Hello, I am Maeen Hafiz from Bangladesh. My Facebook account has been hacked, and I am experiencing cyberbullying. My Facebook ID name is Sheikh Hafiz Maeen. I lost access to my account 4 hours ago after receiving an alert about a password change attempt. I can verify my identity with documents such as my passport, birth certificate, and national ID. However, my Gmail account was also hacked before the Facebook breach. I am hesitant to send my documents from this email address, as it may aid the hacker. Please assist me promptly. You can reach me at [redacted], where I can send all necessary identification materials. My Facebook account contains personal and sensitive information that the hacker now has access to. Kindly deactivate the account until my identity is confirmed. Thank you.

Dear Facebook Support,
I recently found that my Facebook account has been disabled, and I am unsure why this has happened. Despite submitting all my details through the disabled form in the past few days, my account remains closed. This has caused me distress as I have many international business contacts in my friend list whom I am currently unable to reach out to. I can reassure you that the account is genuine, with photos of myself and my friends. I kindly request that you reopen my account within 24 hours so I can resume communication with my foreign business associates. My Facebook account is under the name Ansari Faisal, created with the number +[redacted]39. I have also provided my school board matric data to your support centers. Please consider my plea and reopen my Facebook account promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently had my business manager account disabled for violating advertising policies. This happened on August 30th and I haven't received any response despite it being under review. To make matters worse, my personal page, linked to all my ad accounts, got suspended too. I reached out to Facebook support via chat, but they just said I should hear back soon, which hasn't happened since August 30th. Now, I can't even access chat support. I'm feeling stuck and unsure of what to do next. Can anyone provide assistance?

Hi, I encountered an issue with my new ad account [redacted][redacted] on Facebook. It was disabled without specifying the reason for the violation. I suspect it might be connected to my previous ad account [redacted][redacted], which is still under appeal since August 30th, [redacted]. However, there are no policy violations in the new account. I strive to comply with all guidelines to ensure successful ad campaigns. Facebook Ads are crucial for my business, so having the account reinstated is important. Your help in resolving this matter is highly appreciated. Thank you.
Regards,
Tim

Hello,
I am disappointed and frustrated that my Facebook account was disabled without any explanation. I have been an active user since August [redacted], so this experience has been disheartening.
Yesterday, I was invited to be an admin of a page by a friend. As soon as I accepted, Facebook requested me to confirm my phone number. Following that, I was asked to complete a captcha, which I did. However, I was then prompted to upload a photo of myself to prove the authenticity of my account. I complied with this request by uploading a clear selfie as instructed.
It has been 16 hours since I lost access to my account, and I continue to receive a message stating that I cannot use Facebook at the moment. I am unsure of what steps to take next or how long I will be locked out of my account. I believe this may have been a mistake or a technical issue on Facebook's end. I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
Hasin M. Badhon

Dear Sir or Madam,
I recently reached out to Facebook's customer service team regarding my disabled profile but have not received a response. I am frustrated by this and am hopeful we can find a resolution. My FB profile was disabled suddenly, and though I tried to follow the steps to verify my identity, I have not been successful. I am too busy to keep attempting this process. I kindly request assistance in restoring my profile. Sincerely, Philip Baglini Olland.

Hello,
My friend transferred ownership of a gaming page to me, "Call OF Duty Arabic," which I have requested to change to "Call of Gamers," and the request was approved by Facebook.
I have tried to stream on the page using Streamlabs app, but unfortunately, it didn't work. Soon after, the account was temporarily blocked, and I am unable to reset it. The process is stuck at the last method, which is "Check recent comments." Even if I select all to delete or skip, nothing happens.
Please assist me in recovering my account. I would appreciate it if you could treat this issue as soon as possible. We planned to have a friend page with over 50k live viewers today and a small group of friends is investing $1,[redacted] this week on our Hyperfate88 gaming page.
Thank you.

My Facebook account has been locked for a while. Although I haven't used it much before, I plan to use it more in the future. Last week, I attempted to log in but had no success. I tried changing my password multiple times without luck, and was informed that my account was locked. To unlock it, I had to send a photo ID. After uploading a copy of my driving license, Juan emailed me links to reset my password with the code aKAegRNVuk. However, despite uploading my ID, the final page still couldn't confirm my identity. I reached out to Juan three times with no response. I have never misused my account or experienced a hack. This situation is very frustrating for me. I need assistance in regaining access to my account.

I am facing difficulty accessing my Instagram account. When I try to reset my password, the reset link is sent to my old AOL email, [redacted], which I no longer use. However, this email is linked to my Apple ID and other apps. I tried to log in, but it did not recognize my password. When I contacted support, they mentioned a name mismatch, which is confusing as I have used this email for years. I recently got married and changed my last name to Curley. I am unsure if this is causing the issue. I really want to recover my Instagram account instead of creating a new one. Can anyone please help me with this? - Nicole P.

My Instagram account was hacked, and the account name and username have been changed. The username is dan.rahe, and the account name is customarmsenhancement, which I also use on Facebook. The hacker changed the names to jamie.fisher/boonemullen and even the password. I've tried to resolve this through Instagram help but was prompted to log in to the hacked account, which I can't do as my name is no longer associated with it. My email is [redacted] I have Facebook screenshots showing my accounts dan.rahe and customarmsenhancement with me, dan.rahe, in the profile picture. This is my Gunsmith account that has been hacked.

