I came across a sponsored advertisement on Facebook for a two-seater four-wheel electric car priced at $[redacted] or $[redacted]. However, I fell victim to a scam as I only received a bottle brush after placing my order. Since the company is based in China, I have no way to seek a refund. This unfortunate experience has led me to lose trust in Facebook ads, and I am hesitant to make any future purchases through the platform. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, Facebook has not taken any action or responded to my concerns. I am disappointed in the lack of accountability and oversight regarding these fraudulent ads. My contact email is [redacted]

On September 29, [redacted], at 2:35 PM, a status update was made by F.B. containing offensive language and aggressive behavior toward me. The post casts a negative light on me within our local community and affects my work with customers. Many individuals are aware that I was renting F.B.'s granny flat, making it evident that the post is directed at me. The situation is complicated due to the unlawful construction and rental of the granny flat, leading to dishonesty and financial issues. I believe that actions should be taken to address this, including potential suspension or banning of F.B. from Facebook, issuing a fine, requiring an apology from her, and seeking repayment of three months of rent. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello there! I am having trouble making changes to my Facebook page www.jennyrichter.com. I am uncertain if I have full administrative privileges. My page, which is dedicated to non-local art, seems to be classified as a business page with my personal contact details attached. Unfortunately, I am unable to remove this personal information. The page was initially created a few years ago using my web domain, and I have invested significant effort into adding content. I am reluctant to start a new page from the beginning. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally broke my old phone three months ago and have been struggling to log into my Facebook account set up with two-factor authentication. I have been trying everything to regain access. I have two accounts, and the one I am having trouble with is under the name Wally Radicioni with the email [redacted] Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been able to access the correct account. I want to log into the Wally Radicioni account, not the Walter Rad account. I have submitted pictures of my ID as well. The original email for the Wally Radicioni account was [redacted]

My account got disabled around 3 weeks ago. I've attempted to submit my official IDs using the Facebook appeal form on the website, but I keep receiving a message saying "There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." I've tried various Internet browsers and different computers, but the issue persists. I believe I haven't intentionally violated any of Facebook's standards. Please advise me if there are alternative ways to contact Facebook for assistance. Thank you.

I'm Kimberly Gearhart. I haven't used Facebook or Messenger in 7 months but keep receiving confirmation codes via text, indicating someone might be trying to access my accounts. I can't remember the passwords to my old accounts to close them. I want to permanently shut down all my accounts, including those linked to [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]

Hi Valerie, I wanted to let you know that there was a recent login to your Facebook account using a confirmation code and the email address [redacted] on Thursday, October 3, [redacted] at 3:00 AM (UTC-03). The login was from an IP address in Scarborough, ONTARIO, CA. If this was you, you can ignore this message. If not, please secure your account. Thank you, The Facebook Security Team. By the way, please ignore the email that got sent to [redacted] It seems like there is a mix-up as you reside in New Brunswick, not Ontario. I've changed my password seven times in the last month, but this issue persists. Can you advise on how to resolve this? Thank you.

I am aware of someone who has created numerous Facebook accounts under different names to post misleading comments and fake reviews on our business page. I am wondering if Facebook has the capability to trace these accounts back to one individual using IP addresses. Legal action is underway regarding this situation. I also have a query about how it is possible for someone to maintain multiple Facebook accounts without repercussions. I have compiled a list of all the aliases used by this person and aim to have their Facebook privileges revoked for violating the platform's rules. These actions are detrimental to our business as fake reviews are impacting our reputation. What steps should I take to address this issue effectively? Thank you.

I spoke with a technician yesterday regarding an issue with making a purchase on a Facebook game. Despite attempting several times, I kept receiving an error message. I followed the advice to seek help on Facebook, but encountered challenges making a $1 charge to get assistance. Upon reaching out to Facebook support at 1-[redacted], I was assured a callback for a resolution, which unfortunately did not happen. When trying to contact them again today, the same person disconnected the call. I simply wish to resolve this situation as I am using a prepaid Visa card with a $[redacted] balance, purchased recently without issues. I am puzzled by the support experience on Facebook. Kindly assist me in rectifying this matter.

There is an issue on the Brazos Valley Economic Development Corporation's Facebook page where links are being blocked from being shared. I am an administrator for the page and work for the organization. The error message states the link goes against Community Standards, mentioning researchvalley.org, which is an old URL we no longer use, and it redirects to our current site. This is limiting our ability to share valuable content with our community and beyond. We are a vital organization that helps businesses in our region, and there should be no reason for our links to be blocked. We urge Facebook to address this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

My email address associated with my account is [redacted], but I can no longer access it. The phone number linked to my account now belongs to someone else named Jennifer. This mix-up is causing confusion in the Facebook system. Yahoo is asking me to pay for a membership I don't want to help me access my old account. I've updated my new email to [redacted] on Facebook, but it's not reflecting correctly. Can you help me regain access to my Facebook account?

