I preordered FIFA, and I'm disappointed because my fiancé was denied picking it up without me present, even though I was assured by a manager during the purchase that it would be allowed with the receipt. Due to my pregnancy and bed rest, I cannot personally go, which is frustrating. Last year, my fiancé was able to pick up a preorder without issues. As the manager is unavailable for discussion, I am left feeling upset and overlooked. I really wanted the game on the release day, but it seems unlikely now. Can I request a refund? This experience has made me reconsider doing future business with GameStop.

I need assistance with a recent purchase from Gamestop for my 12-year-old grandson. Over the years, he has made purchases at the store and was pleased with them. However, when I wanted to surprise him with a gift, I relied on the salesman's recommendation for a Nintendo Switch Lite, thinking it could connect to the TV. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong item, and my grandson cannot use it. Despite explaining the situation to the store, they stated that all sales are final. Around September 15th, I redeemed two $25 Gamestop gift cards online for an Xbox gift card. I was supposed to receive an email with the code, but I never got it. Upon checking, the Gamestop cards show as used. I contacted the local Gamestop store, but they couldn't assist. I am seeking reimbursement to purchase in-store since my online experience has been troublesome. I REQUEST A REFUND FROM GAMESTOP.

I purchased a game for Xbox One yesterday, on the 29th, for $43. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right game for my son. I tried to return it with the receipt to get a refund, but the lady at the store said I could only get half of my money back because the game had been opened. I explained that it was already opened when I bought it, but she said this is their policy. This experience was frustrating as I've been a long-time customer at GameStop. I feel disappointed that this policy regarding new games isn't printed on the receipt. The game wasn't even used, but the employee, Meghan, still couldn't guarantee it to be new to someone else. I'm upset about only getting half the price back.

Recently, I bought a copy of Walking Dead Season 2 for PS4 from GameStop. After waiting two weeks to play, I encountered an issue where the system failed to recognize the disc. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods like cleaning the disc and rebooting the system, the problem persisted. I have been attempting to cancel my order for three Pokemon Sword and Shield Double Packs since September 26, but have not received any response to the emails I sent through Gamestop's Contact page. The order number is [redacted][redacted] as per my Paypal account. I am seeking to cancel the order due to a submission error that occurred when placing it. Despite receiving an error message indicating the order did not go through, a pending charge of $[redacted].17 appeared in my Paypal account. I have not received an invoice via email or seen the order in my Gamestop account history since September 26. I aim to cancel this order before November 15 to reorder correctly, ensuring I receive the items on time. I do not wish to be charged twice for the same order if it is still in Gamestop's system.

I have four pending charges on my PayPal account for a purchase at GameStop that has not been processed for days. Any funds in my PayPal account will be used first before any other payment source is charged. For more details, I can log in to my PayPal account to review the transaction. The payment is for two Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Lightning Collection Goldar Figures, totaling $45.98 USD. The charge will show on my credit card statement as "PAYPAL *GAMESTOPCOR". I recently visited the Statesville N.C. store on East Broad Street to buy a new game. Despite being told it was brand new, the game turned out to be used. When I raised the issue with the manager, Anna, she did not apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, she seemed disinterested and dismissive. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome as a loyal customer. I believe the store should prioritize customer service and address this issue promptly.

I am experiencing difficulty retrieving my rewards coupon on Power Up Rewards. Despite speaking with two Gamestop stores and customer service multiple times, I have encountered long waits. I am a Power Up Pro Rewards member and was unable to access the $25.00 coupon using my points. After opening a free Power Up Rewards account and receiving a confirmation number, I was informed that the points could be transferred to activate the coupon. Unfortunately, this has not been resolved. I have made significant purchases on PS4 VR and accessories recently. Losing my job after 26 years due to the hospital closing has made the $25.00 coupon essential. I hope to hear from you soon to address this issue.

I recently bought the new Destiny 2 Shadowkeep DLC from GameStop in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, on Monday. It's been three days and I still haven't been able to download it. I received a code upon purchase, but when I tried to enter it, it says the code is invalid. I reached out to the GameStop store where I made the purchase, but unfortunately, the male employee who closed the store tonight was rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. I purchased a microphone at the GameStop located at [redacted] Long Beach Blvd Lynwood, CA. I paid an extra $5 for a protection plan that included an exchange guarantee. However, when I tried to exchange the microphone, none of the nearby GameStop stores had it in stock. I was directed to a store 6 miles away, but upon arrival, an employee said they were holding the microphone for someone else. I expressed my frustration as I had come from another city specifically to make the exchange. Unfortunately, one of the employees laughed and made fun of me, which was very disrespectful. This happened at the branch located at [redacted] E Rosecrans Ave Ste 11 Compton, CA [redacted]. I hope the company can address this issue with their employees.

I recently ordered an Xbox [redacted] Call of Duty MW3 from GameStop online. After a long wait, I received a Nintendo DS chip from Lukie Games in Florida instead. I did not get an invoice. How do I return this for a refund? Lukie Games is not related to GameStop; how did they send the wrong item? I have made several attempts to contact GameStop via email but have not received any responses. I have also spent countless hours on hold trying to resolve an issue with purchased DLC. Despite assurances from the manager, supervisor, and employees, the promised refund and complimentary DLC have not been provided. I am frustrated and seeking a resolution promptly. I am requesting the Shadow Keep digital code as promised, as well as a refund for the unpleasant experience. Thank you.

I recently contacted a local store to inquire about the availability of the game Trine 4. The store representative informed me that they did not carry the game and suggested I purchase it online. However, after checking other stores in the Mesa Gilbert area, I found that they did have the game in stock. I called the store back to address the discrepancy and was met with rudeness from the manager. Feeling dissatisfied with the service, I decided to visit Game Start on Stately Drive and Baseline Road in Mesa, Arizona, where I was able to purchase the game without any issues. The staff at Game Start were friendly and helpful, unlike my experience with the previous store manager. I believe the manager's behavior was unacceptable and warrants disciplinary action.

I tried to purchase a gift card online, using my debit card without success. After 3 attempts, I used my Capital One MasterCard, and the $10 payment went through, providing me with a confirmation code and sending an email. However, my Wells Fargo account shows all 3 initial attempts as pending transactions. When I tried to process the payment initially, a red bar appeared stating it was "declined" each time. I know there were funds available, so I tried again. I request that the 3 $10 charges be refunded to my Wells Fargo account, as the payment was successfully made using my Capital One MasterCard.

I purchased an iTunes gift card from GameStop, only to find out it had already been redeemed. After contacting iTunes, they blocked the card to prevent further use. They advised me to return to GameStop for a replacement card, but the manager, Rachel, refused, stating iTunes should reimburse me instead. I encountered an issue on the GameStop app while attempting to purchase The Outer Worlds disc for PS4 at the Greeneville, Tennessee store. After adding the item to my cart, inputting my information, and debit card details, I received an error message during checkout. Despite trying again, the transaction failed. Strangely, my bank account showed two charges for the game. When I contacted the store, they mentioned they had no record of a hold order and were out of stock for the game. Surprisingly, my card was charged twice with no confirmation or purchase indication on the app.
