I was charged twice for a checked bag when it weighed 45.2lbs. I paid $60 for a 40lbs checked bag while booking online. Prior to going to the airport, I realized my bag was overweight and researched the fees. Both online and in the app, it indicated $10 for an extra 10lbs and $40 for 51-100lbs. At check-in, my bag weighed 45.2lbs. They demanded an extra $[redacted] at the counter for the same bag I already paid $60 for. As per the online details, I should have paid a total of $70 for my bag ($60 initial fee + $10 for extra weight). Instead, I was charged $[redacted] for a 45.2lbs bag. Frontier has yet to refund me for the overcharge. I agree to pay for the bag and the additional weight, but paying more than double the price for one bag seems unjustified.

On December 28, [redacted], while using Frontier's booking site, I encountered a computer freeze which resulted in not receiving my flight confirmation with code VHHQFK. Assuming an error, I rebooked and obtained a new confirmation code, EBLFWZ. Unfortunately, I was charged twice on my credit card, $[redacted].96 and $[redacted].97 for these bookings. I need one of these bookings to be canceled promptly and refunded. I confirm that I, Thomas J. W., am the passenger for both reservations.

Hello, I bought two roundtrip tickets for a trip from Cleveland to Cancun, scheduled for February 12 to February 17, Flight [redacted]. My booking confirmation is FA25834. Shortly after purchasing, I received a call saying I needed to pay an additional $[redacted] per ticket due to a price increase by Frontier. I requested to call back but never received a return call. When I called back, I was informed that if I didn't pay the difference, I would lose the money. They sent an email requesting authorization to charge the extra amount, to which I refused. I made a reservation for a trip from Jan 8-15 in August. I received a message that my flight was changed, so I had to cancel it. However, I haven't seen a refund for the charges related to the canceled flight for me and my boyfriend yet. I used my Frontier Credit Card with Barclays, ending in [redacted], to pay for these charges. The charges were $[redacted].84 on Aug 22, [redacted], under Parrish Williams, possibly connected to confirmation # SE614Q, and $[redacted].14 under my confirmation # TDFEXW. During our layover at Atlanta airport, Southwest Airlines staff moved us around various lines, mistakenly placing us in the Frontier Airlines line. When their supervisor intervened, he removed my wife from a wheelchair and left us waiting by the wall. I had to seek help from airport security to assist us. Eventually, we received the necessary escorts for two handicapped passengers after experiencing flight delays. I believe this confusion was caused by numerous errors made by the ground staff. This frustrating ordeal caused us to lose 24 hours of our vacation time due to Frontier Airlines' mishandling. I am seeking restitution for this lost time and inconvenience.

I made a booking from Philadelphia to Tampa on March 7th with 2 luggages, totaling $[redacted]. I recently received an email stating the luggages weren't booked due to a payment issue. After reviewing my bank account, I noticed 3 strange payments related to the ticket purchase, with unfamiliar amounts (see attached). Barclay's agent confirmed no payments were made for the luggages, and they don't recognize the charges on my credit card, despite them being described as "One Travel, Frontier." My daughters, ages 16 and 18, flew with Frontier yesterday. The 18yo has flown twice, the 16yo never. They brought soft backpacks that we measured at home to fit the "personal item" limit. Unfortunately, they stored snacks and water bottles inside, making them too big for the sizer. The gate agent was unkind and charged them $99 per bag. We ensured the bags met the size requirements, but due to their lack of flying experience and the rule about snacks, they ended up with the charge. It would have been helpful if they were allowed to take out the snacks or consolidate them into one bag. They were not permitted to remove or reorganize the items, leading to the $[redacted] charge.

My flight confirmation L7DL2C was delayed for 10 hours, leaving me stranded in the airport without any support. After the long wait, the flight was ultimately canceled, forcing me to rebook for the next day without any compensation for accommodations. Boarding the following day was chaotic, making the experience stressful. Upon landing in CT, I decided to rent a car and drive 5 hours home after the previous day's ordeal. This turned out to be the right choice as I later found out the flight to my final destination from CT was also canceled. I purchased a flight for my family of four to fly to AZ urgently for my mother's surgery. I acquired the extra coverage for flight changes or cancellations during the booking, making no sense for me to cancel deliberately. I attempted to resolve this through the chat with an unhelpful representative named Katty, who only apologized without offering any solutions. Frontier rescheduled my flight multiple times, causing delays and eventually cancellation. Despite the inconvenience of arranging my own travel and accommodations, the compensation provided was a $50 voucher expiring in March. Trying to use the voucher, I discovered that only $2 could be applied due to high "airline fees" in comparison to the "base price." This situation wasted a full day and required me to seek additional support for transport and accommodation changes. The $50 offer seems inadequate, especially considering its expiry and restriction to base prices. I am seeking $50 discount on my upcoming ticket purchase.

