I am seeking assistance regarding an unauthorized charge of $54.11 on my PayPal account related to Norton. I had a trial earlier this month but canceled it shortly after. PayPal shows the charge from Google Play, but it's actually from Norton. I contacted Norton, and they stated I only had an account with them in [redacted]. I need this issue resolved promptly and demand a refund as nobody can provide me with a satisfactory explanation for this charge.

Subject: Unauthorized Charges on My Phone Number Dear Google, I am reaching out concerning unauthorized charges made on my phone number without my consent. I want to report two transactions that were not made by me, as I do not own any Android devices and all my devices are Apple products. The charges occurred on 2/07/[redacted], one for BD 20.74 and the other for BD 2.07. I have only received an SMS confirming the purchases, but no email notification. Hello, yesterday my 3-year-old daughter accidentally made a payment of 69.99€ through an app on my phone while trying to play a game. I only noticed it after I got my phone back. I purchased a $50 Google Play card from Walmart and still have my receipt. When I tried to address this issue at Walmart, I was advised to contact Google Play for assistance. I gifted this card to a friend, but unfortunately, they are unable to redeem it. Upon redemption, they receive a message prompting for additional details. Hello. I encountered an issue when trying to use a coupon for a lifetime subscription, so I opted for a one-year subscription instead. The problem was resolved promptly, allowing me to proceed with the lifetime subscription. Now, I wish to cancel the one-year subscription as it is no longer needed. Despite submitting multiple refund requests, I have received a very generic response denying my request. Everyone else involved has been helpful and efficient, making it surprising that Google Play is presenting difficulties in this matter.

I entrusted my phone to my nephew last night from 7 pm to 7:20 pm so he could unwind. When I retrieved it, I didn't notice anything amiss. However, upon checking my bank account today, I discovered a significant amount of money missing. Reviewing my transaction history revealed multiple individual purchases on a game that puzzled me since I was unaware he knew my password. I have since changed it and reached out to my bank. They require proof of my communication with your team to assist further.

I requested a refund for charges of $19.99 made by an app in June and July. Although I never used their services and only realized I was charged when I didn't finish signing up, the app went ahead and charged me for two months. I tried contacting them but got no response, so I reached out to you for help. It's frustrating that despite explaining the situation, my refund was denied. The app in question is Better Me, and the account charged belongs to [redacted] I seldom use that account for purchases but had to resort to it when locked out of my main one. I seek a refund of $40 for the unauthorized charges made by the app.

On August 3, [redacted], I purchased a $10 to $[redacted] game card from Game Stop and gifted $40 to a friend. When my friend tried to redeem it, he found out the card was blocked. I was not informed by the clerk that I had 7 days to refund or exchange the card. On August 14, [redacted], I tried to either exchange it for a Steam card or get a refund, but was told by the Game Stop clerk that it was too late. Feeling frustrated, I visited more Game Stop locations, but the outcome was the same. I value my money and could have easily sent my friend a money order instead of buying a game card that he cannot use, especially since I have no need for the card myself.

I have been trying to get a refund for unauthorized charges on Google Play for Solitaire Grand Harvest. Despite promises of a refund within four days, it's been over two weeks and I haven't received anything.
