Hello, I'm Eulos. My Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker has been impersonating me by contacting my friends, claiming to have attended college in South Carolina and living in the United Kingdom. They are also using phone number 1-[redacted] on their fake Facebook page. I've received calls from friends asking if I added them, to which I denied since we were already connected. Due to this breach, I had to delete both my Facebook account and messages. I am frustrated that Facebook is not effectively safeguarding user accounts, raising concerns about the security of personal information stored on the platform. Despite having a Facebook phone number, the lack of live customer support is troubling. As a member of a billion-dollar company, I expected better security measures. If I don't receive assistance from a support team member, I am considering legal action. It's distressing that seeking help has become so challenging. For further communication, you can contact me at [redacted].

Since last night, I have been receiving suspicious emails claiming I've been "approved for ads" and suddenly received a bill for a credit card I don't recognize, totaling $25, now showing $[redacted].08. As a minor, I'm not permitted to make online purchases. It's concerning that someone accessed my account and set up an ad campaign without my knowledge. I urgently need all related bills and transactions canceled for this account, which I haven't used in 2-3 years. I lack authorization for online purchases, making it impossible for me to buy anything, including ads. The existence of an ad account I didn't create or use is deeply troubling.

I have multiple items listed on Marketplace and have made purchases there in the past. However, when someone asks about a listing, I can't see which item they're referring to. I keep getting an error message saying Marketplace is unavailable, even though I have active listings and previous purchases. I've tried accessing it through the Facebook and Messenger apps, as well as the Google website on my Android phone. It's crucial for me to know what customers are inquiring about as this situation is affecting my sales and reputation. Please resolve this issue promptly so I can view the listings and respond to potential buyers. Thank you. - Priscilla M. [redacted]

I recently changed my Facebook password, but now I can't log in as it says the password is incorrect. When I try the "forgot password" option, only the email reset is available, not the phone number reset. I have only access to my phone number, not the email linked to my Facebook account. I've been using Facebook for many years and really need to regain access. Please assist in resolving this issue and check why my phone number isn't showing as an option for password recovery. My email on the account is [redacted], and my phone number is +[redacted]58.

I recently changed my Facebook password, and now I'm unable to log in. I keep getting an incorrect password message. When I tried to reset it using the "forgot password" option, I only saw the email reset option, not the phone number one. I've been using Facebook for many years and really need access to my account. I noticed my phone number is not showing up on the password reset page. My email address linked to Facebook is [redacted], but I can't access it. The phone number I have access to is +92 [redacted]. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

I recently got a new phone after mine was stolen. I created a new Facebook account, but it was disabled after a day. Someone who stole my old phone is now using my account to message my aunt, and I believe it's the reason for the account's disablement. I admit to having multiple accounts due to forgotten passwords and emails. I've reached out by sending pictures via email and Facebook but have not received a response yet. Kindly allow me to use Facebook again; I did not intentionally do anything wrong. Please deactivate all my previous accounts so I can start fresh. Someone is using my account with my son's picture as the profile, which is concerning. Removing the block on my phone would be greatly appreciated since I rely on Facebook to stay in touch with my adopted son. Please contact me to provide guidance on resolving this matter.

I signed up for a new account to manage my business pages and utilize Messenger, but now encountered issues due to a misunderstanding with my old account. My friend reported it as fake before I could clarify things, resulting in both my business pages (@apriorianimo and @seniorsdisposition) being taken down. Facebook requested a photo for verification, which I promptly provided, matching the picture on my company's website. Despite my friend's attempts to contact Facebook for resolution, nothing has been resolved yet. I urgently need this issue fixed, but currently, I have no way to reach out to Facebook to address the problem and defend my case. The situation is frustrating, and I hope to have it rectified promptly.

