Policy [redacted]-69-61-45 was recently renewed with an unexpected 78% increase, well above the normal percentage for policy renewals. Upon reviewing the policy details, I discovered a $70 surcharge for Veh 2, my [redacted] Ford van, which seems unjustified as I have a clean driving record without any tickets or points. The removal of my safe driver discount has significantly contributed to the substantial hike in my overall policy cost. I am seeking clarification on the reasons behind this substantial increase in my renewed policy. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, JC Blanco

I have had a challenging experience with my Homesite claims adjuster for my water damage homeowners claim. Initially, they were helpful in arranging temporary accommodation and covering the costs for the necessary repairs. However, a dispute with my landlord has led to the adjuster refusing to pay for my rent at the current location. Despite offering to pay double for another place, personal circumstances like the passing of my father have made it difficult for me to move promptly. The adjuster's response to the situation and their refusal to cover the rent where I am staying has created additional stress. Furthermore, there seems to be an unusual agreement between the adjuster and the management company regarding the rent amount. As a result, I am now facing the risk of being evicted. I am unsure whom to contact to resolve this issue and get my rent paid effectively.

In July [redacted], I bought a new Hyundai Sonata without realizing that Mechanical Breakdown Coverage would be added to my auto insurance policy by Geico, which I did not authorize or need. Given that my car already has a comprehensive 5-year/60,[redacted]-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and a 10-year/[redacted],[redacted]-mile powertrain warranty, the 7-year/[redacted],[redacted]-mile Geico coverage is redundant. With my low annual mileage of approximately 6,[redacted] miles and my preference not to purchase extended warranties, this added coverage is unnecessary. Despite Geico refunding three out of four payments, I find it unfair that they refused to adjust the initial payments. I believe this practice is unreasonable and would appreciate a fair resolution on the remaining amount owed.

The Vehicle ID # on our insurance policy is incorrect, leading to a $[redacted] fee from the Tn Dept. of Revenue due to a coverage failure. I attempted to resolve this last month, but the issue persists. The correct Vehicle ID # should be: 1GBJG31J0Y[redacted]. Please address this with the authorities and provide updated insurance cards with the accurate information. Thank you.

My Subaru was rear-ended by one of your clients, resulting in damage. I am reaching out to inquire about the process for obtaining repair estimates. Please contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] This is my final attempt to connect with you after reporting the incident and receiving an incident number from the Missouri City, TX police department. I feel as though I have been left in limbo and potentially ignored intentionally. I am disappointed with the level of customer service I have experienced thus far. Thank you. Jill Donaho.

A few days ago, I called to remove my Dodge van from my policy, but the attendant mistakenly removed my Dodge Caliber instead. I need to correct this error. I require insurance for my [redacted] Dodge Caliber and want to remove insurance coverage for my [redacted] Dodge Sports mobile conversion van. I prefer having the minimum insurance required by Michigan law without any additional costs.

I was erroneously billed for residing in Georgia when I was actually living in Wisconsin. After a three-day wait for a callback, the management adjusted the bill accordingly. However, when I tried to pay online, the corrections were not reflecting, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. I am unwilling to pay over $[redacted] for an incorrect bill, especially after discussing and agreeing upon a revised amount that seems to have vanished. This experience with Geico has been far from smooth and I am disappointed and concerned about the lack of progress despite assurances. I insist on speaking to a supervisor directly to avoid repeating the entire ordeal. The situation feels unjust and I refuse to let it impact my credit. I demand a swift resolution and for the correct amount to be reflected without any further delays.

Hello,
I have a query regarding a recent situation with the NJ DMV.
I received a notice of pending registration privileges suspension from the NJDMV Driver Records Management Bureau because they claimed one of my vehicles registered to my son had no insurance. To clarify, the vehicle in question belongs to my son, who resides in NYS. Due to COVID-related NYSDMV restrictions, there was a delay in transferring the registration from NJ to NYS. Consequently, my son obtained his own insurance through GEICO (moving off my NJ policy). It seems GEICO may have informed the DMV when a policy was canceled on a registered vehicle, leading to this issue. However, when I provided the NJDMV with my son's new NYS policy as proof of insurance, they rejected it, stating they do not accept NYS policies. This raises the question of whether insurance companies consider the registration state of the vehicle when issuing policies. It would be helpful to understand this better. Thank you.

I have been receiving compensation for my injuries after an accident earlier this year. I suffered a lower back (L2) and left foot (Talus) injury requiring surgery with a titanium plate and screws. Due to ongoing foot problems, my surgeon extended my time off and ordered a CT scan to potentially fuse my foot in another surgery. Despite providing necessary doctor's notes, my GEICO claims adjuster, Dijon Jones, has been uncooperative and disrespectful. His actions have caused financial strain, leading to delayed payments and late bills. I am frustrated as I have followed all requirements set by the supervisor who initially approved my claim. I need this matter resolved promptly to support my family, and I am considering legal action to protect my rights. I demand to speak with Dijon Jones immediately to ensure timely payment and proper treatment.

I recently viewed your commercial and was appalled by the display of what seemed like racism. The way Irish dancers were portrayed alongside a mixed-race couple was incredibly disrespectful. Irish dancing is a highly-skilled art form rooted in tradition, and it was disheartening to see it mocked in your ad. Your insensitivity is concerning, and it is important to recognize the cultural significance of such practices. It's essential to approach diversity and inclusion thoughtfully and responsibly, rather than with a sensationalized and offensive agenda. I hope you reconsider your approach in future advertising campaigns.

