When I tried to update my email after several years, my account got disabled unexpectedly. I've been submitting the form and my driver's license as requested, but there has been no response. I even created a new account, but that got disabled too. I added my phone number [redacted] to the new account. I'm puzzled as to why this happened since I made the changes myself. It's been more than a year without resolution. My Facebook account is under my maiden name Judy Lynn Gabhart. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Judy L ODonnell.

Recently, my fiancée and I parted ways, and unfortunately, she has changed my Facebook password, leaving me locked out of both my account and the associated email. In the past, in [redacted], I was in a similar situation and was helped by providing my driver's license for verification. Given my current circumstances of not having access to the email or old phone number for verification codes, I am hoping for assistance once again. I need to delete an inaccessible account. The page requires an ID confirmation, which I don't have as it was initially set up as a business page. I attempted to reset the name without success. I now want to delete the page to cease notifications and missing out on potential clients due to the account accessibility issues. My experience with Facebook for business has been disappointing, and I don't plan to use this app for business purposes in the future.

On 9/27/19, I updated my cell phone number because of harassment. I've sent my NJ driver's license to Facebook three times since then. I possess my police report, FTC report, and my attorney is informed. I need to regain access to my account since all my pictures were deleted from my old phone at the Verizon store. My old cell number is still used for 2-step verification on Facebook and needs updating. I'll keep the same email. I also have my Verizon receipt as proof. Facebook's delay in updating my login phone number is frustrating, especially given the circumstances that led me to change my number in the first place.

Hello, I currently use the name "Dashia Aihsad" on Facebook. I'm facing an issue because I no longer have access to a specific phone number to receive the login code. Even though I have my email linked to the account, it's frustrating that I can't use it to receive the codes you send. It's disappointing that I keep getting locked out of my accounts. If my account isn't restored by 3:00 PM (Ohio time), I will have to stop using Facebook and Instagram. It's frustrating that this keeps happening, especially when it's not my fault that people quickly accept my friend requests. Please, help me get back into my account.

Hello, In early May, my account 'christopher.mapstone.7' was hacked and erased. One morning, I couldn't access my Messenger account, so I tried on my computer and found that I was signed out with a message that my password was changed two hours ago, which I didn't do. I followed the recovery protocol but faced issues as my recovery account was an old Hotmail I no longer used and the phone number recovery didn't work. Despite several attempts, I couldn't receive the SMS codes. My friends also tried to help, but the hacker blocked them, and eventually, my account vanished. I've been unable to contact Facebook for weeks despite my efforts. Although my personal account is less important, I am worried about my band page 'mapstonemusic,' as it's linked to the hacked account. I need assistance to regain control of my band page as it's crucial for my career. How can I reach out to Facebook to resolve this issue and recover my band page? Thank you, Chris

I am experiencing issues with Instagram notifications on my iPhone 8 Plus. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times without success. I contacted Apple customer service, and they found no problems with my device. I have paid to install the new iOS software, completed a phone check-up, and even reset all content and settings, but the issue persists. Notifications work on other phones, but not on mine. I have been dealing with this problem for over a month now. Could someone please look into this matter for me?

Hello, I am Michelle Paterson. I recently switched to a new phone and managed to transfer everything except my Facebook account. Despite my efforts to reset the password using alternative email addresses and submitting my driver's license, I'm still unable to access my account. This is causing me a lot of stress as I've had this account for over 8 years. Is there a way to reset my password so I can regain access to my account?

My account was locked 10 days ago without a clear reason. I was asked to send my ID, which I did, but after clicking continue, my account remained locked. When I tried to make a Facebook appeal, it indicated that my account was not disabled. I attempted to contact Facebook via email, but unfortunately, they did not offer any assistance. I am running out of solutions to resolve this issue. I hope this information provides some insight. Please note that my account email is [redacted], but I no longer have access to that email as it was created a long time ago and I forgot the password. However, I do have my phone number that was used to register my Facebook account. Thank you.

