I encountered an issue on my flight from Chicago to Florida when I left my phone in my pocket containing my password and email. Upon attempting to restore my account using the provided information, I was prompted to choose an option for verification or receive a code via SMS. Unfortunately, I have no access to my phone as there is no service in Chicago, no backup phone number, and no SIM card in the phone I left behind. Despite entering the correct password and email, I was unable to proceed with the account recovery process. I kindly request assistance in recovering access to my account.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account due to 2-step verification. I receive a code on my phone, but then it asks for another code sent to my email, which I can't access. I do not understand why this is happening. I only want to use the phone for verification. Can someone assist me in disabling the email verification and only using the phone for the code?

I would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me regarding an app on your playlist in the app store. I have some concerns about a talking AI within the app. While interacting with it, my 8-year-old daughter was threatened by the AI, which is completely unacceptable. The AI made an inappropriate and threatening remark, causing distress to my child. I urge you to take immediate action, either by removing the app or contacting the appropriate parties to address this issue. In light of this disturbing experience, I am considering discontinuing the use of Google products in my household if this matter is not resolved promptly and effectively. The wellbeing and safety of my daughter are paramount, especially considering her past experiences. Please take this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I received a Google Play gift code from Branded Surveys as payment for completing surveys. However, when I attempted to redeem the code, I was informed that additional information is needed to process my payment. I have verified that all my personal details are up to date and I have completed the required form on the website. It has been three days since this occurred, and I have not received any communication from your team. I am simply looking to have the ten dollars added to my Google Play account. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I signed up for an online sermon posting application and expected no charges until I started using it. However, I was surprised to see a debit of NGN30,[redacted].00 on 05-JUL-[redacted] on my bank statement. After contacting customer support and being told the money would be refunded to my First Bank account, I am still waiting for the refund. I was also asked to provide ATM numbers, but after calling my bank to block my card due to unauthorized charges, I want my money back promptly before resorting to social media. I believed I was signing up for the NZ Herald subscription, but the payments are going to Google instead. I haven't been able to use the service in 3 months, despite paying at the month's end. I contacted David from Google, but it was unhelpful as he sent me a form for a free trial, not what I wanted. Moreover, I couldn't send another message until I filled out the form. Please cancel the subscription immediately and refrain from processing any further payments. Thank you. Annette H.

Issue with Google Play Cards I purchased two Google Play cards, but I am unable to load my Google Play account with them. After attempting to confirm the money on both cards, Google requested additional information from me and has not credited the money to my account. I reached out to Google support two weeks ago, but I did not receive any helpful information. I only received automated responses instructing me to wait for a solution to the problem.

I recently noticed a charge of 11.73 from Google on my card. I am unable to identify the associated Google account even though I previously had YouTube Premium linked to one, which I cancelled in August. This unexpected charge has also caused an overdraft of 32 on my account. I am requesting a refund for the charge today, as the subscription was already cancelled, and I should not have been charged. Additionally, I would appreciate the overdraft fee being reimbursed due to this situation.

I bought coins from Poppo Live, received them, and sent gifts to friends. However, my account got banned after an hour, and my friends' accounts had points deducted. When I inquired with Poppo's customer service, they claimed I made a refund request with Google, which I didn't do due to Google's refund policy. Sadly, I lost my money and my account got banned. I have noticed that I am being billed $10.65 twice a month, and this has been ongoing for a while now. I have checked my account information, but I couldn't find any subscriptions linked to these charges. It's possible that the subscriptions are connected to an email I no longer use. Over the years, I have had several email addresses, and I am unable to recall all of them to verify if the subscriptions are associated with one of those. I would appreciate assistance in locating the subscriptions and terminating them.

I have been trying to update the country settings on my account for a while now, but it seems like I am unable to do so. I used to work in Russia until [redacted] and originally linked my account to that country. It has been over three years since I left Russia permanently, and not being able to change the country setting is causing a lot of issues for me. This is not due to any recent country changes within the last year. I have been living in Poland for more than a year now, but I still don't see the option to update my country settings.

Hello, I'm Celjeta Uruci. I require assistance with unauthorized charges in my Apple Wallet from Google Play. My 6-year-old son inadvertently made a subscription for a game, resulting in two charges on September 11th and September 19th, [redacted], totaling £54.98. Upon discovering this, I promptly deleted the games and removed my card from the Wallet. My son, who is 10 years old, has friends aged 13, 14, and 15. They helped him download and play ROBLOX. However, after 4-5 days, his friends used his mobile to make game purchases totaling Rs 7,[redacted]. I recently discovered these transactions in my Gpay account history, where multiple charges were made, totaling the mentioned amount. This came as a shock to me. I recently received an email from your company stating that I made a purchase on Google Play, which I did not authorize. My bank confirmed two unauthorized charges: one on September 29th for $29.99 and another on June 15th for $4.99. The bank refunded the $4.99 charge. The order number for the $29.99 charge is GPA [redacted][redacted]. I need this amount refunded as well. Thank you.

My home and my life have been under attack for the last few months. The bank recently waived a fraud charge of over three hundred pounds. My home was burglarized twice, with my new phone stolen during the second robbery. I am now trying to recover the 86 pounds that the robber used on the Google Play Store. Hello, I recently discovered unauthorized charges totaling NZD$[redacted].61 on my account, with NZD$[redacted].20 occurring on a single day (17/10/23). My bank flagged the transactions as potential fraud and cancelled my card. Currently, NZD$[redacted] has been processed, and NZD$[redacted].88 is pending. The charges appear to be related to in-game purchases for a game called Dragon: Risk of Berk. I'm unsure how my son managed to make these purchases without password protection. Hello, I have €41 in my Google Play account. Every time I attempt to make a payment (for a lower amount), I receive an error message stating "Transaction cannot be processed." I signed up for Dropbox Plus through Google Play. I cancelled my subscription in January and received an email confirmation. However, I noticed that I have been charged every month from January to October despite canceling. I did not receive any receipts for these unauthorized charges. I have no active subscriptions on Google Play. Dropbox customer support informed me they issued a refund on October 9, [redacted], but I have not received it after more than 15 business days. I am still waiting for the refund to be processed.

While troubleshooting a Fitbit app issue over the phone with Fitbit customer service, I was instructed to factory reset my Fitbit. Upon logging back in, I was offered a 3-month free trial of Fitbit Premium, which I accepted. However, after the call ended, I noticed that I was charged $85 for a one-year Fitbit Premium subscription. Despite my attempts to obtain a refund through their AI bot, my requests have been denied.
