I visited FanDuel on 12/12 and made deposits to play blackjack. I won on various dates from 12/12 to 12/16. However, they suspended my account abruptly with no explanation. Surprisingly, on 12/19, they coded all the previous deposits to my Bank of America account, resulting in a negative balance of $[redacted]. The deposits went through when I purchased credits, but they shut down my account as soon as I started winning. Their [redacted] number only allows leaving messages, and the chat support cannot assist with suspended accounts. Their emails are confusing, mentioning a closed case that I never opened. They have unjustly taken $[redacted] that I rightfully won playing blackjack. I feel like they mistook me for someone else, and their lack of customer support is frustrating. I plan to report them to the gaming boards in NJ, NY, and Michigan as I reside in Michigan and feel scammed. FanDuel's claim of a money-back guarantee seems untrue as I can't reach anyone for help. This situation seems like a clear case of theft.

I was attempting to access my FanDuel account when I accidentally triggered a suspension. Upon investigation, I discovered that my email linked to FanDuel, [redacted], had been deactivated due to inactivity. I tried to reactivate it without success, leading me to create a new email account. Unfortunately, when FanDuel attempted to send me a code to reset my password, it was sent to the suspended email address. If my old account could be reinstated, I could then withdraw my funds and create a new account. I can be reached at [redacted] if you could send me the code via text. Hello, I created my FanDuel account on Monday, February 6th, and promptly deposited $[redacted] using the Interact method. Following this, I placed a $[redacted] 4-team parlay wager with the final leg scheduled for the next day, Tuesday. However, when I tried to access my account on Tuesday afternoon, it was locked. Later on Tuesday, the final leg of my parlay won, leaving me with over $[redacted] in my FanDuel account. Upon reaching out to support via live chat, I was notified that my account was under review by the Accounts team due to potential unusual activity or transactions. Despite only making one deposit and one wager, my account has been locked for over four days now. I have spoken to multiple agents through the live chat feature, all of whom have provided the same information about the ongoing review and reassured me that I will be contacted via email shortly. I am disappointed with the prolonged review process and unnecessary scrutiny of my account. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I encountered an issue accessing my account on Sunday and I have been struggling to resolve it for days. Even after sending in my license, it was not accepted, and I am attempting to re-submit it. I am particularly concerned about any withdrawals from last Saturday morning and whether I would still be able to view them despite my account being suspended. Hello, On 3/2/23, I, Victor Brown, was playing on Fandule casino and had a significant win. Upon trying to withdraw the funds to my debit card ending in [redacted], I realized that my login credentials were changed without my permission. After reporting this to the support team, they suspended my account but assured me that my winnings were still being processed for release. However, after receiving an email about my account suspension, my winnings remain frozen, and despite reaching out multiple times over the past three weeks, I have not received any updates or responses regarding the status of my account or winnings. I am eager to resolve this matter quickly and am willing to pick up my winnings in person to expedite the process and have my account reactivated promptly.

My account was suspended on March 4 due to suspicious activity, as per FanDuel. After inquiring about free play following some significant winnings, I, feeling fatigued, set my phone down momentarily. Unfortunately, my child accessed it and unintentionally caused the loss of all my funds. Despite sending numerous identity verification documents to regain access and review past transactions, my account remains suspended to this day with no communication from FanDuel. The last correspondence I received was from a Jessica, to whom I promptly submitted all requested documentation, but I have not received any follow-up. I am eager to have my account reactivated and hoping for assistance as I'm sure you can empathize with my frustration.

My teenage son used your platform to gamble and spent over $2,[redacted]. I'm confused as it's prohibited for minors to gamble. I'm requesting a full refund of the amount. I had $4.74 in my FanDuel account. I won $12 on the last Nuggets vs. Lakers game. I bet $2 on the Boston vs. Miami game and $1 on the Vegas hockey game. However, the remaining $11.74 is missing from my account for unknown reasons. I have searched but have been unable to locate it. I have been a loyal FanDuel customer for nearly three years now. I purchased a ticket for the Denver Nuggets game last night, and they won. However, when I tried to cash it at the FanDuel desk, the staff informed me that they were already closed as the game ended a little after 10. They advised me to return in the morning, but they don't open until 1 PM. As a truck driver leaving the state, this situation is incredibly inconvenient. I'm frustrated that the employee instructed me to come back in the morning when I couldn't cash my ticket until much later. It's a frustrating situation.

