I recently shared a post on Facebook denouncing hate, discrimination, racism, and hate groups. Unfortunately, a Facebook reviewer misunderstood my intention and flagged the post due to images of neo-fascists and a Nazi flag, resulting in the disabling of my account. Despite my efforts to verify my identity by submitting my passport, Facebook rejected my appeal, leaving me shocked and dismayed. As a result, I have lost access to the three pages I managed, including those for my translation companies and a page dedicated to WWII memorial ceremonies. It is disheartening to be penalized for condemning hate speech, especially when my post was misinterpreted based solely on accompanying images.

There is a Facebook page called "Lilya's Report" that is causing distress to my family. It is about our deceased son, Nick, who was in an abusive relationship before he passed away in March. The video on the page shows Nick being forced to say he is okay by his wife, which is extremely painful for us. We have younger children who should not see this video as it has come up in their therapy sessions due to the abuse Nick suffered. We kindly request to have the page shut down or the video removed. It is a difficult situation for us as a family, and we would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

There is a lady on Facebook named Lisa Edwards who has a business page. I have made several purchases totaling over $[redacted] from her. Unfortunately, most of my orders never reached the intended recipients. I ordered items for my friend, aunt, mom, and grandma three months ago and they never arrived. Despite repeated attempts to contact Lisa for tracking information and updates on recent orders, she has been unresponsive. It has been a month since my last order and the items have not shown up. I feel like I may have been scammed. While Lisa initially shared personal struggles, I now worry about the $[redacted] I spent with nothing to show for it. Other customers have had similar experiences, and I am seeking a refund for my undelivered items.

A profile picture of Josephine Williams keeps appearing in all my Facebook notification settings, and I don't recognize her. I believe I've been hacked as the hacker has control over my phone through Facebook, Messenger, Marketplace, my emails, and even my Apple ID. Despite blocking her, her name and picture still show up in my notifications. I've tried changing my password multiple times, but it keeps getting changed with notifications sent to my email in different languages. This has been happening since last January, and I've even purchased five new phones and created several new email addresses and Facebook accounts. It's frustrating, and I feel helpless. I'm Meagan Wilson, and my phone number is +[redacted]8. I've taken numerous steps to secure my phone to no avail. Facebook has been unresponsive to my issue.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the password was changed without my knowledge. I informed Facebook about the issue and changed my password. However, now when I try to log in, it requires a 6-digit code generator, but I do not have a smartphone, only a landline. Unfortunately, I haven't received the code at my email account. I've sent Facebook a copy of my driver's license five times as requested, and I provided my landline number in case they need to call with the code. I'm unable to access my items for sale on Marketplace or my messages, and I really miss using Marketplace and playing Words with Friends. It seems the hacker triggered the code request, but now I'm unable to proceed. I've updated both my Facebook and email passwords in an attempt to secure my accounts. I appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account, as email and my landline are my only means of communication. Thank you.

My Facebook account was compromised, and after informing Facebook, I reset my password. However, upon trying to log in, I am being asked for a code generator that I cannot receive as I do not own a smartphone and only have a landline. Despite submitting my driver's license multiple times as requested, I have not received the code at my email. I also provided my phone number for them to leave the code via voicemail. This issue is preventing me from accessing my Marketplace listings and messages. I understand the security measures, but I am unsure how to regain access without the code generator. I have updated passwords for both Facebook and AOL. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly as I rely on these platforms for interaction.

Hello, my name is Junaed Mohammed Uddin, and I have been facing difficulties logging into my Facebook account since November 1, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received the verification code on my mobile phone, preventing me from accessing my account. While I can use Messenger, I am unable to log into my Facebook profile due to account deactivation. I attempted to follow the steps provided by Facebook by submitting a form for account identification, but as I cannot access my account, I am unable to provide the necessary documents. I have contacted Facebook via email to explain my situation in detail, but they continue to request a valid copy of the form for my account ID. I am unsure how to proceed in this situation as I find myself stuck every time I try to log in. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account was unexpectedly disabled, leading to concerns as my Instagram account faced the same issue due to suspicious activity. Although Instagram promptly rectified the error, my Facebook account remains inaccessible despite efforts through the help center. Many vital accounts are linked to my Facebook, making its reinstatement imperative. The situation seems to have stemmed from a hacking incident indicated by the unusual login notification received late at night. I sincerely request Facebook to reconsider and reinstate my account swiftly, as done by Instagram, to alleviate any distress caused by this unfortunate event. Thank you.

I recently created a Facebook account for my rugby club under the username "Young Munster Ber." However, I was not aware that you needed to use a person's name. Initially, everything was going smoothly as I added members and created a page for the Tom Clifford Bar. Unfortunately, my account was temporarily suspended about three weeks ago. I have tried submitting my ID multiple times but have not received any response from Facebook. Our Tom Clifford Bar page is still visible, but I cannot access it due to the account suspension. I am unsure if Facebook will delete the account or if I can regain access to the page. I don't believe we violated any rules besides using a club name instead of a personal name. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ann.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my Facebook account that has been deleted. I have two accounts and believe they were reported as fake because I didn't add certain individuals as friends or to groups. I mostly share military-related photos and stories with my friends. I recently returned to Facebook after being away for two years while in Ireland. I would appreciate any help in recovering my account under the name Barney, my army nickname, which was originally opened under the name Martin Kinneavy. My groups were named The Irish Defence Force RIP and Looking Back in the Irish Defence Force. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. Martin from Galway.