I rarely log into my four-year-old Facebook account. When I tried recently, I was prompted to change my password, which led to a request for ID information, including sensitive documents like my Social Security card and driver's license. I felt uncomfortable providing this information due to previous data breaches and the lack of clarity on how it would be used. Subsequently, my account was disabled, which I initially believed was a mistake. I do not engage in cyberbullying and mainly use the account for professional purposes. Despite trying to resolve the issue through Facebook's "Disabled Accounts" link, I still cannot access my account. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter directly with a Facebook representative.

I'm having trouble accessing Facebook on my desktop. I can only log in on my phone, and since I can't reset my password without access to the email linked to my account, I'm stuck. Despite requesting a text message more than five times over the last two weeks (only once a day), I haven't received anything to help me regain access. I rely on my desktop for better visibility, especially as I coordinate events. I have no access to the email listed on my profile, which is [redacted] Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I really need to use my desktop for these crucial tasks. Thank you.

I am concerned about a photo of myself and my 7-year-old son that was posted on Shropshire Monitors' page without our permission. There have been negative comments suggesting illegal activity on our part, which is untrue. I provided evidence of our legal actions, but despite multiple reports and requests for removal, the image is still up and circulating. This situation is distressing as I fear for my son's safety, and the police recommended reaching out to Facebook for help, but they have not been responsive. I feel helpless and unsure of what steps to take next, aside from seeking legal advice. I urgently ask for the removal of this photo due to legitimate and confidential reasons. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

My FB account got deactivated without any notice. Friends are getting a message saying "suspicious activity, spamming and abusive content" when trying to reach me on Messenger. I have not received any notice about this. I never spammed or posted abusive content. I have tried to confirm my identity by sending insurance and voter registration cards to FB with no response. I can't access Messenger either. I need to recover my account for important pictures of my late father and access to past content. I'm unsure what to do next. Can someone assist me? My account is under Joy Dixon Payne, and my phone number is [redacted].

Hello,
I am having trouble accessing my account due to a password change issue. The password saved on my phone is no longer recognized, and none of the passwords I try on the desktop site work. The confirmation code gets sent to an old email address that I can't recover, making it impossible for me to update the recovery email without the password. Although Facebook has my phone number, I am not receiving any code via SMS. When attempting to reset the password, the email is sent to the non-functioning address. I have reached out for help twice, reported the issue, and also asked the community for assistance, but no one has responded. I am unable to find another way to contact Facebook. This is concerning as I rely on my account to communicate with clients. Thank you.

I manage a small page on Instagram where I share interesting topics, videos, and jokes. Lately, I've been facing the issue of my account being deleted without any apparent reason, and I haven't had the chance to appeal this decision. Despite being diligent about following Instagram's community guidelines, my account has been removed without warning. I previously had a post flagged for "nudity," even though everyone in the picture was fully clothed. I feel it is unjust that there is no recourse for me to challenge these decisions or receive a standard warning like other users. I have reached out for clarification but have not received any response. I kindly ask for a review of my account and reconsideration of the deactivation. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.

We believe that the admin accounts on our page have not been compromised. Unfortunately, one admin was deceived into transferring ownership of the page to the hacker's business manager account. Prior to this incident, our page did not have a designated owner or any link to a business manager account, making it easy for the hacker to manipulate our admin.
Attached is a photo showing 8 individuals who currently have access to the page. Five are from the Philippines, representing myself and my colleagues, while three are from Pakistan, the ones who deceived us.
Upon thorough investigation, we discovered that this deception is a tactic used by individuals to access pages and extort money from the rightful owners. We are now being threatened to pay a sum of money or risk losing all content on our page.
We seek assistance in reclaiming control of our Facebook page. Despite checking the Facebook help center extensively, a solution to our predicament remains elusive.

I need assistance with my Facebook account. Someone added a Gmail address that does not belong to me and linked it to my account. The security question regarding my "First Wife's name" is inaccurate as I am a female who does not have a wife. I originally used my mobile number, [redacted], to create my account, which is now linked to a person named Susan Reynolds. My FB user email is /yvette.bernard.[redacted], and my name is Yvette Bernard, with the maiden name Cuellar. I have uploaded my ID, marriage certificate showing Cuellar and Bernard, and a recreation center ID with Yvette Bernard on it. My husband, Anthony Bernard, and children, Olivia and Damien Cuellar, also have FB accounts. I am unable to log in for almost 2 months now. My new email, [redacted], which I am trying to use as an alternate email, is not accepted.

I have been unable to access my Facebook account for almost two weeks now. Every time I try to log in, I am greeted with a message telling me to "be patient." I use my account to manage a few charitable pages that help animals, and it's crucial for me to be able to connect with other animal lovers. It's disheartening that my profile has been frozen for no apparent reason. Despite reaching out to Facebook multiple times a day about this issue, I have not received any response. It's frustrating and disappointing to have my reputation tarnished by not being able to access my own profile. Additionally, my friends have informed me that all our private conversations have been erased. I feel like I am being treated unfairly and unjustly. These practices by Facebook are damaging for users like myself. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this problem.

Hello,
I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account with the email [redacted] Even though I provided the photo ID proof as requested, I still cannot log in. The message indicates that Facebook will keep the photo ID for 30 days only, not for a year. I urgently need access to my account for personal reasons.
Please investigate this matter promptly. It is important for me to access my Facebook account. I want to note that the account was created under the name Manish Gupta, but I provided ID under the name Manish Kumar. Both names belong to me, Manish Gupta, also known as Manish Kumar.
Thank you,
Manish Kumar
