Hello. I am writing to inform you that on January 30th, [redacted], I bought a ticket to Windsor for travel on February 1st. When I arrived at the terminal on the travel day, I noticed that my itinerary had not been received in my email. Consequently, I assumed the transaction did not go through. Therefore, I purchased another ticket on February 1st for the same destination, but the itinerary did not appear in my email. Strangely, on February 8th, both tickets suddenly appeared in my email account. One booking number is [redacted], and the second booking number is [redacted].

Subject: Urgent Help Needed - Lost Luggage Hello, My name is Porag Barua, and I am a student at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. On 4th February, I traveled from Praha (Prague) to Paris, Bercy Saine, with a stop in Florence. Unfortunately, during a 25-minute stop in Nuremberg, Germany, I left my luggage on the bus. The kind driver helped me contact the Nuremberg FlixBus office, and they confirmed that they have my dark blue laptop bag with the name "Porag" on it. The bag has a lock, for which I have the key, and it contains my passport and academic documents. I am stranded without my passport and academic materials, unable to attend my classes in Czech. Hello, I recently booked a round trip ticket from Amsterdam to Luxembourg for the 24th of February. The booking number is [redacted]. Unfortunately, my departure was delayed by 2 hours, with minimal information or apologies provided. I arrived at my destination 2 hours later than scheduled. On the 26th, I attempted to take my return trip, but the ticket was mistakenly booked for the 26th of March instead of February. Despite the confusion, the driver allowed me a brief window to rebook, as the bus was about to depart. The new booking number is [redacted]. I had difficulty booking due to the app and website directing me to the wrong date, causing further delays and additional costs for alternative transportation. I have canceled my March booking and received a voucher for 25 euros. I am seeking a fair refund or compensation for the inconveniences, financial loss, and time wasted during both trips. I was traveling from Wroclaw to Bergamo, starting on 17th of February at 10 pm. I arrived in Slovenia at 11:20 on the 18th, but due to a rush and carnival in Ljubljana, I was delayed in getting to the next bus to Bergamo. Unfortunately, the bus left one minute before I arrived, which I found very irresponsible of the drivers. I believe they should have at least tried to contact me. As a passenger, facing unexpected situations while traveling should not result in being left behind, especially in an unfamiliar place. This experience with Flixbus was very disappointing for me, and I am requesting a partial refund for my ticket. I hope to hear back from you soon.

I am dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I booked my tickets two days ago, paid $[redacted].80, and am still pending confirmation. I urgently need a full refund as I intended to travel today. I booked through Flix bus and if my money is not refunded promptly, I will take legal action. I have a lawyer ready to assist. I request to speak to a human representative to resolve this matter promptly. I insist on a refund to the original payment method as I plan to make alternate travel arrangements.

Last Friday, I purchased round-trip tickets for two people, Filimon Hafetu and Mussie Girmay, from Amsterdam to Brussels via the Flixbus app. I used iDEAL for payment and selected ING bank, but the app displayed error messages, although the payment went through. I can provide confirmation of the transaction and urgently request a refund. I have previously emailed without any response, finding the customer service unsatisfactory. I prefer a refund over vouchers, as I am unlikely to use this app in the future.

I booked a ticket for my wife from Utrecht to Barcelona on March 7th, but unfortunately, the bus from Paris to Barcelona at 11:10 pm has been canceled. I urgently booked another ticket for March 8th at 11:10 pm. We waited for [redacted] minutes for the bus from Zagreb to Sarajevo operated by Globtour/Croatia Bus. The only bus on this route often runs late due to border crossing issues. The bus immediately returns to Sarajevo after reaching Zagreb. The driver was impolite, and the bus was in poor condition - old, uncomfortable with broken seats and no interior lights. I hope something can be done to address this situation as it is very unpleasant for passengers.

I am trying to find the Flixbus service from Chamonix, France to St. Exupery Airport on April 29th this year. The schedule is available until April 25th, but from April 26th onwards, it shows "No trips today." I wonder if this means the service ends on the 25th or if the schedule hasn't been posted yet and will be added soon. I have already booked everything else for this trip, so I need to clarify this. Hello, This morning, I took a FlixBus from Paris to Brussels. The driver checked my ID and official stay document on my phone, and I embarked without any issues. However, this afternoon, when I tried to board the bus back to Paris at 16:40 due to a health emergency with my partner, the driver refused to accept my valid French student residence permit as ID. I offered my driver's license and student ID, but he still declined. Now, my boyfriend and I are stranded in Brussels with a serious health issue, while the driver allowed others to board without thorough checks. We urgently need to return to Paris. The bus to Philadelphia was delayed, causing me to wait at the dark and abandoned Greyhound terminal in Pensacola, the designated pickup spot. Despite waiting in my car due to freezing temperatures, as soon as the bus arrived, I left to board it. Unfortunately, the bus started moving before I could reach it, despite waving and yelling for it to stop, leaving me behind. The departure was earlier than scheduled, even with the delay, as I was there 10 minutes early for the new estimated time. I now need to rebook my trip to return home promptly.

I recently booked a round trip ticket for a friend using the Flixbus app from Tacoma, WA to Ellensburg, WA for March 18th and 23rd, but due to not receiving the ticket confirmation and rebooking unsuccessfully, I had to cancel the trip last minute. Unfortunately, my friend couldn't make it to the bus, and I am wondering if I qualify for a voucher for a future trip. Additionally, upon my initial booking, I received an email about a refund, which I saw reflected in my bank account, but I am unsure of when to expect the funds. I am currently in an accident on Ciro' Marina. We were already late according to the ticket that stated 8 am in Crotone. I need to make a claim as I have a business trip and an appointment at 8:30 in Rocca di Neto. I will provide all necessary details to support my claim regarding the issue your service caused me today. I came from England for this appointment. I usually take milobus, which is an excellent service, but it was fully booked. I purchased two tickets and will have to cancel one for Sunday since I cannot risk missing my flight back home. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my experience on Sunday, March 19. The bus scheduled to depart from Glendale, Arizona, to Flagstaff, Arizona, at 7:10 am was delayed by 2 hours. A new departure time of 9:40 am was given around 7 am, causing me to temporarily leave the bus stop. The bus surprisingly arrived at 8:40 am, earlier than anticipated. Unfortunately, since all passengers had left by then, the bus departed without anyone on board. Subsequently, I canceled my ticket and opted for a refund voucher. Booking Number: [redacted] Good day, I noticed yesterday that my reserved seats on the route from Freiburg im Breisgau to Düsseldorf ZOB are available for other passengers to reserve, even though I reserved and paid for them on 04.12.[redacted]. Despite encountering the AD04 error message during payment, both payment attempts were processed. One transaction included a seating reservation, leading to slightly varied pricing.