I would like to talk with a Geico representative about my policy. I have been a loyal customer for many years, have a clean driving record, and always pay on time. I am puzzled why my premiums have not decreased to reflect my excellent driving habits since I joined Geico. I am contemplating switching to an insurer that values and rewards safe drivers like myself.

After receiving a quote for auto insurance, I provided my card number. At this time, the agent informed me that my rate would increase by $[redacted] every 6 months due to a traffic ticket. I explained that the ticket was for going 10 mph over the limit, but she insisted it was for 15 mph over. I have the ticket with me and know it was only 10 mph over. This is the only ticket I have ever received in my 69 years of life, and I am a retired police officer. Is this how GEICO treats seniors with impeccable driving records? I have two cars, a motorcycle, and a home waiting to be insured.

I no longer have the car I initially insured since I surrendered it on December 11th. Even though I had insurance on it before taking possession on December 3rd, I've now insured a different car as of last Friday, which I think was December 18th. The representative I spoke with mentioned that my adjusted bill will now be due around January. I'm relieved to hear this because I don't have the funds for tomorrow's payment.

I'm confused why my insurance wasn't paid in full. The system shows a past due amount of five dollars. I have auto pay set up for my policy, but I am unsure why this amount is outstanding. I am aware of the five dollar charge for the payment plan, but not for the past due amount. The system prevents me from making any payments until 11 days before the next installment is due. I prefer to keep my account current. Also, I'm attempting to initiate a new motorcycle policy, but I'm directed to a page indicating my current account is past due.

I need help understanding my recent insurance bill. Two separate payments were deducted in October, one on the 7th for $57.31 and another on the 26th for $52.84. I have full coverage with collision and comprehensive, yet I was informed that the damage to my glass from a rock is not covered. I recall being told by a sales representative that I could make up to three glass claims per year. This misinformation has left me frustrated. I carefully reviewed my policy which clearly states that glass damage should be covered. I specifically selected Geico for this reason due to the prevalent weather conditions in our area involving dump trucks. If there has been an error in my coverage, I will have no choice but to switch to a different insurance provider. I am seeking clarification on why these deductions were made and why my glass claim is being denied when I am certain I have comprehensive coverage.

I am upset as GEICO is not addressing a fraudulent transaction properly. During a call, the customer service representative abruptly hung up on me, refusing to listen to my concerns. Both the representative and a supervisor shielded the person unlawfully taking money from my account and transferring it to someone else's. I plan to seek legal advice and sue GEICO along with the uncooperative individuals.
It is frustrating that GEICO is protecting a criminal and making me resort to legal action to reclaim my funds promptly. While GEICO insists on timely premium payments, they seem to overlook fraudulent activities aided by their representatives. This unethical behavior is unacceptable. I am now looking for a new insurance provider and will inform others about GEICO's careless handling of fraudulent transactions and their reluctance to cooperate without facing a lawsuit.
Unfortunately, many people share a strong dislike for insurance companies, and experiences like this only reinforce negative perceptions.

I recently received a marketing brochure from GEICO intended for my late son, Nathan Bliss, who passed away almost four years ago. This insensitive mail arrived just before the holiday season, causing me deep emotional pain. I hope that companies like GEICO, after such a long time, would use more updated and accurate data for their marketing campaigns. The brochure was addressed to my husband, Lawrence Smith Bliss, and me at our current address in New Hampshire, [redacted] Big Bend Drive, Laconia NH [redacted], even though Nathan passed away well before we moved.
Here are the actions I am requesting:
1) Ensure GEICO removes my deceased son from their database.
2) Guarantee that GEICO does not send any future marketing materials to me or my husband, addressing us or our late son.
3) Assist GEICO in improving the accuracy of their data by using more recent information for their marketing efforts.
4) Convey to GEICO the negative impact their lack of attention to such details has on people, like me, who are still grieving the loss of a loved one.

I have been trying to reach you constantly over the past two weeks, enduring 30-45 minute wait times. Since changing my policy in November [redacted], I have received 9-10 different Declaration pages. Despite explaining three times that Geico removed the Chevy Equinox from Collision coverage, something I did not request, I have been provided with 10 different rate quotes. I have tried various phone numbers to speak with a supervisor about these issues, incurring numerous policy change charges. This experience is unacceptable. Despite my loyalty to Geico, I have never encountered such rudeness. I do not have time to be put on hold for extended periods, only to speak briefly with an agent, then be left waiting with no response or call back. I recently renewed my policy for over $[redacted] for 6 months, yet my questions remain unanswered. A return call from Geico would be greatly appreciated since I am unable to reach them at [redacted].

On February 9th, I attempted to leave for work at 4:30am and accidentally slid into a snowbank in my driveway, leading to my vehicle getting stuck. While trying to free it, the car overheated and then stalled. Although there was no visible damage, on my way back from work at 3:30pm, the car started emitting a burning smell, strange knocking sounds, and ultimately stopped working. After being towed by the sheriff's department, the car remains inoperable without even turning. Despite owning the vehicle for less than a year and having driven it for [redacted],[redacted] miles, I still owe over $12,[redacted] on it. I'm unsure if my full coverage insurance will provide any assistance in this situation.

I need to confirm the cancellation of my insurance. I switched insurance companies and want to ensure that the cancellation paperwork has been received and a refund will be issued. I have been on hold for over an hour due to longer wait times but this is crucial, so I am waiting. The extended wait time is unprofessional.
