Today, I received an unexpected order in my father's name between 10-11 am. Considering he is currently abroad in a different time zone, I was puzzled as to whether he made the purchase. After confirming no family member had placed the order, I discovered I had inadvertently paid the cash on delivery amount of 798rs. I opened my Flipkart account six years ago using a mobile number that I recently lost along with the phone. I am now unable to update my new mobile number because Flipkart sends OTPs to both the new and old numbers. I can't enter the OTP from my old number as I lost it. I recently ordered Noise earbuds but received Lotus skin whitening cream instead in an open box delivery. The delivery person acknowledged the mistake but still handed over the wrong product. He mentioned taking pictures and informing the office to facilitate the return via the app. Unfortunately, due to it being labeled as an open box delivery, I couldn't choose the option for receiving the incorrect item. Hello, I recently bought a traditional kurta, palazzo set with dupatta. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I noticed several issues such as the quality of the fabric being poor, the color not matching what was expected, and the item looking significantly different from the product shown. I initiated a return requesting citing the quality problem, but the pickup person cancelled it and advised me to request again for a mismatched item. I made a purchase of shoes on Flipkart, and the money was deducted from my account; however, the order did not confirm, and it shows as pending. I tried calling Flipkart customer care, but the line was busy, so I requested a callback. The next day, I received a call back and explained my issue, asking for a refund. The representative provided a doubtful procedure, and upon disconnecting the call, I received a message regarding two transactions totaling Rs. 25,[redacted] and Rs. 3,[redacted] on my account. These unauthorized transactions appear to be fraudulent and have been linked to Flipkart's customer care. I intend to report this as a fraudulent transaction and file a complaint against Flipkart.

I missed receiving my order due to being out of town during the expected delivery date of 30th December as indicated by Flipkart. My phone was off, and upon switching it on, I received a call from Flipkart. The automated system asked if I wanted to cancel my order, and I mistakenly pressed 1 without fully understanding the prompt. I believe my order may have been canceled, but I do not wish to cancel it. Is it possible to have my order redelivered?
