I am concerned about a possible scam involving someone using Jacqueline Barber's name and page to deceive individuals out of money. Agent Elizabeth Fernandez appears to be asking for $30,[redacted] via Walmart Amazon gift card with the promise of sending $55,[redacted] in return. Fernandez claims to be associated with the Lyons International Club. Jacqueline, who I believe is being impersonated, supposedly paid $30,[redacted] and received $[redacted],[redacted]. The scammers seem to be using Jacqueline's page to make the scheme appear legitimate. Jacqueline, an 85-year-old relative of mine, may not be aware of this alleged scam.

I utilize my primary Facebook account for work as a Recruitment Associate at Nezda Global Technologies, where I post legitimate job offers for various BPO and call center companies. Unfortunately, Facebook deemed my job postings as spam and disabled my account. I sincerely apologize for this and assure you it was unintentional. Subsequently, my subsequent Facebook accounts created under my name also got disabled promptly by Facebook. I have provided my identification documents, including my passport, to Facebook. I kindly request assistance in recovering my Facebook account. I have had my personal account since [redacted], and one of my earliest activities was playing Restaurant City on Facebook. There are countless cherished memories connected to my account, and I am hopeful for your help. Thank you.

My son's Facebook page went missing last Friday. I have always had access to his account and email. Prior to his passing in January [redacted], he shared his login details with me. When I attempted to sign in, it indicated that his password was incorrect, a password he had used since he was 12. I received a notification that his password was altered the past Friday, which I did not do. His recovery phone number has been deactivated since his passing, and the email associated with his Facebook account also rejects the password. I am seeking assistance in retrieving his Facebook account so I can preserve his posts and memories shared by friends. I wish to compile them into a book or download them for safekeeping. Restoring his page to its previous state would mean a lot to us all. My email is [redacted], and I request a return to his account as it was before disappearing. Thank you for any help. Tracy S.-P.

Hello, I am Joshua Ethan Drueco, a Filipino citizen. I have been using my Facebook account for several years as part of my daily routine. Recently, after a busy period due to school papers and exams lasting almost two weeks, I tried to log in again. Unfortunately, I found that my account had been disabled. Despite my repeated attempts to recover it by following Facebook's instructions and providing my School ID, I received an email after three days confirming that my account is indeed disabled. This news has left me devastated as the account contained valuable photos, including those of deceased relatives, important documents for my school thesis, and research files. I am now facing difficulties with my schoolwork due to the loss of these crucial files. I am hoping to receive assistance in recovering my account.

I was unexpectedly logged out of my Facebook account, and it says my session expired. When I tried to log back in, it stated that my password was changed two weeks ago, but I did not make that change. I attempted to recover my account; however, the email for recovery is outdated and inaccessible to me. I submitted my driver's license for verification and am currently awaiting a response. I provided a new email address, [redacted], for communication but have not heard back. If a text code is an option, you can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. - Alphia Flores

I recently changed my name back to my mum's maiden name, which is on my birth certificate. I have legal documentation for this. Although my passport reflects this name, I encountered difficulties changing it on Facebook. After backing up my data and deleting my old account, I attempted to create a new one using my new name. However, Facebook still prompts me to use my "everyday name." How can I proceed?

My account got disabled because someone reported a comment I quoted, where the person called the president white trash. I didn't make this comment, I was just reporting it as a freelance reporter. The original poster and the connected news article are still visible on Facebook, showing they weren't blocked. However, I got blocked for 3 days after the initial review, which seems unfair. I believe there is a misunderstanding between sharing a quoted comment as reporting and making a comment personally. It feels like discrimination against freelance reporters compared to mainstream reporters on Facebook. Facebook should train their reviewers better on these distinctions.

I recently had to reset my phone due to technical issues, causing all my apps to delete. On February 4th, Facebook informed me of my account being locked as someone from another country attempted to access it. Although I reset the password using my current email, I'm now unable to recall it. Unfortunately, the account recovery process requires my old Yahoo account and phone number, which I no longer have access to. I can provide alternative verification if necessary. Any assistance in recovering my account would be highly valued. Thank you.