Yesterday, I was at the airport early and sought help from a customer service representative as my phone was slow due to being hacked. After rebooking my flight, an employee guided me to the wrong terminal, causing me to miss my flight. The rebooking agent was surprised by the error and attempted to rectify the situation, but was unable to due to a busy supervisor. Being in pain from the long wait, I had to return home. However, I urgently need to travel to SLC for a funeral. Please reschedule my flight after 8 am as soon as possible for a convenient departure time.

As a regular customer of Frontier Airlines, I truly appreciate their budget-friendly prices that enable me to affordably travel with my five children. Yesterday, we were headed to Florida from O’Hare airport. Unfortunately, our tickets did not indicate a gate number, leading us to navigate through TSA and international customs without that crucial information. Despite our efforts, we arrived at our gate only to see our flight departing without us. This situation left me utterly disappointed, especially considering the challenges I face as a single parent on a tight budget due to a divorce.
Although initially considering seeking a refund and rebooking, the financial strain made this unfeasible. As a travel nurse, I was willing to purchase one-way tickets but hoped to adjust the return flight to Saturday without incurring additional fees. My children and I are heartbroken to have missed our scheduled beach getaway in Florida. I believe my request is fair given the circumstances since we were in the dark about our gate assignment, and I’m not even requesting a refund despite the situation being out of our control.

I did not receive my confirmation for the Go Wild purchase. I made the purchase a couple of weeks before Christmas after hearing about it from a coworker on the stage crew at a concert where we both worked. He is in college working on getting his pilot's license and recommended it to me. After researching it, I found it to be a perfect fit. Due to the nature of my various jobs, making a last-minute purchase like this one was ideal, especially since my daughter and granddaughter live 12 hours away, and my car had previous issues with the clutch.

I went through the metal detector, and my bag was searched. The security officer opened my bag, took out my perfume bottles, claimed they were too big, and decided to confiscate them. I was confused as she ignored the larger body wash. When I questioned her, she insisted I needed to go back downstairs to check in the items, warning that I might miss my flight. Frustrated, I left the bottles with her. Thankfully, the airplane waited for me, though it was challenging to contact someone from Frontier. How can I speak to someone about this issue, as the perfume bottles were intended as Christmas gifts?

I experienced a minor delay on my PVR to DEN flight which caused a delay for my DEN to GRR journey. Upon arrival in Den, I had to wait a long time for my bags and golf clubs, and I never received a confirmation code to book seats and bags. The prices charged were outrageous. Dealing with customs, rechecking bags, and the long security line with only two agents made me rush to my connecting flight only to miss it, despite being told it was held for us. The next available flight was not until Friday and no accommodations were offered. I had to book a flight with United for $[redacted]. I am requesting a full refund from Frontier as I had to rebook everything and never used the original ticket. This experience was a disgrace, and I am considering reporting it to the local news.

I was originally scheduled to depart from Las Vegas with a layover in Denver before reaching Orlando yesterday morning. Unfortunately, the gate for my flight changed without any announcement, resulting in myself and at least six others missing the flight. Upon being rescheduled, I arrived in Orlando much earlier than anticipated. I provided all necessary information to the luggage claim area regarding the situation and was told they would contact me when my bag arrived. However, it has been over 6 hours since then, and I have not received any update or notification about my luggage. I would like an update on the status of my bag and request that it be delivered to my home due to the inconvenience and time wasted.

We had a flight scheduled for 10:42 pm on Thursday, Feb. 16, flying from Milwaukee to Las Vegas (F9 [redacted]). Due to an approaching storm, we attempted to change our flight the night before to avoid potential cancelations. When we contacted customer service, Carla informed us our flight was canceled due to a technical issue with the plane. However, after inquiring about our options for a refund or changing flights, we were unexpectedly disconnected. Subsequent calls were disconnected by Dylan and other representatives before resorting to the online chat the following day.
In the online chat on Thursday, the day of our flight, we were promised a $[redacted] voucher each for the cancelation of our flight. Despite having 20 screenshots documenting this conversation, we never received the reimbursement or vouchers as stated.
