In North Las Vegas, close to coordinates 36.[redacted], -[redacted], there is a map discrepancy that needs attention. The road on Pinfeather Way is incorrectly marked as open to the public when, in reality, there has been a permanent access control gate blocking it for the past 30 days. This gate has restricted public access for a decade and is exclusive to residents of the gated community.
After notifying Clark County GIS, they have acknowledged the issue and placed a break in the lines on Pinfeather Way with an obstruction note. To avoid visitors being misdirected to the closed gate, it's crucial to update these map details before June. This will prevent further incidents where visitors attempt to breach the gate, causing significant damage amounting to $30k this year alone.
A viable solution is to update the map data to reflect the closure of the section of Pinfeather Way between Elkhorn Rd and Fledgling Drive, ensuring no access. By doing so, drivers will be directed to the main entrance on Aliante Parkway, which is always accessible to the public.
For further communication, I have provided my email and can be reached at [redacted] for any necessary voice discussions. Thank you for your cooperation in rectifying this map error.

Hello, I've listed my DTDC courier service in Kundhanahalli colony at 7th cross, Jayshree building, First floor in Bangalore-[redacted] for the past 18 months. Our contact number published was [redacted]. A week ago, I received a call from someone claiming to be from Google verification asking for details and an OTP to confirm our listing. After providing the OTP, I noticed his number was being displayed on our business location, and he was instructing customers to deposit cash into his account and using inappropriate language. Upon learning this, I immediately edited our details on the site to remove his number ([redacted]) and revert to ours ([redacted]). However, the changes have not reflected yet, causing confusion among customers. I urge prompt action to avoid further deceptive activities impacting our business and customers.

Hello, could you please address an issue in Gretna, LA regarding 18-wheelers having difficulty turning at the intersection of 1st Street or Front Street on their way to Zatarain's located at 82 1st St? The current route is unsuitable for them. To avoid this, they should take Highway 90 to Lafayette St and then reach 1st street. I'd like to point out that Gretna has a recently opened street, 4th street, which is now accessible all the way to the Mississippi River bridge. This alternative route could prevent delays and frustration for truck drivers. I've already assisted one driver and saw the positive impact of using this new street. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been working to correct an issue with our address on Google Maps. We reside at 4 Old Bay Berry Lane in Aquinnah, MA [redacted]. Aquinnah is not part of Chilmark, although they share a zip code; it is a distinct town. Currently, Google Maps displays our address as being in Chilmark when we are actually in Aquinnah. Despite typing in our address and it showing as Aquinnah, the official listing below still states Chilmark. Typing in neighboring streets correctly shows Aquinnah. We are experiencing trouble with physical mail delivery due to this discrepancy. I would appreciate a call back at [redacted] to resolve this issue as previous attempts have been unsuccessful. Thank you, M.
(Note: I was told my address was added to the map, but the problem remains unresolved.)

I have a Gmail account and I recently noticed that my reviews on Google Maps have decreased from over [redacted] to only 21 without any explanation. I have always followed Google's guidelines and I'm puzzled by this sudden drop. I haven't received any email regarding this issue. I would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me to clarify what might have caused this significant reduction in my reviews.

I have reached out multiple times to address the errors detailed below. My name is B. Mulder, residing at PR3682, Springtown, Texas, [redacted]. The map displays a connection between PR3639 and PR3682 that does not exist; PR3639 is a fenced, gated, and locked private road. Southbound, the map inaccurately indicates a turn onto PR3639 for access to PR3682. However, traveling from the North, correct guidance includes a turn from R&R Drive to Cigmo Court, then onto our private road, [redacted]. Due to this issue, delivery personnel often misplace packages near PR3639's entrance. I am also worried that emergency responders heading North may struggle to locate our home. How can I correct these inaccuracies on the map?

We have recently moved to [redacted] Squirrel Nest Lane in The Home Place subdivision, located in the [redacted] area code of Lexington, Kentucky. Our address is shown as 2J43+GP on Google Maps, but our street is still not appearing on the map, causing delivery issues and difficulties for friends to locate us.
Despite being visible on the satellite view, the streets, including Passage Mound and Stolen Horse Trace, are unnamed. We kindly request to have our neighborhood, starting with our street, added to Google Maps.
If necessary, please provide detailed instructions on who (developer or city) needs to take action, specifying what needs to be done and any required information to expedite the process. If the city is involved, please indicate the relevant department.
Thank you,

The directions to Lake Casitas are incorrect. We have been experiencing regular visits from confused visitors day and night. A tanker truck recently got stuck on Red Mountain Fire Road due to following faulty directions. This ongoing situation is frustrating for us and our neighbors. Turning on to Red Mountain Rd. is the error; it only leads to locked gates and limited space for turning around. The accurate route to Lake Casitas is to proceed on Hwy [redacted] for an additional 5 miles. We kindly request prompt assistance in addressing and rectifying this matter. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

The directions to Lake Casitas need to be corrected. They have caused inconvenience to me and my neighbors as people keep mistakenly coming to our driveway looking for the lake. Two weeks ago, a tanker truck heading to Red Mountain fire road got stuck, disrupting access to our homes for hours. The error seems to be the turn onto Red Mountain fire road. The accurate route to Lake Casitas is to stay on Hwy [redacted] for five miles. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Sir,
I recently had Garmin International repair my 6-year-old Garmin nuviCam device. They stated that their repairs did not affect the installed mapping software, and I have received the device in working order.
I did not purchase any mapping software from Google MT, and being 89 years old, I do not see a need to. I have instructed my bank not to honor the $49.99 charge.
For any inquiries, please contact me via email at [redacted].

