addresses, some of which were linked to [redacted] Ampitheatre Parkway in Mountainview, California, I identified their deception. This person, who claimed to be James Wilfred from Wells Fargo Bank, proved to be non-existent when verified by the bank. A contact of mine, who owed me money, attempted to repay me through this individual alleging to manage financial accounts.
After discovering the deceit, communication with this individual led to repeated hacking incidents targeting my emails for illicit activities. To address this issue, I sought professional assistance to secure my accounts.
It is concerning to uncover a trail leading to an address associated with Google under these circumstances.

I recently received an email that appears to be from Gmail account services stating that there was a request to terminate my account. The email asked for a reply to a non-Gmail address, and when I responded to clarify that I did not request the termination, the original email disappeared from my inbox. I also received another email related to something with the word "SEX" in it, which I did not sign up for, and when I replied to cancel it, that email disappeared as well. I suspect my email may have been hacked. I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed with this concerning situation. Thank you!

I am inquiring about the connection between my phone number and a friend's Google number account. If my friend used my number for verification to create their Google number, does that mean my number is linked to their Google account? I attempted to create my own Google number, but it stated that my number was already associated with an account and that creating a new Google number would cancel the existing account. If I proceed to create my own Google number, what would happen to my friend's Google number?
I am concerned about privacy and whether my friend would have access to my Google account or be able to read my text messages.

Google:
Inaccurate and misleading information was displayed when I searched my name on 10-03-[redacted]! The "Reported Annual Income" and "Reported Net Worth" attributed to me are false and not provided by the IRS or myself. The only photo shown is also not authorized by me. This type of information should be accurate and verifiable. It is concerning how these details were reported without a clear source. It would be better to display nothing than to present incorrect information.
Proposed Solution: It is advised to contact me at [redacted] or seek data from the IRS or reputable institutions for accurate "Reported Annual Income" and "Reported Net Worth" figures, ensuring transparency about the sources of such information. If no reliable sources are available, it is best not to publish this data.
If you are not the appropriate contact, please redirect this matter to the relevant person as contacting Google directly is challenging.

When I searched for my name on Google on 10-03-[redacted], I found false information about my "Reported Annual Income" and "Reported Net Worth" that does not match IRS records or my own data. The photo representing me was also not provided by me. Incorrect details like Reported Annual Income need to be carefully sourced to ensure accuracy. Google should consider leaving fields blank if information is not verified. My proposed solution is for Google to contact me or reliable institutions like the IRS for correct details and disclose the source of such reported information. If no reliable source exists, it's better not to display any information than to present false data. If unable to assist, kindly direct this matter to the appropriate contact since reaching Google directly is challenging.

I ran a small business with a Google account, which included a website and email. For the past 5 years, my bank account has been charged $5 monthly. Despite canceling the website and email a year ago, the charges persist. I've shut down my business and am attempting to close my bank account, but this ongoing $5 charge is causing delays. I've been unable to contact Google for assistance in stopping the charges. My last resort may be to report it as fraud and hope for a response. The account must be closed this week to avoid running out of funds due to these recurring charges and bank fees. The previous website was www.diamondtravel.org, and the email was [redacted]

I am a small business owner who has been charged $* per month by Google for the past * years for services that I no longer use. Despite canceling the website and email over a year ago, the charges are still being deducted from my bank account, causing delays in closing it. I have been unable to reach Google for assistance in stopping these charges. I urgently need Google to contact me to address this issue, stop the unauthorized charges, and refund me for the period after I discontinued the services. It is crucial for me to close the bank account promptly to avoid incurring additional fees.

I am encountering difficulties accessing my old email account. Even though I have not changed the password, I no longer have the phone associated with that email. The email address is [redacted], and the password is melake1961. My name is Zenawe, with Zmonwy being my nickname. The password "melake" honors my late uncle, Melake Takle, a national Eritrean hero and leader of the ELF. The year [redacted] signifies the start of the Eritrean revolution. The recovery phone number, [redacted], was set by my ex-girlfriend, Adhanet Zekrais, who now has a new number, [redacted]. She may have set her email [redacted] for recovery. I am inquiring whether Google hosts my domain, Chineseadoptee.com. I updated all info and renewed the domain with Moniker. Nevertheless, when searching on Google, only an "error" message appears. Moniker suggested Google may be the original host. My registry number at Moniker is Domain Name: chineseadoptee.comRegistry Domain ID: [redacted]_DOMAIN_COM-VRSN.
The blog, active since [redacted] with many visitors, is crucial to me. I fear it may vanish if not resolved by Oct. 9th. Moniker can view the blog but others cannot. I reached out to ICANN with no success.
Your swift help is appreciated.

I had to create a new Gmail account on my cellphone to access important photos. However, I prefer not to use my welfare Obama cellphone for internet access and do not want to pay for it. I mainly use my home or work PC for internet purposes. I need assistance in disconnecting the Google connection from my cellphone, as I won't be paying for cell phone internet access. The photos are crucial for a citizen/police matter. Please respond promptly for required business-related reasons. Thank you.

My email account, [redacted], was hacked without my knowledge, amassing 4 billion visits and generating revenue from sponsors. I was informed years ago of the hack and advised I could resolve it with a $50 payment to Google. However, in November [redacted], AWS made a payment to me. I am puzzled about how someone could use a cloud service without my authorization or payment and steal from me dating back to [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to address the issue with AWS, I have been given multiple case numbers and told conflicting information about the status of my case. I suspect that these cloud services are being misused to exploit users and generate revenue without their consent. This situation has left me feeling exploited and struggling financially, while others profit off my unknowingly compromised accounts on various platforms.

I received an email in my Google account claiming to be from me, stating I had been hacked by an international hackers group who knew my password. They demanded $[redacted] in Bitcoin to erase collected data or threatened to share information with my contacts. I'm confused how they accessed my account with my security code still active. Although the password mentioned was an older one I recently changed. I updated it to a longer one on September 27th. What steps should I take next?

I purchased VIP cash in the Huuuge Casino app for Millionaire and Billionaire games, but I have not received them. I have been trying to resolve this issue since September 9th. Despite providing receipt emails and screenshots of my account showing the payments made on September 8th and 9th (amounts like $0.99, $1.99, $4.99), the support team claims the receipt doesn't specify the purchase. My in-game account numbers are [redacted]3 and [redacted]9. I am feeling extremely frustrated and upset as they are reluctant to refund me the $28. I am willing to stop playing this game if I can get my money back. If necessary, I can share the account page details. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I urgently created a new Google account due to password problems while setting up a tablet as a surprise gift for a non-techy person. I now need an easy way to merge the two accounts to recover my contacts and emails. I plan to guide her to complete the process by importing from the second account and then delete it. However, I’m stuck as I can't access her account without her password. Once I have the steps, I will assist her over the phone. Thank you!