Hello,
I'm new to affiliate marketing. Recently, I created a campaign for a weight loss product called Flat Belly Fix. After submitting it for review, it was quickly approved, but minutes later, my ad account was disabled. Now, I can't create new ad accounts on that business manager. I've created a new Facebook account and am running different ads. I heard I could contact Facebook support to request more ad accounts by spending $50. How common is it for ads to be approved and then the account shut down? How can I access live chat support? I checked the Facebook Business Help page but couldn't find an option for live chat support. Is this because I haven't spent the minimum required amount yet? Have Facebook's policies changed for affiliates? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

My friend recently lost her mobile phone, which had the Facebook app installed without any security lock. The phone itself also did not have any lock on it. We have been unable to locate the phone, so there is concern about someone having access to her Facebook account. She quickly disabled her phone number, but she cannot log into her Facebook account because she does not remember the passwords for both Facebook and her email. Additionally, we cannot use the mobile number for password recovery as it has been blocked. We attempted to log in using trusted contacts, but the verification emails did not come through, and now we are facing an error message stating that three codes were entered incorrectly, even though we believe we did it correctly. Our only goal now is to deactivate the Facebook account. How can we do this?

I am worried about a potential security breach in my Facebook account. In September, I interacted with someone briefly who is not on my Facebook friends' list. Recently, while he was showing me his emails, I noticed messages from Facebook containing a recovery code and notification about a new phone number added to a Facebook account with my name in the email subject. Despite his claim that it's a different "Kelly," one email was specifically addressed to me. I am concerned and uncertain about my account's security. Following a previous email inquiry and no response, I would appreciate knowing if any new phone numbers or email addresses have been added to my account. My name is Kelly S., and you can reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Your prompt assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am unable to access my Facebook account. When I attempted to log in, I was prompted to enter a code sent to a phone number that is no longer in use. This number was associated with my account when it was created nearly 5 years ago. Over the past 3 years, I have been using a different phone number which is listed on my additional Facebook page "Healthful Life" as [redacted][redacted]. Despite my attempts to reach out via email, I have not received any responses to address this issue. Facebook sent me two emails confirming my attempts to access my account displaying my ID, name, and profile picture under Venera Barna. I am eager to regain access to my account, especially after being blocked for 3 days last week without any explanation. I value my authenticity and have previously provided my ID document to Facebook upon request 4 years ago.

I am encountering an issue when trying to post comments on the video section of Facebook and Facebook Lite. I have reported this problem to the Facebook Help Center, and it was resolved earlier today. However, the problem has resurfaced, and the comments are not going through as the feed is showing them going too fast. I have been using Facebook for over 5 years and believe in the power of sharing views. Kindly address this matter promptly so that I can resume commenting on the video section smoothly. Your assistance in resolving this reoccurring issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm experiencing difficulty posting comments on the video section of Facebook and Facebook Lite. I have brought this issue to Facebook Help Center and contacted customer support. Despite being told that the problem is resolved, I still cannot comment on the video section. Facebook is a significant part of my online presence. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be resolved so I can engage with the video section on both Facebook and Facebook Lite. Despite assurances from customer support that the problem is fixed, commenting remains unavailable to me. I have been an active Facebook user for over five years, valuing the platform's ability to facilitate sharing of views.

I am Associate Professor G.V. Bobrowski from the University of New Mexico Albuquerque, NM. The UNM Art Department can confirm these details. My graduate students and I attempted to create a UNM Ceramics Facebook page today which seems to have been declined. I am unsure what to do next as Facebook is maintaining an unauthorized UNM Ceramics Club account set up years ago by former students who have now graduated. I have repeatedly requested Facebook to remove the old page so that a new, updated page can be established and overseen by UNM Ceramics faculty and graduate students. Please resolve this issue and allow the authorized UNM Ceramics page to be active.

Hello, my name is David Brackpool. I am puzzled as to why three of my accounts have been disabled by Facebook. I have been using the platform for a long time, and it is my only source of enjoyment as I converse with people worldwide. However, when I tried to sign in recently, my accounts were disabled consecutively. I use my authentic name, David Brackpool, on my accounts and only display photos of cars, not of myself. I never engage in inappropriate behavior like sharing or requesting nude images. I have been housebound due to cancer, a personal struggle unrelated to Facebook. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you, David Brackpool.

Hello, my name is Lauren F. Recently, all my emails have been hacked. Despite multiple attempts to recover them, I am unable to access them as they can't verify my identity. I would provide a picture of my license if possible to prove my identity. Unfortunately, the hackers also accessed my Facebook account and changed the password. I no longer have access to my emails for the access code. I have tried various methods to retrieve the codes and followed all necessary steps to regain access, but none have been successful. It has been over a month since I lost access to my Facebook account, and I am at a loss as there is no direct Facebook support team to contact. Any suggestions on what steps I can take would be greatly appreciated.

Following a one-night encounter my husband had with Katica R., she has escalated into a dangerous stalker. For the past 3.5 years, she has persistently harassed my family and me. Her disturbing posts often include links to prostitution ads, even referencing my young granddaughter. Despite efforts like obtaining an AVO, her behavior persisted once the order expired. Concerningly, she expressed disturbing intentions on a horoscope platform. I am genuinely fearing for my safety as she appears mentally unstable and involves my entire family in her distressing online activities. She is also exposing private information like my husband's texts and phone number. Despite reporting her numerous times to Facebook, no action has been taken. The police are urging me to press charges again, but the emotional toll is immense. I simply wish for her page to be removed and for her to cease tormenting my family. Although hesitant to revisit legal action, I may have no choice if this continues. Her online identity as "Maryanne Faithful" has become a serious concern, and her vow to persist is alarming.