Dear Sir,
I recently had Garmin International repair my 6-year-old Garmin nuviCam device. They indicated that their repair had no effect on the mapping software. I have received the repaired device, and it functions as expected.
I want to clarify that I did not order any mapping software from Google MT, and being 89 years old, I wouldn't have a need for or know how to use it.
Due to the above, I have informed my bank not to process the $49.99 draft.

During emergencies like the Tick Fire, when highways are closed, it's crucial for all roads to be blocked off and for an alert to be sent to inform customers that Google Maps is redirecting them home. Unfortunately, during the fire, Google Maps led me straight to the dangerous area with potholes, rocks, and mud, causing a chaotic situation with cars headed toward the fire. This could have resulted in a tragic loss of life. Google should reroute customers to safety during rapidly spreading fires like this one and avoid directing them to dead-end roads that only add to the traffic congestion and frustration. Coordination with law enforcement to block off hazardous routes is essential for public safety in such crises. We rely on Google to guide us to safety, and it's vital that they work closely with authorities to ensure accurate and safe navigation during emergencies. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Subject: Urgent Attention Needed to Warehouse Entrance Address
Dear Ferguson Distribution Center,
I have been trying to contact you regarding a critical issue with the entrance address of your warehouse located at [redacted] US-9W, Coxsackie, NY. Despite numerous emails and photo submissions through the app, I have not received a response or seen any improvements.
Google Maps shows directions to your warehouse using a back residential road called Bronk Mill Road, which poses a significant danger to the community. This road is frequented by children, pets, and farmers like myself. Unfortunately, we have experienced incidents with tractor trailer trucks on this road resulting in harm to animals and even close calls for individuals.
I urge you to take immediate action to correct the address on Google Maps and ensure that trucks are directed to the appropriate entrance at [redacted] US-9W, Coxsackie, NY. It is crucial to address this issue promptly before any serious accidents occur.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,

I am a member of the team at Washington and Pittsburgh KOA located at 7 Koa Rd, Washington, PA [redacted]. We have noticed that Google Maps is mistakenly directing some RVs to our neighbor's address at [redacted] Vance Station Rd, Washington, PA [redacted], causing inconvenience and damage. This misdirection affects not only our neighbor but impacts the experience of our campers. Adjusting the directions to lead RVs directly to KOA Road would be greatly appreciated. It could also be beneficial for RVs to access our campground by taking I-70 off exit 21 onto I-79, then using exit 33, as this would prevent them from navigating through small city streets and back roads. Your support in rectifying this issue would be invaluable.

Hello, I would like to verify if Google Maps can confirm my navigation history on October 21, [redacted], from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM. I intended to go to 22 Larkin Street in Huntington Station but was directed to 22 Larkin Street in Farmingdale instead. This mix-up led to a failed delivery that caused my deactivation from the shopping delivery service I work for. I have shared my Google Maps timeline detailing my route, location, and timing with the company, but haven't received a response in 5 days. I use Google Maps through my shopper app for deliveries. I am seeking any additional evidence that can support my claim. Thank you, C.C.

Our new subdivision is not showing up correctly on Google Maps, causing delivery issues with FedEx and other shipping companies. When entering an address on our street, it directs to "Brookside Inspections" instead of our actual location. This mistake has led to packages being delivered to the wrong address. I reported this error to Google over a month ago using their location correction tool, but have not received a response yet. I'm concerned with the upcoming holidays, we may miss our deliveries. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My address at 1 Strand Road, Sandymount, D04W9K6 is incorrectly shown on Google Maps as Alyvaroo at 1 Merrion Strand, Strand Road D4 without the Eircode. The psychotherapy clinic run by my daughter is based in the basement of our house at 1 Strand Road, not as listed: Sandymount Psychotherapy without the essential "No 1" in the address. Despite previous corrections, delivery drivers keep heading to Alyvaroo at 1 Merrion Strand, causing confusion. The post office confirms that my house, 1 Strand Road, is the sole property with this address. Please update Google Maps to the correct address: 1 Merrion Strand, Strand Road, D4, and remove the incorrect listing of Alyvaroo at 1 Strand Road. Thank you.

I recently purchased a home located at [redacted] Windom Cove, Burnsville, NC [redacted]. However, Google Maps has inaccurately labeled my address as "Window Cove" instead of the correct "WINDOM COVE" multiple edit requests made to rectify this error have been unsuccessful. Furthermore, my neighbor's home, #[redacted] Windom Cove, is mistakenly marked as mine. As a professional with extensive legal and education background, including trial court experience and an English degree, I find it concerning that this issue has not been resolved. I have resorted to using Apple Maps instead. If Google Maps does not correct this error promptly, I may have to pursue legal action as this inaccuracy affects not only me but potentially others in my area, leading to financial losses. I hope this matter can be addressed effectively.

Google Maps directs people to the locked gate at Granite Lion Cellars Winery ([redacted] Jamul Highlands Road, Jamul, CA) instead of our home address ([redacted] Vista Del Piedra, Jamul, CA [redacted]). I'm unsure if this issue affects all carriers or just specific ones.
Being a Hospice patient, my husband relies on pharmacy and supply deliveries. Drivers often have to call, turn around, and head back to Highway 95/Campo Road before going East to turn left on Rancho Jamul Drive for the correct neighborhood entrance. Our entire neighborhood would benefit from investigating which phones or cell phone companies are affected to ensure accurate directions and avoid delays.
Thank you,
