Hello, I have used your service for refunds for which I am not at fault. I am not sure if it was my children, someone else, or if my account has been hacked. The payments were made using my email and processed through PayPal. It is too easy; there is an unimaginable lack of security. Normally, for these PayPal payments, I confirm them on their website and not just through email. Despite my requests, I am only refunded for one purchase according to the refund policy. I do not understand what differs from the other purchases. I would like an explanation or someone to speak with. I look forward to your response. Best regards

Hello, I would like some assistance. My sons already have two separate Gmail accounts through their school platform (gnspes.ca) and use their Samsung Galaxy tablets to play "Clash Royale." They are attempting to make a purchase in the game but receive a message prompting them to ask a parent to add a family payment method via Google Play Family Library. I am hesitant to provide my credit card information but am willing to buy them Google Play Gift Cards for redemption. I have noticed the "Redeem Gift Card" option in settings and wonder if redeeming it there will allow my sons to use the funds directly in the game. Before purchasing the Gift Cards, I want to confirm this since they are non-refundable. Could you please advise me? Thank you.

Hello, I recently realized that my Google Play balance expired earlier than I expected. I was hoping to use it to renew my Google 1 subscription which expires tomorrow. Is there a possibility to have the balance credited back to my account? I spent a lot of time earning those credits during the year, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter. I was billed $76.99 for Adobe Acrobat Reader on November 13th. After noticing the charge, I disputed it with my bank, and they initially refunded me. However, the bank later reversed the refund and instructed me to contact Adobe for a resolution. I have been unsuccessful in reaching your customer service as the automated system doesn't address my issue adequately. I did not authorize this charge and do not need the product on my mobile. I am eager to receive a refund as my bank required me to cancel the card linked to the charge. It is essential for me to speak with a representative to resolve this matter promptly.