Fanduel suspended my account after I used my debit card to help a friend make a deposit into their account with my name and address. Everything went smoothly until four days later when my friend attempted to withdraw funds and her account got suspended. The next day, my account was also suspended, five days after the transaction. I have not received any follow-up emails or communication after waiting for three days. This lack of customer service is disappointing. I have used the same card multiple times before without issue. My friend's account is now active again, and I believe I deserve an apology and a complimentary bet for this inconvenience.

I have been playing a game all night when I decided to deposit money. However, when I tried to withdraw it three days later, the system crashed on my phone. I am frustrated that I cannot access my money and demand a refund. I have paid for the service, and I expect to receive my money back. Yesterday, I deposited $[redacted] into my account, number [redacted]. However, my bank mentioned that it was sent twice. Upon checking my balance, I see the original $[redacted], as well as $18 from winnings in last night's NBA game. If it was sent twice, I should have around $[redacted]. I started a new account yesterday, but I suspect my old account may still have some funds remaining. Unfortunately, I don't remember the old account number. Hello, my name is Jeremy Powers. I referred my friend Alan Webb four days ago, but neither of us has received our bonuses yet. I have reached out to FanDuel support through email multiple times, but I have not received any response back. I have experienced this issue 10 times in the past year, and it is disappointing that nobody seems to care. I would like to receive my bonus, and my friend would like to receive his as well. I am shocked at the lack of communication regarding my concern. DraftKings, on the other hand, has always been prompt in their responses, usually within 60 seconds, and their customer support is much better than FanDuel's.

I am experiencing an issue with missing the "Red White and Blue" slot game on the app and online platform, which is disappointing, especially with the decreased payouts for daily spins on Fanduel. Regrettably, during a previous attempt to resolve this problem over the phone, the technician I spoke with was unhelpful and even used inappropriate language towards me. Despite explaining multiple times that another technician had already attempted the same solution, he failed to understand the situation. I was directed to him because I needed to download what new customers receive instead of what I currently had due to the continuous loading issue on my iPhone without access to the game in question.

On Saturday, August 20th, I believe I withdrew $[redacted] from my FanDuel account, but accidentally selected the wrong card for the transaction. Today, on August 22nd, I attempted to transfer the funds to the correct card but was unsuccessful. Consequently, the money was refunded back to FanDuel. Before 5:22 pm on August 22nd, I wagered around $[redacted]. However, when I tried to withdraw my money again, there seemed to be an issue. I originally had around $[redacted], but the system only allowed me to make two separate withdrawals for unknown reasons. I would appreciate it if you could refund the missing money back to FanDuel or transfer it to the card I intended to use.

I made a $[redacted] deposit on 07/14/[redacted] and recently received a collection notice claiming I owe $[redacted] on the same date. This is disappointing as I have been a happy user of this application. I plan to close my account and discontinue using your services. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue with the collection company, they insist that I pay. This experience does not foster customer loyalty. I will withdraw the funds from my account and proceed with closing it. I have been a loyal customer of Fan Fuel for a while now but have been experiencing login issues with my account. I accidentally used the wrong password and got locked out. I recently encountered an issue when attempting to create an account on FanDuel due to being mistakenly placed on an exclusion list. After FanDuel investigated, they confirmed it was a false positive, and I was able to set up my account. However, I have not yet received the promotion for bet 5 get [redacted] in bets, as I haven't placed any bets on the platform. Living in Arizona, I encounter repeated verification on my PC every login, which is frustrating. However, my phone remains verified consistently. I seek a solution for my PC to be automatically verified upon login like my phone to eliminate this inconvenience. My husband prefers using the PC but is unhappy with the lengthy verification process. Occasionally, the PC shows verified, but when placing a bet, I am prompted to verify again. At times, it requires repeating the verification process three or four times before being verified. If this issue persists on my PC, we may consider discontinuing the use of Fanduel. Your guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
