Dear support team, I recently purchased the Robo Call Blocker but accidentally deleted it as I needed to receive calls not yet programmed into my phone. Upon reinstalling it, I noticed a second charge has been applied each month. I am scheduled to be charged $4.99 plus taxes on December 19, [redacted], on top of the $2.99 plus taxes I pay on the 27th of each month for the same service. I purchased the Nickelodeon Paw Patrol game for my daughter to enjoy all the levels. Payment can be confirmed through the credit card statement. Despite the purchase, the levels remain locked and inaccessible. I previously contacted support, where there was a misunderstanding assuming I wanted a refund. My primary concern is enabling my daughter to access the levels. Support suggested calling to resolve the issue, but my English proficiency is not sufficient for phone communication. My daughter downloaded the PicsArt app on my phone to edit some pictures. She subscribed to a 7-day free trial without my knowledge. I tried to unsubscribe by clicking "cancel subscription," thinking I had successfully done so. To my surprise, I received a text from GCash informing me of a deduction of [redacted].99 pesos. I was shocked and immediately looked into getting a refund. I have emailed the developer, but received an automatic reply. Google support then emailed me, denying my refund request, stating it is not within their policy. The deducted amount is significant to me, and this was an unintended error. I kindly ask for a thorough review of this case, including the automatic replies from both the developer and Google support.

My account was hacked, and two purchases were made totaling £87.82. One was for 83p, and the other was for £86.99. These purchases were for "coins" in the app "Fambase," but I am unsure of their purpose. I am requesting a full refund as I want control over my own money. I have already been reimbursed for the 83p, but the £86.99 purchase is being denied a refund. This situation feels unjust as both purchases were for the same item, "coins." It seems like Google Play is not treating this situation fairly and is preventing people from reclaiming their stolen money.

I recently purchased a new tablet. However, I am encountering difficulties when attempting to make a purchase on the Play Store. Despite entering my payment details, the transaction is not going through. To troubleshoot, I tried using a Play Store gift card, but unfortunately, it was also not accepted. As the owner and manager of my Google Business Profile, I am attempting to update it by removing photos to ensure the correct images are displayed when customers search for my business. I have followed Google's instructions by searching "My Business" on Google, where it confirms that I manage the account. However, when I click on "View Profile," it indicates that the business already has a profile on Google and suggests I request access to become a manager. I am frustrated with the ongoing security issues affecting my ability to make in-app purchases. Despite verifying my identity recently, I am once again encountering obstacles in buying items in Clash of Clans. I had a similar issue two weeks ago that required verification via my state ID. I have not engaged in any suspicious activity, so I do not understand why I am facing these security checks repeatedly. I am experiencing issues with the unlocking process due to a system error showing an old work email instead of the correct one, [redacted] I am unable to complete the second step of verification because of this. I am requesting assistance in correcting this system error by deleting the incorrect work email, updating it to [redacted], which is the correct email, and ensuring the verification code can be sent there. I have deleted my card multiple times, and there are no apps necessitating payment on my phone as they have all been uninstalled. I have observed unauthorized charges of at least £70. I demand a prompt refund; otherwise, I will escalate this matter further. The only apps currently on my phone are Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Snapchat, the FirstBus app, and my Metro Bank app. I am struggling financially, and these unauthorized charges are impacting my ability to provide for my child. Please refund the full amount promptly as I cannot afford these charges. Cease any further withdrawals immediately. Failure to refund all unauthorized charges by the end of the month will result in me pursuing this matter through other channels to recover my money.

I bought the Advast VPN two days ago. Soon after, my phone began malfunctioning; I wasn't receiving notifications and experienced issues. Unable to reach anyone within the app, I searched online and found a phone number linked to it. After speaking with a tech who quickly called me back, he identified the problem but mentioned a costly fix of $[redacted].00 - $[redacted].00. I felt frustrated since the issue was caused by the app itself. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, only to have him abruptly end the call. In order to restore my phone's functionality, I had to uninstall the app. Although I contacted my bank, the transaction had not yet appeared on my account.

Hello, I made a payment via PayPal to Google Play in order to activate a DAZN Spain subscription. However, even after making the payment, DAZN did not receive it. I have contacted Google Play multiple times to address the issue to no avail. DAZN has confirmed that they did not receive the payment. I have informed Google of the problem and requested a refund or for the payment to be released to DAZN. To my surprise, I received an immediate response denying the refund, citing their refund policy. Their message states that the purchase does not qualify for a refund. This situation has been frustrating and inconvenient.

I purchased two Google Play gift cards at £[redacted] each, totaling £[redacted]. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam where someone posing as a friend asked me to send the codes after scratching off the silver cover. I purchased the cards from Sainsbury’s in Poole, Dorset, and I have photos of both cards and the Sainsbury’s receipts. The scammer immediately redeemed the cards. I am seeking assistance on how to recover my lost £[redacted]. These cards were bought on Tuesday, February 28th. I filled out the forms for a scam claim but have not received a response yet.

I am experiencing an issue with my Google Play account after using the PCH app "Win Real Cash." Despite having a working internet connection and functioning other apps, I am unable to download any new apps from Google Play. The download page appears, but is half gray with a "Notify" message. When I try to download the "Win Real Cash" app, it indicates that it will load soon but never does. This problem has persisted for over 5 days. I would greatly appreciate it if the entity blocking my downloads can be removed, my access restored, and the individual responsible for this interference can be blocked.

I have purchased Google Play cards at a local store and have been using them on Twitch to buy bits and subscriptions. However, I am now experiencing issues when trying to make purchases or redeem codes on the site. The website does not display the icon to make purchases, and when it did, it showed insufficient funds even though I have $[redacted] in Google Play balance. I have attempted to report duplicate charges on Google Play, but the menu does not offer an option for double charges. The charges on my account are repeated, and I should only have been charged once per item. However, I have been charged 4 or 5 times due to an issue with the app. I did not receive the items connected to these charges. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to reach anyone for assistance after trying multiple phone numbers. I am certain there must be someone available to address these concerns. I recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my Google Play account amounting to over £[redacted] for purchases on an app I don't have, TikTok. I did not download TikTok nor did I authorize these transactions through Google Play. The charges only came to my attention when I received my phone bill from O2. I have reached out to O2 for assistance, but they mentioned they have no control over app purchases made through Google Play. I've attempted to contact Google Play directly through various numbers, but unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a resolution.

A few weeks ago, I requested the cancellation of my My Perfect CV subscription before the first week trial period ended. Despite emailing My Perfect CV, they informed me there was no subscription on my account. However, today I noticed a charge on my Google Play account ([redacted]) for the subscription. I immediately called them to explain the charge was made through the Play Store. They advised me to contact PlayStore to cancel the subscription and request a refund. I am kindly asking to cancel the My Perfect CV subscription and refund my initial payment, as I no longer require this service. I only signed up for the trial period and found it unsuitable for my needs. I had initially requested the cancellation before any charges were applied.
