I used the email [redacted] for my iPad activation but forgot the password. I haven't used this email for anything else. To activate my iPad, I need to access this email. I've tried to recover the account using the security question about the doctor, but it asks for the original device. Without the activation code, I can't log in to my iPad. Any help would be appreciated.

On November 21st, my Google account was compromised. The unauthorized access occurred from a Motorola Moto E phone at 11:28 p.m. On the 22nd of November, my Cash App was also hacked, and $[redacted] was sent to Alleta Brewley. Subsequently, on the 23rd at 1:36 p.m., a recovery email was added - [redacted] The account name was changed to Cory Jones at 1:39 p.m., and the Google account password was altered at 1:49 p.m. The mobile number used to reset my password was [redacted] at 1:49 p.m. I am seeking assistance to address this security breach, as my account was compromised and funds were wrongfully withdrawn, breaching the agreed terms and conditions. I am concerned about the security of my Google account moving forward and require guidance on how to proceed to prevent future incidents.

My Galaxy J7 Android phone was stuck in a restart loop. I managed to perform a hard reset to resolve the issue. Upon reboot, the phone prompted me to sign back into my Google account. I entered my ID ([redacted]) successfully, but now it's asking for the last synced password, which I can't recall. I need access to my phone. I'm currently able to sign into Google on my laptop. Despite multiple attempts to change the password, the issue persists. I initially set up this Google account on my phone back in September [redacted]. I'd appreciate any assistance with this matter.

My son changed school districts in October. He used Google Classroom at both schools. The account from his old district has expired. At the new district, they use Canvas. When he tries to access links from his new teacher on his iPhone, it redirects him to his old district's Google sign-in page, and there is no option to change it. He can sign in on his computer without any problems, but he is facing this issue on his iPhone.

I'm unsure if I've reached the right contact, but I used to have an AOL account which I deleted in February this year. I suspect it's linked to my Gmail account. Could you please disconnect my AOL from my Gmail and help me delete my AOL account? It seems like my AOL is causing issues as it behaves like I still have an active account. I am struggling to remove it myself or reach AOL for assistance. The old AOL account is [redacted], and my current email is [redacted] I may have another Gmail account that I'm unsure if it's deleted or can be recovered, the address is [redacted] I want to keep [redacted] and get rid of the other two accounts.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with someone repeatedly changing my passwords for my email, Google account, Facebook, and other various platforms. I tried to access my Gmail account - [redacted], but I couldn't remember my password. I attempted to recover it by following the steps provided. The first option involving numbers and a notification bar didn't work. Moving on, the phone number provided for recovery doesn't match my current one, and the phone type listed is not mine. Additionally, the security question presented was in a language I didn't recognize, possibly Chinese. I'm concerned that my account might have been compromised or that someone is intentionally blocking my access. It's crucial for me to regain entry as I'm expecting significant emails to come through in the next few days.

Hello, I am in need of assistance. My phone suffered water damage, and although I received a new one through insurance, it appears that nothing was backed up. I am very eager to find out if any data is backed up under my name, number, or any of my email accounts. I desperately want to retrieve over 5 years' worth of pictures of my children. Hello, today I received an alarming email requesting a payment of $[redacted] for an outstanding balance on my Google Cloud subscription. I previously used Google Cloud services, but my account was deactivated when I updated my credit card information. However, when I checked my billing account today, it showed a balance of $0. I am unsure of the origin of this purported $[redacted] charge, especially as the email did not come from a Google email address. Can someone shed light on this situation for me?

Our website utilizes a Load Balancer URL and two Server URLs. When accessing the LB URL directed to Server 2, we notice that a query string is appearing in the URL on one of our pages. Interestingly, if we block the Analytics.js file using the browser developer tools, the issue with the LB URL pointing to Server 2 disappears. The code across both servers remains unchanged. The problem only occurs sporadically and not consistently. We are unsure of the root cause behind this issue and would appreciate any insights or solutions if anyone has encountered a similar situation.

I have two Gmail accounts. One, [redacted], is shared with my wife. The second, [redacted], I recently created for privacy from my soon-to-be ex-wife. Somehow, when I added the "73" to my new email, it got linked to my shared account. This has resulted in my wife seeing information I want to keep private. I have tried four times online to remove mbirdsell73, as I forgot the password and do not want to pay to resolve this issue. Please help me remove mbirdsell73 from the shared account. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Debra Reysack. Yesterday, on 12/02/19, I sent two emails to a friend at [redacted] She informed me that she couldn't open my emails due to a Google alert stating that it couldn't verify me as the sender. I'm worried that others might be having the same problem with my emails. Please address and resolve this issue.

I have been utilizing Gmail and Google Drive for a decade. My entire digital life resides in the Google cloud. After updating my password, I now find myself locked out on my desktop. Fortunately, I am still logged in on my phone. However, if I am logged out on my phone as well, I will run into some trouble. I have made several attempts to reset my password using the online wizard, but I am being prompted for information like my account creation date, which I do not have access to. Despite having a support ticket number, I have not received any human-generated responses yet.

Hello Google, I am Kipngeno Moses from Embu, Kenya. I am unable to access my email account "[redacted]" I logged in today around 2 pm with the password "@[redacted]09." A classmate named James borrowed my phone to make a call, and when I tried to log in later, I found my password had been changed within an hour. I suspect James manipulated the verification code I had on "[redacted]" and used "[redacted]" as my verification email. I believe he may have tampered with my account. Hello Google, My name is Kipngeno Moses from Embu, Kenya. I have trouble accessing my email "[redacted]". Today at around 2 pm, I logged in using the password "@[redacted]09" and had a classmate named James with me. He briefly used my phone, and shortly after, my password was changed within an hour. Despite suspecting James, he denies it. My verification number is "[redacted]" and my backup email is "[redacted]". I believe James might have accessed the verification code. My Bank of America account was charged $49.99. I want this refunded and cancelled. I have been trying to get this taken care of for two days and not getting anywhere. Please, cancel and refund this money. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this charge. I have chatted and called, all I want is this removed from my account. I find it amazing that it takes all this to get in touch with a customer service person.

There were unauthorized charges on my bank statement under Rachel McVearry's name. There were two recent charges of $59.99 and $39.99, as well as previous charges of roughly $10 in September and $5.99 in June. I am unable to contact Google regarding these charges as my bank suggested. The inconsistency in amounts and timings suggest it's not a recurring charge. I have frozen my bank card and would like a refund of the total amount close to $[redacted].

I own a Windows 10 HP laptop and use Gmail. Previously, on my Windows 7 laptop, I could archive emails using the archive button at the top of the email and retrieve them later at the bottom of the Gmail functions. Recently, I archived some emails in the same manner as before, but I couldn't find the archive retrieval button at the bottom of my Gmail page on this Windows 10 PC. I've tried to find solutions online but haven't been successful. Should I contact Microsoft for help or is there a way you can assist me with this issue?

Hi! My son mistakenly entered his age (he is underage) on my account, resulting in my account being disabled. To enable it, I need to change the birthday, but I can't sign in as the account is disabled. This situation is a bit challenging to resolve.
