My sister, Kat Marchitto, has been continually harassing me on Facebook for the past three months. Despite my efforts to report the posts and account, Facebook has not taken action. She is using images from horror movies and insane asylums, overlaying them with my face while making false accusations and threats towards me and my son. I am in a vulnerable emotional state as I recently lost another sister, and I am the primary caregiver for my disabled child. I urgently need her account to be shut down, as I am unable to access it due to being blocked. The ongoing threats and harassment are causing immense distress, and I am seeking resolution to this situation promptly.

I need assistance with logging into my Facebook account on my iPhone 8. After uninstalling "WhatsApp" and trying to log in to Facebook, it prompted me to confirm my login and then locked me out, requesting a code sent to my old cell number instead of my new one. I have contacted Facebook with screenshots but have not received any confirmation. Can you help me with this issue? Thank you. Email: [redacted] New phone number: [redacted]

My Facebook account was deactivated on 10/18/19, and I did not post anything inappropriate. While viewing my account, it suddenly showed that the session had expired. When I tried to log back in, I was taken to the login screen where my profile picture was displayed, but under my name was a different name, Angela Cordova, with a blank profile picture. I have no association with this person. The phone number linked to my account is [redacted], and my profile name is Clarice Roybal-Trujillo. I have been using this account since [redacted]. I submitted my driver's license picture on 10/18/19 through the help center for a review, including my login details. Please assist me in reactivating my original account, as the one I created as a backup has also been deactivated today.

I have been disabled on my Facebook account for hate speech. I received a thirty-day block after making a comment about cisgender people, which I find unreasonable as I am cisgender myself. I often make jokes about various topics, and in this instance, it was not meant to be hateful. This suspension is affecting my ability to sell jewelry on the platform, which is crucial for my livelihood. I am not someone who promotes hate speech based on gender, especially my own. I am in a difficult situation and fear losing my home if this block continues. I am reaching out for assistance as I cannot afford to be offline. My account is registered under the name Lilith Lucy with the email [redacted] Any help in reversing this decision would be greatly appreciated as my well-being is at stake.

Hello, I'm seeking clarification on the policy violation. I have routinely advertised as per usual and am unsure what led to the breach. If possible, could you specify the issue and give me a final warning? My entire online business relies on Facebook ads, and a restriction would be detrimental. I kindly request a final review. I recently completed the e-learning blueprint module to recognize the content restrictions. Rest assured, I will avoid such mistakes in the future. Your assistance in reactivating my account is greatly appreciated. I assure you of increased vigilance going forward as my online business is heavily reliant on Facebook ads. Thank you.

My girlfriend managed to access my account by resetting the password. We both tried to change the password simultaneously, causing the code sent to my email to become invalid due to multiple attempts. Despite contacting Facebook support and sending a selfie with my ID, the temporary password and recovery link provided did not work. Facebook's Alex Castro attempted to assist but could not resolve the issue. I urgently need access to my account for work, school, and business purposes. Time is of the essence, and I hope Facebook can help me promptly. Thanks! - M. A. Hernandez

I am currently locked out of my account and encountered an error when trying to follow the steps to regain access. Despite trying for 14 hours, I cannot proceed past the 5th step which involves verifying commerce posts. An error message keeps appearing, stating that the feature is not currently available. I urgently need to access my Facebook account to manage my business. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account was recently hacked, seemingly during the election season, by someone from a foreign country. I noticed the name change on my profile when I tried to log in and saw a different name displayed. Despite updating my password regularly and saving it on my phone, I couldn't regain control of my account. I wasn't aware of the new security measures in place, but I intend to take extra precautions and have my boyfriend assist in recovering my account once this issue is resolved. If needed, you can verify my identity through my email: [redacted], which includes my photo, name, and birthdate. I'm willing to answer any security questions to prove my identity. I have screenshots showing the hacker's altered name, which I cannot spell out due to various characters. My name is Alyce Wright, I reside in Plattsburgh, NY, and my physical address is in Altona, NY. My boyfriend is Aaron Brunelle, and my son bears a striking resemblance to me at his age. I appreciate your assistance in addressing this situation, especially since there seems to be a surge in foreign hacking activities, possibly related to the upcoming elections.

Account Name: Beres Edmonds I received a Facebook notification on my iPhone about someone accepting my friend request. Upon checking, I realized I did not send them a request and suspected a fake profile. When I attempted to unfriend, I found my account disabled by Facebook. I'm unsure if these events are related, but they seem too coincidental. After trying to appeal by submitting my passport page for identification, Facebook replied, stating my account violated their terms, resulting in permanent loss. Concerned about potential unauthorized access leading to prohibited content on my account, I seek further assistance to address this issue. I have been a Facebook user for a decade and manage a Martial Arts School page without prior policy violations. Losing access to Facebook, Messenger, the school page, and Instagram impacts me significantly. Any guidance on resolving this matter would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you, Beres Edmonds

I have notified three UK authorities regarding a severe breach of my Facebook account and have been advised to reach out to Facebook promptly. The organizations I have contacted include the Charity Commission for England and Wales, Information Commissioner's Office, and Action Fraud. Action Fraud provided me with a crime reference number which I will share with Facebook once I receive their email response. My Facebook account is currently targeted by a scam where both my Registered Charity (Mobility and Support Information Service) www.masis.org.uk and my personal information are being exploited by Allan McCarthy from AMCSales and Marketing in Barrhead, Glasgow. Action Fraud is conducting cyber-fraud investigations and has urged me to promptly notify Facebook about the issue.

