One of the most common reasons why you don't receive your booking confirmations is because the email address is incorrect. Sure, you can make sure to double-check your information before hitting that submit button, but Finnair has a different solution if you need another copy of the confirmation. Simply sign in to the Manage Booking section using your family name and booking code, then update your contact information. Next, go to the contact and request forms tab of the website for the form called "order your e-ticket receipt." Filling this out will send you a new confirmation.

However, if you don't receive the first confirmation within 24 hours of booking or have a double booking, then you would need to call Finnair's customer service representatives. It's also recommended that you speak with the airline's live chat while you are booking your reservation. The agents would be able to answer any questions you have in real-time.