I am resubmitting this concern as there was a Facebook comment at the end suggesting I failed to provide a solution. I did propose a solution partially by mentioning that Facebook reviewers should distinguish between a quoted commentary in news and a personal statement by the poster. The main solution is to reactivate my account, unjustly disabled. Here is a restatement of my complaint: My account was disabled after I quoted someone calling the president white trash. As a freelance reporter, I reported the quote with the original poster's name without adding personal opinions. The original poster and the news article shared are accessible, showing no offense, yet I was blocked for 3 days. I believe this decision was wrong and indicates discrimination against freelance reporters. Facebook should train its reviewers to recognize the difference between shared quotes and personal comments by the poster.

I got locked out of my Facebook account over a week ago, and I no longer have access to the original email I used to open it more than 10 years ago. The account was created for a specific purpose and the email is now inactive. It was opened by an old acquaintance, and I can't recall all the information provided besides the email and password. I suspect my account was hacked, but I'm unsure how to resolve this to regain access. Despite my husband and I attempting the steps provided, we find them confusing and are unable to progress. I'm not tech-savvy and feel lost on what to do next. I hope to retain my current account rather than create a new one. Originally, the account was under my previous last name "Dawn Richard," but I changed it to "Dawn Bolowsky" a year ago after getting remarried. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you. I bought a course from New Skills Academy via Facebook, and my PayPal account was charged $25 USD. I have not received any communication from the company regarding the course. The billing agreement number provided by PayPal is B-9F074733MN093662A. I am seeking confirmation from Facebook that the billing agreement is indeed associated with New Skills Academy. If so, I plan to reach out to them once more to gain access to the course. Should this approach fail, I am looking for guidance on how to secure a refund. Thank you, Nora

I am currently locked out of my Facebook page without any clear reason. Despite trying all possible solutions, I am still unable to regain access. My personal account is linked to my business page, which is crucial for my livelihood. Each time I attempt to log in, I encounter a message stating, "You can't use Facebook right now." Following Facebook's instructions, I uploaded a photo of my face for account verification, using the same profile picture displayed on my page. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue. I seek assistance to regain access to my account promptly so that I can resume managing my business page.

I am trying to log in to Facebook from my computer. I am already logged in from my iPad. When I attempt to sign in, I am prompted to verify my identity. The issue arises when I am required to send a text message to a number I do not recognize for verification, even though my correct phone number is listed in my Facebook settings. Unfortunately, Facebook does not provide a contact number for assistance. It is frustrating that I cannot access my account with just my username and password and have to go through this verification process with an unknown number. It is unreasonable that logging in from a different device would result in being locked out of my own account. It is quite absurd that I now have to resort to using a third-party website to try to reach Facebook for help.

My Facebook account has been compromised. I am struggling to access it. Whenever I try to log in, a new account appears asking for my details, and I can’t figure out how to remove it. I have been attempting to fix this issue for several days with no luck. The affected Facebook account is under the name "Joann Reeves Waters Morrison," while the one requesting information goes by "Joann.morrison." Strangely, my email account was also affected and was only fixed recently with the help of Cox. They mentioned it was a sensitive security matter related to my iPhone. I am hopeful that you can assist in restoring my Facebook account. Thank you.

My friend recently got a new phone and has been facing issues with receiving a verification code to access it. Despite trying several times, the code hasn't been received. I had previously set up as a trusted contact to receive a code in case of any problems. After attempting to help, I received the code and inadvertently reset my own Facebook password. Now, it seems she may have to create a new Facebook account. I have all her information and details. She attempted to contact Facebook by phone, but was unable to get through as none of the numbers connected. If there is any advice or information you can provide to help her regain access to her account, it would be greatly appreciated.
