Hello,
I recently received a new debit card and linked it to Google Wallet. However, when trying to update my card information on Google Play, I was prompted to get approval through my Ulster Banking App. I followed the steps but Google Play keeps saying approval has not been received.
I reached out to my bank, and they assured me that approval was granted. Now, with my old card expiring soon, I find myself in a frustrating situation stuck in limbo.

I began playing the mobile game Stormshot in November [redacted], and since then, I have developed a love-hate relationship with it. Over time, I have noticed numerous flaws that impact gameplay, despite my repeated attempts to address these issues with the game developers since January [redacted]. Despite spending over $5,[redacted] on in-game purchases, the developers have only provided generic responses and failed to address the misleading advertising about the game's level cap. Additionally, there are concerns about the unequal treatment of players who spend varying amounts of money on the game, as well as reported favoritism towards top spenders by the game admins. The game also suffers from frequent crashes and bugs that affect the overall gaming experience. I have requested a full refund from the developers due to these unresolved issues and unfair practices. I hope to receive a positive response from the support team regarding my refund request.

Yesterday, when I was at Walmart, I purchased a Google Play card for someone, but unfortunately, it was the incorrect card. On May 2, [redacted], I accidentally purchased an In-game item that I did not mean to. I requested a refund from Google Play, but they instructed me to contact the App Developers. Despite reaching out to the App Developers, I have not received a response as of yet. I have explained my situation to Google Play Help services, and they have informed me that they will send my request to their experts. Three days ago, I also spoke with one of their employees who reiterated the same information.

Tatsache ist, dass keine der Karten funktioniert und ich fühle mich von Google betrogen. Die Damen an der Kasse haben alle Karten aktiviert und keinen Fehler gemacht. Despite being informed by EE that the charges were for Google Play, upon investigation, it was discovered that my 14-year-old twin sons had made the purchases without my consent. As a 61-year-old disabled man bound to a chair, this situation has caused me significant financial distress. EE has suspended our connection until the payment is made. It's crucial to recover all the lost funds, especially considering our son's learning difficulties. We only discovered this issue yesterday (Saturday, 20th) as the transactions occurred earlier. I have not received a response yet.
My son, who has disabilities, has been a victim of unauthorized transactions by Google Play, discovered by the bank's fraud team. The unauthorized charges have been occurring since February [redacted], completely depleting his account.
It appears that someone at Google Play has been taking money without authorization. We have not received any communication regarding this matter, and now the bank will have to launch an investigation.
The specific app involved was the Monopoly Go app.
I managed to reach a Google Play representative over the phone last Sunday.
This incident is a severe offense.
I urge you to address this issue promptly by issuing a refund to my son.
