I modified my booking (ref. J3VMI2) yesterday by changing the date of the first flight. However, I've noticed that all my seat reservations, except for one flight, have disappeared in the new e-tickets. I am puzzled as to why this has happened. I understand for the changed flight, but not for the others.
I also tried to select seats for the changed flight on the "manage my booking" page, but I'm unable to make the reservation.

I have a reservation from Paris to Nouméa with multiple flights. My concern is about transit through Narita Airport without entering Japan due to Finnair's request to check Japan's entry rules. I contacted the Japanese embassy in Paris, and they confirmed that as long as my ticket is one continuous journey without exiting the international zone in Narita, there should be no issue with Japan's entry requirements. I urgently need confirmation that my transit in Narita will not require me to enter Japan. I have been assured by an agent in Helsinki that everything is fine, but I still have doubts. Can someone clarify this situation for me?

Unfortunately, the day after arriving in Estonia, I received a positive Covid test result and had to quarantine at home for one week, impacting my planned two-week trip. With important matters awaiting me and people to meet, I sought to change my flight. When attempting to adjust the date through the "manage booking" section on the Finnair website, I encountered an error message indicating technical difficulties and advising me to try again later. Despite repeated attempts and calls to Finnish and Estonian customer support lines, where I faced long wait times without any assistance, I have been unable to modify my reservation. Hello. I am interested in booking Finnair flights from London to Melbourne with layovers in Helsinki and Singapore. I am fully vaccinated, but I am a bit confused about whether I can transit through Singapore. From what I understand, transits are permitted if you are vaccinated and it's a recognized flight/country. Yesterday, I flew with my 7-year-old son from India to Finland through New Delhi International Airport. I had a round-trip ticket with two cabin bags and a small school bag filled with books and games for my son, along with a carry-on bag for my office laptop. While departing from Helsinki, everything went smoothly without any additional charges. However, in India, I had a negative experience with the ground staff who were disrespectful and uncooperative. Despite being a long-time Finnair customer, I felt mistreated this time as they charged me unjustly for my luggage, totaling 90 euros. I was singled out for having "4 bags" while others with similar luggage were not. I reported the incident to the flight crew, but the behavior of the ground staff, specifically Pankaj Chopra and Rajesh Khanna, was unacceptable. This incident has tainted my view of Finnair, a company I have trusted for 12 years. The lack of respect shown by the ground staff was disappointing, especially considering the premium prices I pay for the airline's services.

I made a booking with Expedia for two flights, but unfortunately, I used the wrong name on the reservation. The Booking ID for my flights is JOZZF3. The first flight, AY [redacted], is from Zurich to Helsinki departing on 4 February [redacted] at 19:05 and landing in Helsinki at 23:00. The second flight, AY [redacted], is from Helsinki to Geneva departing on 6 February [redacted] at 16:10 and landing in Geneva at 18:15. I mistakenly used my friend's name, Heather Angela Murphy, instead of mine, Samuel James Dowdell, due to using her credit card. My friend also has tickets for these flights under her name with Booking ID OBT4N9. I have contacted Expedia, who is reaching out to Finnair to correct the name on my ticket. I am awaiting further communication from them but wanted to follow up directly with Finnair. I kindly request to modify the name on my ticket from Heather Angela Murphy to Samuel James Dowdell. I wanted to express my gratitude to everyone who attempted to assist me. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the help I needed and was left stranded at the airport, unable to board a plane back to Sweden.
Today, I experienced a distressing situation which I believe was mishandled by Finnair staff. I was denied boarding due to three minor reasons: the absence of a return ticket, an issue with the Dubai visa status, and an alleged error with the Dubai Visa Foundation.
I waited patiently while an employee attended to another passenger's issue similar to mine. When it was finally my turn, I was informed that I had missed the flight due to their inefficiency in managing the situation.
I strongly feel that Finnair is to blame for the inconvenience, resulting in a wasted ticket, time, exhaustion, and the additional cost of transportation from my city to Stockholm Airport.
Several points suggest inconsistencies and mistakes on Finnair's part. I hold the airline accountable for the troubles I've faced during this journey and I request a full refund, compensation for the inconvenience caused, accommodation in a hotel due to my current health situation, and adherence to my rights as a passenger per (ICAO) regulations.
I'm currently in transit at Helsinki Airport seeking a prompt resolution and appropriate compensation from Finnair for their poor service and handling of the situation.

The problem occurred on 03/03/[redacted]. During a flight from Manchester UK to Helsinki, we missed our connecting flight to Ivalo, causing us to miss our first night activity. On the return from Ivalo to Helsinki on 06/03, the connecting flight did not wait for us, leading to an overnight stay at a subpar hotel. The dining experience was poor, and there were delays in service. The overall experience was stressful and disappointing after what was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime.

I purchased tickets from Atlanta to Seoul through Finnair with ASAP Travel agency. When Russia closed its airspace in March, our return flight was canceled by Finnair. Initially, they promised a refund directly to us but later stated it must go through ASAP. Despite notifying ASAP, they claimed no refunds would be issued due to Finnair's policy. They mentioned missing the rescheduling deadline as well. I am frustrated as I have not received any refund for the canceled flight.

Upon arriving in Finland on July 1st with my family, we experienced significant inconvenience as all five pieces of our luggage were delayed, attributing the issue to errors at our transiting airports in Paris and Hamburg. Despite 14 days passing since our arrival, we have yet to receive any of the bags, with two still unaccounted for in the system. Traveling with my two young daughters, aged 8 months and 6 years, the missing luggage contains vital items such as clothes, feeding bottles, diapers, shoes, and food, leaving us in dire need. Regrettably, Finnair's response to our inquiries has been lackluster, with unanswered emails through the established profile. In all my travels, I have never encountered such poor service when it comes to addressing passenger concerns.

The initial delay was due to a technical issue that required analysis and tools that were not readily available, leading to a longer wait time than anticipated.
The lack of information provided throughout the delay caused me to adjust various appointments and transportation plans, including missing important family visits due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite being issued vouchers for airport snacks, there was no opportunity to utilize them effectively due to sudden boarding announcements.

When we first started planning this trip, we attempted to book a ticket through Finnair, but we discovered they do not support multi-city itineraries. As a result, we turned to Expedia to book our air tickets, and they provided us with premium economy tickets. However, upon checking the airline's website, we realized that our tickets are the lower-tier premium economy light, which offers fewer benefits than regular economy class. It appears we may have been misled by our travel agent. We simply wish to reschedule our flight from the 19th to the 26th of October.

I would like to report an incident regarding my lost bag on my recent flight from VNO to DFW on Sunday, November 20th. The flights I took were AY1102 and AY0019, and the luggage tag number is [redacted].
Upon arrival at DFW, I immediately filed a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) for the lost bag. Unfortunately, I realized that the File Reference Number section was left blank by the agent who assisted me, making it impossible for me to track the status of my claim. As of now, I have not received any updates regarding my lost bag through any means of communication.
I have an upcoming domestic trip within the USA tonight to visit my son at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Since my bag contains most of my warm clothes and unique items from Lithuania intended for my family's Thanksgiving celebration, I am considering purchasing replacement clothing and items due to the cold weather conditions in Colorado.