I've been locked out of my account several times in the past few months. I've been able to regain access before by using my mobile number [redacted]. However, this time I am unable to access any of the email addresses associated with my account, including [redacted]. This is causing issues for my Facebook page and business, as my ad account is linked to it. Hackers have previously accessed my account and used it to run unauthorized ads for clothing. Although I managed to regain access and change my password, I am now locked out again. Despite not using Facebook recently, I attempted to log in and found out that my password had been changed. I usually use the option on my iPhone to save passwords, but this time it isn't working. My phone number is no longer linked to the account, making it difficult to reset. I have personal information and details on my page that can prove my identity. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account promptly.

I recently got blocked by Facebook for tagging too many people. This happened in a Facebook group I run named "Dog Blood Donors PH." There's a crucial purpose behind all these tags. I am compiling a database of dog blood donors to facilitate providing blood transfusions to dogs in need. The group members were not participating in answering questions unless they were tagged. Therefore, I kindly ask for my tagging privileges to be reinstated to continue this important project. Restoring this ability will greatly assist many dogs requiring blood transfusions.

During the summer, I encountered an issue with accessing my correct FB account belonging to Kathleen G. Lucas from North Judson, Indiana. I inadvertently created a new account under the same name and email, resulting in being blocked from my original account. Despite FB confirming that they have unblocked my original account, I am still redirected to the "mistakenly created" account which lacks my friends, photos, and personal information. I am seeking assistance to delete the erroneous account and regain access to my rightful one. It's causing confusion with duplicate friend requests from individuals who are already connected to my original account. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm Sneha, and my IG username is @snehasaksena. Yesterday at 9:30 am PST, I reported an account on IG (@naamandaaz) impersonating me and using my pictures without permission. Around 4:00 pm PST on 1st October, Instagram disabled/deleted my personal account (@snehasaksena) without notifying me. I keep receiving a "user not found" error when trying to log in. Meanwhile, the account impersonating me (@naamandaaz) is still active. This is affecting my business account @the.olio.stories, which I heavily promote. I urgently need access to my account to prevent further loss of business. Your prompt assistance would be highly appreciated. I look forward to your response. Thank you for your help, X

I had a personal Facebook page setup for our non-profit charity organization that serves local children with cancer. Our upcoming event is in 2 weeks, and unfortunately, the page has been locked. We are now at risk of losing contact with our 3,[redacted]+ community members who rely on the page for event information. Facebook is requesting us to convert the page, but we are concerned about losing touch with many supporters. Our event page is currently inaccessible, and we simply wish to keep the page active until after the event concludes, at which point we can make the necessary changes.

I am 73 years old and not very tech-savvy. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost access to my Facebook account, The Rustic Nenny. I've tried following your instructions, but I'm feeling quite frustrated as I'm not making any progress. Initially, my email was [redacted], but I no longer use that email. My current email is [redacted] Some of my friends on the account were Miles Mandwelle, Jordan Mandwelle, Kaleb Shepard, Saddie Roy, and possibly Bill McDermott, among others. My profile picture featured me with three cowboys, and the secondary image was of me in front of the Budweiser Clydesdales. I shared photos of my crochet work, like Cookie Monster and The Very Hungry Caterpillar. I also mentioned studying at Green Mountain College and Castleton in Vermont, and listed Ian Tyson and other musicians I like. One of my favorite books is Ethan Frome. I really just need some human assistance with recovering my account, Facebook. Can someone please help me with this?

Hello, I tried logging into my Facebook account on Tuesday morning, but I discovered that it had been disabled. I was unsure about what happened initially, but later I realized that someone else had hacked and blocked it because they wanted to access my account on PUBG Mobile. They stole my game account where I had credit and was at an advanced level. I don't have the recovery phone number anymore, and I forgot the password for my email address. Can you please assist me with this issue? Best regards.

I am facing a simple issue. I had an account I used between [redacted] and [redacted]. One night, I made a mistake by changing the password to a random one and deactivating it. This action seemed logical given the tough time I was experiencing. Now, I wish to recover it as it contains a lot of valuable data for me. Unfortunately, I no longer have the SIM card the account is registered with, nor do I remember the password. However, I can provide old passwords, vague information about the account (such as the person I have messaged the most), and my personal ID with the same name and birthday as the account. I have tried following the Facebook site's procedure, but it keeps redirecting me in a loop without allowing me to contact support through the site.
