This is my first time flying with Frontier, and I've heard mixed reviews about the airline. I have a $75 "name change" charge on my booking, but I didn't change any names. Could you please remove this charge? If that's not possible, I would appreciate it if one of the other upgrades, such as a complimentary seat upgrade which I've already paid for, could be adjusted to resolve this issue. I haven't been able to get assistance from the chat support team.

I traveled to Las Vegas airport but encountered issues with Frontier Airlines. I paid $25 for my ticket to be printed and was directed to the wrong gate. After finding the correct gate, I had to take a train and arrived one minute late, missing my flight at 5:56 a.m. due to Frontier's mistake. I need to cancel my flight and get a full refund. I spoke to "Chat" support and they advised me to provide false information for a refund, which I'm uncomfortable with. Good morning. Today is the day of my flight, and they are asking for my physical vaccination card. I was unaware that this was required, and since I can't print the registration, I explained this to them. They informed me that I couldn't board without it. I requested a flight change or refund, but Volaris airline stated that the issue now lies with Frontier Airlines because my flight has a layover in Orlando. I have been trying to reach someone to help with my issue for a while now. I purchased a ticket for my mom on Frontier from Atlanta to Jamaica for February 24th, and recently received an email stating the flight has changed. Originally, I booked a non-stop flight but now I am being forced to choose a new itinerary with a connecting flight. I am being asked to confirm or cancel the new flight. I am unhappy with the change, especially as there are no technical difficulties nor no flights leaving Atlanta that day. Frontier is informing me I will need to pay $75 to cancel or $[redacted] for a new flight on the same day, which I find unreasonable given that I purchased this ticket weeks ago. I refuse to pay for a refund or to be placed on a connecting flight. This feels like a scam to me, and I am considering contacting my attorney.

The airline canceled my flight and only offered much later options or same-day choices. Since I needed to stick to my original dates, I had to cancel and rebook. Despite my request to rebook earlier flights on the same days, the airline declined. This unexpected refusal surprises me after almost 50 years of flying. I am disappointed by their lack of reasonable solutions for a flight cancellation. I wish there was a way to effectively address these concerns with the airline. Thank you.

On confirmation DJ8PPR, passenger Frank did not receive the promised aisle seat despite a special needs request during booking. Frank has a fractured left ankle and needs an aisle seat, ideally Seat D in any row, with a caregiver nearby. The current seats assigned are 31A/31B, and it seems like the flight is not full. Please fulfill the promised accommodation by reassigning seats accordingly. I am not willing to pay for seat selection since this was already committed to Pamela. I would like to address an issue regarding Katleen Maguire's flight that has been changed. Ms. Maguire initially had a non-stop flight from Trenton, NJ to Charlotte, NC. We were informed via email about the available options, where the outbound flight remains unchanged. However, the return flight now includes a layover in Orlando which could be either 7+ hours or possibly 14+ hours. This is concerning due to Ms. Maguire being 79 years old and requiring assistance due to her age and disability. Upon attempting to confirm her return flight on May 10th, we discovered that all flights were unavailable. As loyal customers, we seek assistance in resolving this matter, possibly through the chat box or with the help of a representative. We are on a fixed income and cannot afford to cancel the ticket due to the good price. Additionally, we require assistance with enrolling in the Discount Den.

This was my first experience flying with Frontier Airlines. I will be traveling to NY twice more this year, but after the disappointment and frustration I faced with Frontier, I am hesitant to fly with them again. I made a flight reservation yesterday, 03/25/23 at 8:46 PM with reference code R83ZHY for my son and myself to attend his Grandfather's funeral. Due to a family request, we needed to change our pickup location from Detroit to Cincinnati. Our flight got canceled midair and we were redirected back to Orlando. The next available flights to Green Bay were on Thursday or Saturday, causing a 5-7 day delay. We opted for Chicago, but faced challenges since the airport closed at midnight, and we had to wait until 6:30 am to find a rental car. I need to add my TSA precheck number to my reservation to appear on my boarding pass. I've already spent two hours with customer service through three different chats, and I'm still unable to add it.
It's frustrating dealing with checked bag fees, carry-on fees, and the subpar customer service of this airline. It's starting to seem like it may not be worth the trouble.
Could someone address this issue? Will I have to visit the airport counter in the morning for them to manually include it?
