I am currently running a promotion for my book on Facebook. Each time I try to edit or publish my ad, Facebook mistakenly flags it as spam, resulting in my page being unpublished repeatedly due to recent spam activity. Despite Facebook eventually recognizing the error and apologizing, the continuous false spam reports have caused me to lose the ability to run ads properly. Every time I try to access my Facebook app on my phone, I encounter an issue where someone named Dre Scott's account appears to be logged in on my device, even though I don't know this person. This has happened twice now on two different phones, both times with the same individual's account, Dre Scott. Feeling concerned and confused, I decided to investigate. Upon checking the profile, I discovered that my phone number was linked to Dre Scott's account. I promptly removed my phone number from the account, performed a master reset on my phone, and logged back into my own Facebook account. However, shortly after, Dre Scott's account reappeared as logged in on my phone again, causing me frustration. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

I am having issues logging into my Facebook app on my mobile phone. The app keeps telling me that I have the wrong password. I can't reset it via email because my username switched from my old email to my current phone number. When trying to reset the password, I am not given the option to receive a text message for verification. I am Lonnie Townsel, and I have a Facebook account. I reside in Las Vegas, Nevada. There's an individual named Kingsley from Nigeria, currently using the name OJUKWU on Facebook, who has my photo on his profile without permission. Despite asking him 3 to 4 times to remove it due to identity theft concerns, he has not taken action, even after acknowledging my requests. I am upset and request the immediate removal of my photo from his account. If he does not comply, I urge Facebook to either remove his account or take appropriate action. I'm Braden Woodruff. I made a new account as I couldn't access my old one. Even though my email is correct, the system says there's no account with that email or it doesn't exist. My family can still see the old account and posts, but I can't find it on the new account. I also can't access posts where my family tagged me to the old page.

I was banned from using FB Marketplace about a year ago. I didn't know the reason then, but talking to friends made me realize it might be because I listed brand names like Nike and Under Armour in my post. Hello, I am not certain if this is the correct platform to address my concern, but I have a query regarding a Facebook page under my management.
The page is dedicated to our local youth football team. I wish to temporarily set some of the albums on the page to private to prevent other teams from accessing our photos and potentially using them for their advantage.
Upon visiting the album's "Edit" section, I noticed that changing the visibility settings is not available. I am reluctant to delete the albums entirely; rather, I aim to hide them until the conclusion of our season.

I recently got locked out of my account due to an authentication issue after changing my phone and number. This additional security measure logged me out on all devices. I've noticed a frustrating change in the Facebook comments section where replies are no longer directly under the comments they are responding to. This new format makes it difficult to follow conversations. I recently violated Facebook's rules with some comments. I acknowledge my mistake and admit to multiple infractions. However, I received two penalties for the same offense. Initially, I was blocked for 24 hours on 9/21/. Then my account was reactivated briefly only to be blocked again later that same day, 9/22/19, this time for 30 days, all for the same violation.
I understand the importance of maintaining a respectful online environment, but a 30-day ban feels excessive. Could you please reinstate my Facebook account? I assure you that I will be more vigilant about my posts in the future.

I keep receiving texts on my Instagram account from individuals claiming to be Facebook representatives. One communication was from a person named Kate Aronowitz offering a $50,[redacted] prize, followed five minutes later by another message from someone named Kimberly Saunthers offering $[redacted],[redacted]. These messages included photo IDs. Additionally, I received a message from someone claiming to be Mr. Mark Zuckerberg, including a Facebook ID and a video call in which the person had an Indian accent. How can I stop these annoying texts from appearing on my Hangouts, Instagram, and Facebook accounts?

I accidentally deleted my main account when trying to delete a duplicate one, and lost access to Messenger along with all contacts and messages. Despite reinstalling the icons on my iPad, I cannot recover my original account, "Judi Soutar," with the profile picture of me in a blue shirt.
