I was mistakenly billed for an annual subscription to NordVPN on my wife's credit card on 10/20. This unauthorized charge has been reported to NordVPN, who directed me to reach out to you for assistance. My son only viewed the app on his phone, did not install it, yet somehow my credit card details in his Google Play account led to charges by Google Play for the NordVPN app. In addition, there were two unauthorized charges on 10/15 for apps my son inadvertently installed without being alerted about the costs. The apps are Tiny Titans LTD and another one by Kwallee (I cannot recall the exact name). The unauthorized charges were made on my wife's MasterCard which ends in [redacted], with an expiry in 8/22, under the name Autumn Hayes. Urgent clarification is needed on how these unauthorized purchases took place, especially in the case of NordVPN not being installed on his phone. I request prompt assistance to resolve this matter swiftly. Thank you.

I accidentally made a purchase of $79.99 in coins for Word Crossy by brushing my phone's screen while it was facing away from me. This isn't a purchase I would choose to make. I've now set up my account to require verification for purchases, but I'm hoping to get a refund for this error. I'm willing to return the coins, but it's hard to believe that someone would profit from a 1-tap purchase mistake. This has happened to me once before, and that might be complicating the refund process. I trust that Google wouldn't keep the money. I'm facing serious health challenges, have significant medical expenses, and I'm about to undergo major surgery in two weeks. This situation is truly upsetting! Please do the right thing and issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding. Kim H.

Hello, I recently tried the "Be Closer" app on a trial basis, but was unable to find a way to delete my account information. Consequently, I uninstalled the app. However, to my surprise, yesterday (October 23, [redacted]), an amount of [redacted] rupees was deducted from my bank account without me using the app even once. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in getting a refund for this unauthorized charge. Thank you, Anupama S. Chandel

This morning, I noticed a charge of [redacted]/- on my ICICI card listed as Min*Google. After contacting my bank, they explained it was a third-party charge from Google related to a Tinder subscription. However, I had canceled this subscription previously. Although I struggled to locate contact information at the time of the charge, I have since verified that the subscription was cancelled. Even though my card details were removed from Google Play, the charge persisted. For ease of communication, I request clearer customer support options and a refund for this unnecessary charge.

I have been trying to address a concerning issue regarding my son's addiction to a game despite reaching out multiple times without success. This addiction has led to unauthorized purchases due to lax security measures in place. It is distressing to see how easy it is to make purchases with just one click, without any security checks. The financial impact has been severe, putting us at risk of losing our home. I am overwhelmed as my son continues to play and make purchases, even after removing access on his devices. The costs are escalating each month, and I am struggling to cope. I urgently need assistance in resolving this matter to protect my son and prevent further financial harm.

I recently downloaded the Billimall App from the Google Play Store. Unfortunately, some of the contact details provided are incorrect, leading to unanswered queries after placing and paying for an order. I am concerned about potential fraud and would like legal action taken against the app. As a platform I trusted for legitimate, safe, and secure products, this experience with Billimall has been disappointing. I am unsure how to recover the money I have lost. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I recently renewed my subscription to "Racecar Engineering" through the app on my Android phone. Despite renewing, I haven't been able to access any new magazine issues. I have reached out to the UK-based company, Chelsea Magazine Company, but have not received any response yet. My Google Play order details are as follows: Order number: GPA.3[redacted]-0[redacted]2 Order date: Oct 27, [redacted] 7:21:26 PM CDT Item: Racecar Engineering Yearly Subscription - $64.99/year I realized that I might have mistakenly used the email "[redacted]" instead of "[redacted]" which was originally used for the subscription. I have already canceled the order through Google Play, but I am unsure about the status of my payment. I am looking for a refund to rectify this situation. The lack of response from the company has me concerned about the $68.24 I paid.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with an issue concerning my Google account ([redacted]) that is linked to a tablet utilized by my son for gaming purposes. My 7-year-old son plays Roblox on the Play Store, and somehow he was able to alter the account password and make unauthorized purchases of credits (Robux) for his game. This behavior is unusual as he has never done this before, and I am unsure how he accomplished this. Typically, I have this account linked to my PayPal with a secure password. I am concerned about the ease with which he was able to perform these actions. I am looking to have these charges refunded as a child should not be able to change a password effortlessly and make over $[redacted] worth of transactions without permission. The bank has mentioned that reversals are possible, but I wanted to reach out to you first for assistance. Below are the details of the transactions. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, S.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my friend, A.N., who was recently scammed by an individual posing as a police officer. This person coerced her into buying four Google Play gift cards totaling $[redacted]. Unfortunately, she fell victim to this scam and unknowingly used her debit card for the purchase. Due to her limited English proficiency, I am assisting her in addressing this issue. Is it possible to dispute this transaction and recover the $[redacted] she lost? Upon researching online, I discovered similar complaints involving the purchase of four gift cards, which should raise red flags for CVS employees. There is a pattern of fraud with these types of transactions, indicating a need for increased vigilance. A warning on the gift cards could also help prevent such scams. A.N. has evidence, including text messages, calls, and the CVS receipt. Please reach out via email to discuss this matter further.

