The TV needs to be sent to Bangalore for further assessment. If a new panel is available, it will be replaced; otherwise, a new TV may be provided. It has been a week since the technician's visit, but there has been no progress. I am a 79-year-old person with physical disabilities who relies on the TV for entertainment. I made a purchase on Flipkart for a Wakefit Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress on 10th December [redacted]. Despite the promised delivery date of 18th December, the product has not arrived even after 3 weeks. The order status only shows "ready to be shipped." We got rid of the old mattress in anticipation of this delivery, causing inconvenience to my elderly parents with health issues. I have reached out to Customer Support numerous times but keep receiving vague responses about technical issues or escalations with no follow-up. After waiting for 20 days with no progress, I am frustrated by the lack of communication and want to cancel the order for a full refund. For educational purposes, I purchased a realme Book Slim laptop for ₹59,[redacted] on December 25, [redacted]. Upon receiving the package on December 28, [redacted], I discovered that the laptop was missing from the box, only finding the charger and warranty papers. I immediately notified the delivery executive who advised me to contact Flipkart customer support. Despite raising return requests for a refund multiple times since December 25, [redacted], my requests were rejected six times. When I tried to complaint again, my account was blocked. I am requesting the resumption of my Flipkart account so I can proceed with either a refund or replacement for the missing laptop.

Hello, I am Sachin Saxena, a verified customer of Flipkart. On December 31, [redacted], I received my order of "Nea Silicone Scrubbing Glove" in a different color and size than what was ordered. I selected pink as shown in the description and picture, but I received blue gloves in a small size, which were also damaged. The Flipkart site states no refund/return on this product, but when customers receive a damaged product, it becomes a loss both in terms of money and the product. I have received 9 calls from Flipkart customer care regarding the refund, but no progress has been made. The communication has been rude, and there has been no proper response on chat. I have repeatedly shared my account details and issue, but the problem persists. The Flipkart team keeps mentioning technical issues and assures resolution within 24 to 48 hours, yet the issue remains unresolved. If a customer receives a damaged product from Flipkart, it is unclear who will offer assistance. Dear Team, I am expecting a refund of [redacted] for a purchase I made, but I received a refund of only [redacted]. I reached out through chat and phone, but the conversations ended without a resolution. I was informed that the SBI card offer amount would not be refunded, which seems unfair as the fault lies with the seller. I received defective products twice during a replacement process for a gift, and despite contacting customer care, there was no option for a replacement. Dear Sir, my name is Shivam Yadav. I am from Agra. I ordered woodland shoes on January 1st and received them on January 5th. Unfortunately, the shoes I received were not the color I had ordered. I requested a replacement, but the product was out of stock. I called customer service, but was put on hold for 18 minutes without assistance. Feeling frustrated, I informed them I did not receive the product. From January 5th to January 10th, no action was taken. I then placed an order for 10 shoes to pressure the seller, leading to my account being blocked. I don't understand my mistake. I ordered the shoes, made an online payment, and have been a loyal Flipkart customer and Plus member for 5 years. I have never committed fraud with Flipkart. The seller deceived me and asked for unnecessary documents like my Aadhar card. I complied, but have not received a refund or replacement. I request your help before January 19th as I was told no refund or replacement will be issued after that date.

I am having a hard time with this faulty phone I received. I have already requested for it to be collected multiple times. I had a frustrating experience with the first technician who put me on hold and then got disconnected. The second technician also provided misleading information. I don't want this product anymore; I prefer a new Redmi phone. Please process a refund instead of trying to repair it. I will be reaching out to the CEO and managers via email. I am disappointed with the service I have received regarding the faulty phone. I have already explained several times that the phone is defective and needs to be collected. The first engineer put me on hold and then disconnected the call without resolving the issue, and the second engineer was unhelpful. I do not want this product repaired; I want a refund so I can order a new Redmi phone. I will be contacting Flipkart's CEO and manager via email to address this matter. On December 30th, I received my order that was placed on December 18th. However, upon inspection, I realized that I received a Redmi 9i instead of the Realme 8 that I had ordered. I have been requesting a refund since that day, submitting my request more than 13 times. Unfortunately, my refund requests have been consistently rejected. I am currently in a chat with customer support but my issue remains unresolved. This has been my worst experience with Flipkart, and it is causing me a great deal of distress as it involves a significant amount of money, equivalent to two months' salary. We have been loyal customers of Flipkart for a long time and have always trusted the platform. This is the first time we have faced such an issue. I encountered three more issues after my previous one got resolved. 1. I did not receive any notifications or delivery codes for my prepaid order totaling [redacted] Rs. The verification process with the delivery person has been problematic, and the delivery arrived a few days earlier than stated in the SMS. 2. I also faced issues with delivery codes for another prepaid order amounting to [redacted] Rs. 3. I have yet to receive any notifications regarding the packing or shipping of another prepaid order worth [redacted] Rs. This order includes three kurtas and a non-stick pan set.

Dear Sir, I have been consistently reaching out for the past month and a half regarding issues with my Thomson TV. I initially contacted Thomson TV on January 4, [redacted], about problems with the TV I purchased for my sister's marriage at H/o- Shiv Shaw A P Devi Road near Sanichara Dharamshala, Shastri Vidyalaya. The lack of response from Thomson TV's Customer Care over the last one and a half months has been frustrating and is impacting both the services provided by Thomson TV and your overall business operations.