I am trying to access my account under the name Ashton Price with a profile picture of a blue and white wolf tattoo, to play the game Dragon Mania Legends. Unfortunately, I am having trouble recalling my phone number except for the digits [redacted]***[redacted] and I am unable to remember the middle three numbers. To verify my ownership, I can provide the names of a few friends on the game such as Kevin Price, Tiffany Sundstrom, and William "Big Bear" Price. I am currently unable to access the email associated with my Facebook account which I created around 9 years ago. After a potential hack, I changed my password, but now I can't recall the specific word I used for the new one. Typically, I reset my password by receiving a code on my mobile number, yet this time, the only option available is sending the code to the email address I can no longer use. I was wondering if there is a way to have the password reset code sent via SMS instead.

Years ago during high school, I allowed a friend to use my Facebook Messenger to contact another friend. Unfortunately, the friend using my account used gang slangs, which is not how I communicate. I want Facebook Messenger to delete this conversation as it could give the wrong impression that I am involved in a gang. I will provide screenshots of the conversation. Please delete it so neither of us can see it. I am seeking assistance from a representative to address this issue promptly, as I do not want it to impact my reputation.

It seems my accounts have been compromised recently. I reported two hacked accounts this week, with the latest occurring yesterday afternoon. Later that evening, around 6-7 PM, I accessed Facebook through the mobile app to find a specific photo and experienced freezing issues. After rebooting my phone, I tried to log back into Facebook but was prompted to provide photo ID verification, which I attempted but was unsuccessful. Despite my efforts throughout the night, I couldn't regain access. This morning, my profile picture was missing, and when my boyfriend checked his account, my profile was completely gone. My email was unrecognized, and I appeared to be invisible on the platform. Additionally, our messages were missing from Messenger, and I was marked as spam or abusive in group chats. Considering I've used my debit card on Messenger, I am worried about potential unauthorized access to my account or funds.

I was advised to change my password after someone tried to access my account from a different location. However, after changing it, I got logged out and can't log back in. I no longer have access to my original email ([redacted]) linked to my Facebook account as it's inactive. Unfortunately, the hacker changed the profile picture to that of an unknown female and the cover photo to a red moon shape. The account is under the name Jak Moore, and I really need access as there are many photos of my daughter on it. Please assist, thank you, Jak Moore.

I recently changed my password to enhance security. After the change, I logged in successfully, but was prompted to enter a login code that I never received. Despite several attempts over the past week, I haven't been able to access my account. I followed the instructions to send a photo with the code, but I haven't received any guidance, code, or assistance. I desperately need access to my account. I've tried logging in from multiple phones, which the system does not recognize, even though I have logged in from all of them before. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

This is not the first instance of the group being taken down, and many individuals, including myself, are puzzled by this decision. The group's primary purpose is to assist numerous individuals and dogs in need of homes. Although the group does not generate any revenue, its value lies in the substantial support it provides to animals requiring care. While a majority of the participants adhere to the group's regulations, there are occasionally one or two who unintentionally violate the rules by attempting to sell animals. It is crucial to emphasize that our objective is not to sell animals, but to rehome them, ultimately safeguarding them from undue harm. My Facebook page was hacked after I was robbed at gunpoint on Friday night. The hacker changed my profile picture and name. I'm locked out of the account as they changed the email. I've made a new page to contact Facebook for help. I will attach the police report and pictures of my hacked account for assistance.

I am trying to identify the source of a recent negative review I received on Marketplace. Previously, I only had positive feedback, but now there is one negative review. I had a recent interaction with a woman who never bought anything from me, claiming to have visited my house after the item was sold. Another regular customer mentioned they had already paid through Venmo. I suspect Linda, who did not communicate with me and may have been disappointed, is the one who left the negative review. Several unexpected pages seem to be linked to my private page, displaying ads and generating revenue. I've been receiving numerous emails about them and despite deleting them previously, new pages keep cropping up. These additional pages are connected to my own page, and I am unable to remove them. While I have a business page on Instagram, I haven't utilized it and find this situation quite bothersome. The continuous emails, around 7 just today, are becoming overwhelming. How can I address this issue and detach these unwanted pages from my own?
