I traveled on a Flixbus from Berlin to Brussels on the 27th of March. During the 12-hour journey, the USB outlets in the seats were not working, leaving us unable to charge our phones. The bus arrived in Brussels 20 minutes late at 22:35, causing me to miss my last train to Namur where I live. Thankfully, I had to stay at a colleague's place in Brussels and had to spend around 20 EUR on a taxi to get there because I was unfamiliar with the city. The bus driver's unplanned stops and lack of communication also added to the feeling of being unsafe, especially in a new city with a dead phone. I hope steps can be taken to address these issues for future trips. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing to seek assistance regarding a recent travel issue. I received notice from sncf that my train from Chamberry to Paris was canceled due to strikes in France. Consequently, I booked a bus with Flixbus for the same route. Upon arriving at the Chamberry train station on March 15th, I was informed that the train to Paris was running on schedule, prompting me to cancel my Flixbus booking and receive a voucher instead. As I reside in Israel, it is impractical for me to utilize the voucher. I kindly request assistance in converting the voucher into a monetary refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I encountered an issue trying to pay for my bus booking on FlixBus with my credit card, pay pal, and Google pay. The error code AD04 keeps appearing despite successfully using these payment methods for other services regularly. I have attempted to resolve this over three days by using various devices, clearing cache, and reinstalling the app but without success. The help desk advises me to try again the next day, which doesn't help. Unfortunately, I cannot visit an office as suggested since there are none in South Africa. After my bank clarified that the problem was due to a time-out from FlixBus, I made three more attempts with different details, only to face the same AD04 error prompt. Therefore, I will have to find an alternative company for my booking.

I updated the name of a person on my trip with booking number [redacted] and was charged approximately 50 euros. I know this is to prevent ticket scalping, but this was for the return journey. The outbound trip had the correct names under booking number [redacted]. I mistakenly used the wrong name for my brother from a previous trip we took together and only realized this when checking the tickets later on. Is there a chance to get a refund for this charge?

Hello, today I booked and paid for 3 round-trip tickets from Antwerp to Amsterdam. However, I have not received an email confirmation or a 10-digit booking number. Despite the money being deducted from my bank account, I have confirmed this with my bank. We require your help to receive the tickets for travel on April 23. Good evening! My name is Livia Ștefănescu. I have booking number [redacted] for FlixBus from București at the Militari bus station, located at 1 Valea Cascadelor Street, [redacted] București. We are traveling to Istanbul with my family, the Verzea family, who are our cousins. Despite selecting seats when booking, our seat preferences were not honored, and I am not seated next to my daughter. Since we are traveling at night, I kindly request to be seated next to my daughter. Please change my seat in the bus so we can be together during the entire journey, both to and from the destination. Hello, I recently made a booking for the bus route from Lisbon to Porto on April 30th. Today, I adjusted the departure time but kept the same date. I noticed that 1 euro was deducted from my Paypal account, but I haven't received a confirmation email. As a result, I am unsure if the payment was successfully processed. After trying to modify the date once more by clicking on the link in the email, I received a message indicating that the link is no longer valid as I had already adjusted the departure time. The driver with license plate H-NAY389 arrived at Kelenfold station at 22:20. I mistook the bus for the one to Warsaw and inquired, to which he confirmed. I boarded and stored my luggage, but the bus never left. My actual bus, F976 to Nepliget, arrived 10 minutes late according to Flixbus. I directed my friends there, but they found nothing. Since I'm not in the EU, my friend has been contacting you with no response on how to locate my luggage. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still without any information. This lack of service is concerning.

On Thursday, April 9, I was supposed to catch the bus at 8 PM in Corvallis, Oregon. I received a message just five minutes before, stating the bus was delayed for over two hours, now scheduled for 9:59 PM. The bus was further delayed until 1:51 AM on Friday, April 10. I needed to return to Portland early in the morning for work after commuting to school. I went to the bus stop at 1:40 AM, and as I arrived at 1:45 AM, the bus left. Despite my phone indicating the bus would arrive at 1:51 AM in Corvallis, it left early. I and my friend tried to get the driver's attention by flashing our lights and honking, but he ignored us. I ran to his door at a red light and asked him to stop, but he didn't acknowledge me. This experience with FlixBus was unacceptable. Missing work, staying up hours after the boarding time, and encountering a rude driver has left me feeling disappointed and I cannot recommend this service anymore.

Hello all, I attempted to book a one-way trip for three passengers from Paris to Amsterdam. Following the payment with my debit card, I did not receive a booking confirmation. Instead, it displayed "Declined" and prompted me to contact my bank. I later discovered that £[redacted].94 was deducted from my debit card balance. While I am willing to pay for the booking, I kindly request a refund for the mentioned amount. I appreciate your assistance.

Hello, my name is Mapanda. My son, Noah Maloumba, born on 29/07/20, boarded the bus on 16/04 at 19:50, taking seat 8B from Paris to Brussels. During a short restroom break, he stepped out briefly to purchase something, thinking he was only gone for 7 minutes. Upon his return, he found that the bus had already left without him. It was very late, with no other Flixbus in sight after waiting until midnight. The concern is how the driver could overlook counting the passengers on board. Hello, I left my sunglasses on a Flixbus during a transfer from one bus to another in Düsseldorf. The driver found them but has been giving me the runaround regarding returning them. I suspect he may have kept or stolen them. I have exchanged many texts with him trying to arrange for their return, but he repeatedly delayed for various reasons. He mentioned wanting to return them in Düsseldorf instead of Frankfurt, where I suggested. Another driver supposedly took them from him. After 1.5 months of back-and-forth messages, he now claims he doesn't know where they are. I suspect foul play and would like the driver's name before involving the police. Hello, on April 12th, I attempted to purchase bus tickets from Budapest to Zagreb using the app, but encountered an issue with validation. Despite receiving error messages, I was charged twice for the transactions. Assuming it was only an authorization hold, I expected the funds to be returned. However, both transactions were completed, and I have yet to receive my tickets or a refund. I would like to be refunded for the two unauthorized charges as I did not receive the tickets. Thank you.

On May 5th, [redacted], at 21:55, I made a payment through the FlixBus application for a route from Copenhagen to Warsaw, with a travel date of October 10th, [redacted], departing at 13:05 from Copenhagen and arriving at 7:30 in Warsaw. After attempting to pay for the ticket using PayPal with both my Visa card and Mastercard, I received an error message. However, I later verified with both of my banks that the funds were reserved for the payment. Despite this, I have not received a ticket confirmation via email. Today I was supposed to leave for Marseille. I was at the bus station in Brescia at 8:00 and waited, but it didn't show up. I tried calling your customer service, they told me to wait. At 10:00, I called again, they said there was traffic. At noon, they said the bus had a flat tire in Milan and couldn't return to Brescia. Can you refund me or change the travel date?
