Police involvement escalated the situation, and no one from the airline took charge. Disappointed by the lack of assistance, I had to leave. Contacting the airline has been challenging, with only a robot-operated chat available. This morning, I had a flight booked from Orlando to Montego Bay. I had paid for the flight and baggage, as well as a 4-night stay at a resort for two people at $[redacted] per person per night. I am trying to book a flight for my husband and daughter. They each have a voucher under their name, so I thought I needed to book them separately to use both vouchers. I successfully booked my husband's flight using his voucher but now I am unable to book my daughter's flight without booking an adult ticket as well. I am looking to have them on the same flight at the same price I secured for my husband's flight and to utilize my daughter's voucher.

On our trip from Atlanta to Seattle, my 545am flight left us four hours early at the airport. When directed by a woman to stand in a long line behind the baggage claim, we waited patiently for 2 hours only to be told we needed a barcode, with the woman being rude. Despite her unhelpful attitude, we followed her instructions and she placed us in the international line. Feeling mistreated and in tears, I was informed I only had 45 minutes to catch my flight and was denied further assistance when questioning this abrupt change of plans. Attempts to contact support online were delayed, leading to a message advising a refund which was unfruitful at the service desk. Unfortunately, we missed six flights and now feel disheartened by the experience.

Upon arrival at my destination, I found that someone had rummaged through my checked bag, resulting in the theft of approximately $2,[redacted] worth of items. The incident took place at TPA. The stolen items included a brand new phone intended as a gift, about $1,[redacted] worth of jewelry, and 7 Christmas cards for my family. Upon discovering the theft, I promptly filed a police report with the TPA Police. The flight in question was from TPA to LAS on Flight #[redacted] on 12/21/[redacted] at 6:49. Around 2 hours after landing in LAS and checking into the hotel, I noticed the missing items and reported the incident to the Airport Police. They have taken my information and are reviewing security camera footage. I was informed that I will receive an update on the situation later today.

I accidentally processed the same ticket purchase multiple times due to an error on the website, resulting in duplicate charges. I urgently needed the ticket and kept trying. We are trying to retrieve our switched luggage. We accidentally have someone else's bag and need our Christmas presents back. Our luggage, with tag NHQ2HH, should be at the SLC airport. No one is available to assist at the airport. Please help fix this before Friday night. This situation has been a struggle, and we appreciate any assistance from Frontier.

On December 19th, I arrived at Fort Lauderdale airport at 8:45 am for a Frontier flight scheduled to depart at 11:23 am. However, we did not end up leaving the airport until 8:07 pm. I tried to contact Frontier customer service but could not reach anyone for assistance. The two individuals I spoke with mentioned they couldn't help and directed me to call the [redacted] number. Upon reaching out to this number, I received a chat link to message a representative, but unfortunately, no one from Frontier customer service replied after four requests. I am extremely disappointed with this airline and their handling of the situation. I will not be flying with them again.

My flight was delayed initially due to weather issues affecting the incoming flight. Upon arrival, the airline cited a mechanical problem that led to multiple delays. After waiting for 14 hours and being rescheduled for the following day, I was promised a hotel voucher due to traveling with children. Despite being first in line, I ended up waiting for hours only to be informed that the flight got canceled and everyone else was rebooked ahead of me. Consequently, I was left with a flight almost a week later and denied any accommodation assistance. Eventually, I was rebooked, but as the connector train wasn't running for a couple of hours, I opted for a rental car. I had a flight booked with Frontier Airlines to Buffalo on 12/26. The city and airport were severely affected by weather, leading to closures and driving bans for 48 hours. I tried to cancel the flight on 12/25 due to this. The return trip cost $[redacted].92, but the email I received only mentioned a refund of $52, which seems unreasonable. I recently spoke with a representative who informed me that our refund request was denied, alleging that we paid to change our flight date from the 19th to the 25th. However, we did not authorize or pay for such a change. The alteration was made without our consent, and we insist on receiving a refund for this unauthorized modification. We have evidence to support our claim in the form of bank statements. According to your policy, if a change exceeds 3 hours, customers are entitled to a refund. In this case, the change extended the date by 6 days, for which we did not incur any charges. We possess emails that demonstrate the change was not initiated by the travel agency but was made on your end without our consent or payment. Therefore, we are requesting a refund for this unjustified change.

I am having trouble printing or downloading our boarding passes for our upcoming trip from CUN to BWI on 12/28 with booking reference J7KHKI. On the 23rd, I took a flight from Philadelphia to Miami via Atlanta with a layover in Atlanta on flight F92383 from PHL to ATL. Upon landing in Atlanta, I was informed that Frontier Airlines had canceled the connecting flight to Miami (F91514 from ATL to MIA). Unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive in Atlanta as it should have.

We landed at Orlando Airport at 2 a.m. for flight [redacted] to Harrisburg. It took us over an hour and fifteen minutes from self-check-in to check in our bags. Then, we waited in line at security for over two hours. It is now 5:30 a.m., and we are heading to gate 26, but we have to take a slow tram to the plane. Upon arrival, myself and about 7 others were not allowed to board. This is frustrating. Can someone please assist me with retrieving my booking number?

I have three people listed in my flight party traveling from San to Syr on December 30th. Only one of us wants to purchase the perks for the ride home. How can I ensure that only one person is charged for this online? When selecting perks, it charges all three people listed on my reservation. If I manually change the number to 1, it still shows the full price for three people. Will the price adjust to only charge one person on the next screen? This is taking too long. Thank you.

I am disappointed with my recent travel experience. On December 25, [redacted], while flying to Georgia, our baggage retrieval was delayed until 3 in the morning, inconveniencing those waiting. Returning to Connecticut, the pilot arrived early, but we had to wait on the tarmac for an hour and 40 minutes due to a lack of available gates.
