I am having trouble resetting my Facebook password. Despite attempting this for several months, I have encountered difficulties. In the past, I did not provide my email to Facebook, so I would typically reset my password using my phone number. Recently, when I tried to reset my password due to forgetting it around April, Facebook requested additional verification such as a picture of my passport, green card, and marriage certificate. I complied with these requests but received no response. Up until today, I had remained logged into my account without any issues, but now I am unable to do so. As I am currently in Nepal, I am unable to use my U.S. number for verification. I had added my Nepali number before logging out, but now I am also unable to reset my password using that number.

Yesterday, when I tried to access Facebook, it prompted a security check. However, when I tried to proceed, it only offered to send a six-digit code to an old phone number I no longer have. I am having trouble accessing my account, Donna Eastwood, which was hacked. The new account I opened features a picture of me in a white top with the Chicago Bears logo, but I can't seem to log out. I tried to log into my old account, which was deactivated in early [redacted], but kept receiving a password error. I followed the steps to reset my password as instructed in the email sent to the same address linked to my old Facebook account. There are crucial photos and information in that account needed for legal proceedings. Facebook is requesting identification, but my name and address have changed since I got married, so I don't have an ID with my updated last name.

I donated to St. Jude's Hospital for a friend's birthday as requested. When I tried to give $10.00, $75.00 was entered instead. Then I accidentally donated $[redacted].00. St. Jude suggested I contact Facebook for help. I kindly ask Facebook to refund the $[redacted].00 excess and allow the original $10.00 donation to St. Jude's.

I am aware of my current password and email address, but recently noticed suspicious activity on my account where someone added unknown friends, followed strange pages, and left odd comments. Attempting to enhance my account security, I encountered an "identify check" that required knowledge of the comments made by the intruder and recognition of the added friends' photos. I deactivated my Facebook account last month, and disabled the authentication settings where you could push on your profile when using the app. I've forgotten my password and do not have any emails set up in my account settings. I no longer have access to my old [redacted] number, only a new [redacted] number, which is not allowing me to reset my password. I am also unable to log into Messenger. I recently obtained a non-molestation order against my ex-boyfriend, Kevin Holmes. The processing officer lost contact with him, so I provided a screenshot from our Messenger messages on my Samsung S9.