Dear team, In April [redacted], my son used his Google Play account to purchase a game using my bank card. On 22.10.19, he signed up for a free trial for another game. After the three-day trial, Google Play started charging me for various games that my son never played. This went on for 15 days, with a total of approximately 70EUR being charged for products he did not use. I am requesting a refund for the games that were not played and for the unexplained transition from the free trial to paid subscription on Google Play. I can provide transaction transcripts from the bank if needed. We are unable to process the refund ourselves on Google Play as the dispute process for the unauthorized charges is not clearly visible. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards

I want to address some concerning aspects of Guns of Glory on the Android platform from the Google Play Store. Upon investigating, it has become clear that there are issues within the game that unfairly advantage players who spend more money. The presence of insiders who receive resources from developers and exploit them against other players violates the Terms of Service. This creates an unbalanced playing field, pushing non-paying users to either spend significant amounts or face inevitable defeat. Additionally, the gambling features within the game lack transparency in terms of odds, leaving players without crucial information. Having personally invested a substantial amount of money in the game, it is disheartening to discover the inherent unfairness that puts paying players at a disadvantage.

I recently played a game and won the daily lotto with two matching numbers, totaling [redacted],[redacted] credits. However, after the fireworks went off, the game just froze with the animations going up and down. I received a notification that a lotto winner was announced, and I knew it was me. Even after the leaderboard message, my points were showing as zero at the bottom of the screen. I took a screenshot and reached out to customer service, but there was no response. After sending another email with the picture, my screen remained stuck for days displaying the winning numbers rows. The support staff member who replied did not assist me, and I did not receive the credits I won. This issue has happened before, and I initially thought it was my phone's fault, but now I see it's a recurring problem. It took me six months to accumulate 9.90 points, and it is crucial to me that I receive the proper credit I earned. I believe the company should uphold its reputation and advertisements and ensure fairness in rewarding players. Kindly update my credits so I can continue enjoying the game, Lucky Money. Thank you. -ID # [redacted]

I would like to address an issue I encountered with a virtual loot event in the game WWE Champions by Scopely. The recent event focused on acquiring shards/posters of a superstar named Xpac by purchasing loot coins. I found that the odds for obtaining items were not disclosed, despite my efforts to obtain this information from customer support. The labeling of transactions in the order history also inaccurately described the purchase of loot coins as ingame cash, leading to confusion. I believe it is crucial for companies like Scopely to provide transparency regarding the odds of obtaining items in virtual loot purchases to ensure fairness for all players. I intend to request a refund for the money spent during the event due to the misrepresented transactions and lack of transparency in the odds provided.

My U.S. credit card and security code were fraudulently used on Google Play to buy a game from YOOZOO Games Company. This could have been prevented if Google Play had taken responsibility during the credit card processing. Even though the fraudster had my credit card details, they were unaware of the billing address zip code. It seems Google Play did not verify this properly compared to companies like Uber that request more information when adding a credit card. It's important for Google to step up in preventing fraud. Google should have information on the phone number of the individual who made the unauthorized purchase since a cell phone was used. It appears Google may choose to overlook these issues rather than actively working against fraud, ultimately leaving the burden on the consumer.

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my debit card for $31.86 from GOOGLE *FaceMe. I did not authorize this transaction and I am unfamiliar with any *FaceMe app. I am unable to cancel the payment through my account and I am struggling to find a way to contact *FaceMe or reach anyone at Google for assistance. Dealing with this issue has been frustrating, and I am currently attempting to contact Google's customer service, although the process seems quite challenging and time-consuming. It is disheartening to face difficulties in resolving this matter, especially when I rely on Google for various services. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with a real person to address this problem promptly. Having a direct customer service number would make it much easier and faster to resolve such issues. The unauthorized transaction is still pending on my account, and I am hoping to have it canceled before it is processed to avoid the need for a refund in the future. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have been attempting to process a claim for a purchase made without my knowledge back on November 8th. As a 70-year-old pensioner who only downloads free games, I was surprised to see £66.99 deducted from my account. The item wasn't reflecting in my account, making it challenging to proceed with the refund. Despite trying on my mobile where it was visible, my lack of experience in such matters hindered the process. After reaching out to the 'Fraudulent Purchase' team and receiving a response today, I was informed a family member may have made the purchase. Given that I live alone, this suggestion seems implausible. I am seeking assistance to reclaim the £66.99, feeling taken advantage of in this situation. Best regards, Peter C. I am writing on behalf of my landlord to address a billing issue related to Google Play. My landlord recently received a phone bill with over $[redacted] in unknown charges attributed to "Google Play - Android Apps." Given that my landlord is not proficient in using the Google AppStore or making mobile purchases, we suspect unauthorized activity on the line. Could you please provide detailed information on the 26 accesses that total $[redacted].53? We are keen to resolve this matter promptly and appreciate your swift response. Please contact me to assist in clarifying this discrepancy.

Hello Google Play Customer Care, I would like to report a trader on Paxful who attempted to deceive me during a recent trade. I fear I may have fallen victim to a potential scam, losing $[redacted]. A person named "John Olsen" instructed me to buy $[redacted] worth of Google Play gift cards after I received a $[redacted] check through FedEx. $[redacted] of the money was supposed to be my chauffeur payment, as I was contacted by him via text to work for him at $[redacted] a week. He claimed the extra $[redacted] was for me to send to an agency to rent a vehicle for me to transport his wife and kids on the upcoming Sunday, the 24th. Following his instructions, I deposited the check, used the available funds to buy the gift cards at a Target store, and now I'm having doubts about the validity of this arrangement. I am currently at Target, discovering the funds have been used already, leaving me unable to return or exchange the cards. I am seeking assistance from Google Play to potentially stop payment on these cards or aid in recovering the lost funds. This incident has left me financially strained, especially since my bank hasn't confirmed the check. Any help would be greatly appreciated to address this troubling situation.