Hello, my name is Denarra Hatten. My real Facebook account is Nala Dior. Unfortunately, my ex-boyfriend has created a fake account under the name "Denarra Monae" and has been using it for months. He continuously posts negative content and uses my photos from my actual account. Despite reporting this fake account several times, Facebook has not taken it down. This situation is causing me distress, and I have involved the authorities due to the harassment I am facing. I urge Facebook to deactivate the "Denarra Monae" account promptly so I can regain access to my legitimate account, "Nala Dior," without further interference.

I was commenting on my son's post and meant to send a photo. I accidentally clicked on a video. Before I could delete it, the video had already gone to review. I did not mean to send this video at all. I would never post something like that on Facebook as I have kids and grandkids. Your professionals beat me to it, which I'm glad they did. However, I am now suspended for 30 days. I rely greatly on Facebook Messenger to stay in contact with my kids — three daughters, one son, and 15 grandkids. I am truly sorry for this and will not let it happen again. Please do not suspend me for 30 days. I cannot go that long without contacting my kids. I am very sorry for this mistake, and I assure you it will not happen again. I will delete all videos of that content. Your immediate resolution of this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Last night at 9 pm, I encountered an issue logging into Facebook. When attempting to reset my password, I went through an identity verification process by selecting friends' names from photos, but despite providing accurate answers and even verifying via comments, Facebook did not accept them. I then tried to receive a 6-digit passcode via email, but it was not sent to me.

I recently purchased a new phone and encountered an issue while trying to log in to my Facebook account. I am facing a security check block and the process requires me to contact three friends for codes. I don't have many contacts, so I asked my friends to follow the provided instructions. Unfortunately, one friend found the site suspicious and thought it might be a virus. I informed the others not to access it. My sister had a similar problem, and Facebook did a hard reset, clearing her account, and she had to start over. If that's the only solution, then I'm willing to do it. I hope to resolve this and restore my account. Thank you.

I clicked on a video link shared by a friend on Facebook, unwittingly exposing myself to a scam. Even though I didn't enter my password, I got hacked two days later, and it seems like many others are experiencing the same issue. This problem started last week and is escalating. I want to know what actions Facebook is taking to address this widespread problem. It's impacting everyone, and I am concerned about our security. Can Facebook implement enhanced security measures to prevent these scams and send out warnings to protect users? The current situation has made me question the privacy and safety measures on Facebook. It's frustrating to go through all this trouble just to use the platform without adequate protection. I'm contemplating starting a petition on Facebook to draw attention to this issue as I doubt Facebook will compensate those affected despite their vast resources.

Hello, Around 7-9 years ago, Justin Seitz made a fake Facebook page about me using a government computer and during work hours. The page, named "Steve Lenda's Mullet," contains personal attacks on me and my family. Despite being instructed by his supervisor to remove it, he still shares it with others. This situation has caused distress and I have sought legal advice on the matter. I am seeking information on the URL of the page, when it was accessed, and when it was removed. Thank you, Steve L.

Hello, I recently contacted to report Justin Seitz for impersonating me on a fake Facebook page. I have attached the previous email for reference. Justin's actions have caused such trouble that it has now come to the attention of my work's management. I am requesting the URL of the fake page that Justin Seitz created about me 7-9 years ago. The page, named "Steve Lenda's Mullet," was created on a government computer during work hours. Despite being told by his supervisor to remove it, he persists in showing it to others, affecting my personal life and family. This ongoing issue has led me to seek legal advice. I kindly ask for details of the page's URL, his access times, and confirmation of its removal. Thank you, Steve Lenda

I don't use Facebook often, mostly to connect with my family. However, I find it overwhelming with unwanted content that consumes my time. My password needs verification, but why does Facebook require me to have three friends verify me, especially when one is no longer in contact and another has passed away? I'm uncomfortable uploading an ID photo, considering they claim to delete it after 30 days which doesn't seem reliable. I already provided my information during sign up, so why the hassle? It's frustrating that Facebook lacks a direct way to contact them for assistance. Resetting a password shouldn't be this complicated. I'm disappointed with how Facebook handles these matters, especially with their current issues. There must be a simpler way to reset passwords and access alternatives when needed.

Dear Facebook Team, I am writing regarding my fan page: facebook.com/thethaicuisine.vn. I recently received an announcement stating that my fan page will be blocked. This restriction has been in place for 2 months, and while Facebook has not clearly outlined the mistakes I have made, the posts on my page adhere to Facebook's guidelines and do not violate community standards. Despite reaching out to the support team in Vietnam, they have been unable to address this issue satisfactorily. This restriction has significantly impacted my business, and I urgently need my page back to continue using Facebook for promotional purposes. I kindly request a review of my fan page, The Thai Cuisine (facebook.com/thethaicuisine.vn), as soon as possible to rectify any misunderstandings and lift the restrictions. Yours sincerely, Trung An Nguyen

I requested a review but I am unsure how to proceed. Last night, while commenting on my son's post, I accidentally shared an inappropriate video. I tried to delete it, but Facebook disabled my account before I could. Facebook Messenger is vital for me to stay in touch with my three daughters, son, and 15 grandchildren. I deeply regret this mistake and assure you it won't happen again. If there’s any way to resolve this, please advise me. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook before 30 days so I can stay connected with my family. I appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you and have a pleasant day.
