I recently purchased two pairs of Free People shorts from Macy's in [redacted] which have become my favorite. One pair is high-waisted, green camouflage with embroidered flowers, size 8, and the other is faded army green, short shorts with an elastic waistband, size small. Despite taking good care of them, both pairs have unexpectedly started to disintegrate. Given that these shorts have not lasted as long as expected, I would like to request a replacement for both pairs or alternatively a gift certificate for two new pairs of Free People shorts. I recall that one pair was around $98 and the other was either $78 or $68. As a loyal Free People customer with a wardrobe full of their clothing, I hope for a positive resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Bryana G.

I have been experiencing issues every time I try to place an order with Free People. They keep canceling my orders without providing any explanation. Whenever I call the customer service number provided, I am unable to receive any assistance regarding the problem. Despite having a high credit score of close to [redacted] and no previous issues with my orders, I have not been able to resolve this matter. I have requested a call back from a more helpful representative but have not received one yet. This is a problem that I have never encountered with any other online retailer, and I would appreciate some help in resolving it. Thank you. - Jane B.

Hello,
I recently contacted Free People through messenger inquiring about returning a pair of jeans. Unfortunately, I removed the tag, and was informed I could not return them in-store. I then asked if I could mail them back with my receipt and received this response: "Yes, which is why we advised you can return it by mail rather than in store." I found the tone a bit rude. I'm a regular Free People shopper and this is the first time I've encountered such a response.
Thank you,
Holly

Hello,
I recently spoke with Todd from customer support regarding a Christmas order. The order hasn't been delivered, and I was notified via email that it has been refunded. Todd advised me to re-order the dress, and customer service will compensate me for the initial amount paid during the Black Friday sale. I've just placed a new order for approximately $[redacted], whereas the original price was $97. I have screenshots of my order available if needed.
Original purchase (refunded): FP[redacted]0
New order number: FP[redacted]0

I returned some items at the store without any issues. I exchanged a medium dress for a small one that was not in stock, so I paid for it and provided my address for shipping. It has been 3 weeks, and I have yet to receive the small dress. The first order was FP[redacted]6, and the order that has not arrived is P[redacted]3, which the store lady provided as a reference. Please assist. Thank you.

I need help with a returned item I purchased from the Free People online store on October 19, [redacted]. My order number is FP[redacted]3.
My return was received by them on December 9, [redacted], which was delayed due to shipping to Finland through MyUS and a Posti strike affecting international shipments.
However, I have not received any information about my return or refund despite it being unused and undamaged. I paid $[redacted] for the item. I have tried reaching out through their webstore chatbot, but have not received a response. I would appreciate an email acknowledging the return and a full refund of the item's price from Free People.