Dear Ms/Mrs, Hello, this is Hiiro from South Korea. I initially attempted to contact the Facebook Korea team but faced difficulties reaching them, prompting me to reach out through this live chat. I have a Facebook account and recently signed up for an Instagram ad product through Facebook. The ad option initially chosen was to upload a post on Instagram linked to one on Facebook, costing about $75 daily for 14 days. However, I unexpectedly received a receipt via text indicating that I was charged around $[redacted] for a Facebook-Instagram sponsorship ad, with an additional option costing approximately $7,[redacted] over the same period. I never selected this higher priced option and was unaware it was added to my account. Despite my request for a refund due to this mistake, the Facebook Korea team has not provided a clear response, making communication challenging. As a loyal customer, I trust in the reputation of Facebook as an international giant, but I am disappointed in the level of customer service I have encountered. I firmly believe that I deserve a refund for the unauthorized charge. I kindly request a formal apology, a detailed explanation, and a prompt refund resolution. If additional personal information is necessary, please contact me through Facebook. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, Hiiro

I am having trouble accessing my account due to it being disabled. I suspect it may be because my phone was stolen, and someone is using it to access my account. I forgot the email and password linked to the account, so I created a new Facebook account on a different phone, only to have that one disabled as well. One reason given was possibly the photo with me wearing a weave, but it wasn't the case. Another reason could be that I inadvertently had two active accounts open, one of which wasn't mine as the phone was being used by someone else on Wi-Fi. I tried to have the phone disabled through the phone company but was unsuccessful. Facebook is crucial for me as it is the only way I can communicate with my son after 11 years of separation. I would like all my accounts deactivated so I can start fresh. I never received a warning or explanation for the disabling of my accounts, and I would appreciate being informed of the reason and duration of the ban. I hope to regain access to Facebook soon for communication purposes. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello! I'm experiencing an issue that requires assistance. There is a site/group named Amiralen on Facebook. Unfortunately, the former admin, who no longer works with us, is unwilling to provide me with the login details for the Facebook page where they are listed as admin. How can I resolve this situation? Since this individual is no longer part of our team and is uncooperative, I am hoping that either Facebook can designate us ([redacted]) as admins or provide us with the necessary information regarding the Facebook account that holds admin rights. Thank you in advance for your help. Best regards, Dennis.

This morning, while on Facebook, I tried to deactivate my Messenger app temporarily due to fasting from today until Thursday. However, I encountered a "confirm my identity" prompt, stating that my device was not recognized. This is perplexing as it's my personal phone with both Facebook and Messenger installed, and I have not faced this issue previously. Unsure if I was reported or targeted for hacking, I attempted various methods like friend codes and photo identifications without success. I also verified recent comments and submitted my driver's license for review. The process duration is uncertain, and despite having access to my email, I remained locked out of my account. As a significant portion of my interactions occur on Facebook, this situation is causing considerable stress.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker sent a video link to many of my recent contacts. I messaged everyone to warn them, changed my password, and thought it was resolved. However, later I found out another friend got hacked through the link without it showing in my recent chats. I'm concerned about the hackers and their deceptive link. They appeared as Facebook, making it look legitimate. I want to report this issue and ask for solutions. I'm also worried about friends who might have received the link but don't appear in my recent chats. I checked all recent conversations and warned everyone. Yet, finding out that a friend not showing in my chats got the link raises concerns about others who might be affected. This experience was stressful, and I hope to prevent others from falling victim to the same scheme. It would be helpful if Facebook could address this issue proactively, possibly through a widespread announcement.

Hello, I am Arielle Anderson, and my Instagram handle is “Goddess_Riri_”. I am experiencing difficulty regaining access to my Instagram account due to hacking. The confirmation code is being sent to an old phone number that no longer belongs to me. Despite contacting the current owner of the number, I have not received a response. I previously had a similar issue about a week or two ago, where I managed to recover my account after the phone number owner provided the code, but they are unresponsive now. I am currently unable to access my account unless assisted. I updated the phone number on the account and linked my email, yet the outdated [redacted] number remains the confirmation phone. I require assistance in resolving the confirmation phone issue and linking my current phone number and email to prevent further hacks. Your prompt help is appreciated. Thank you. Best regards, Arielle Anderson

Our Facebook account got suspended and requires ID confirmation due to logging in from an unknown page where we were using later.com for post scheduling. Although the mobile number for ID confirmation is correct, we are not receiving the code. Our business Instagram account is still operational, but we are unable to utilize the business tools linked to Facebook, such as advertising. Getting our Facebook account back is essential as we are preparing to open a new shop in Oxford, UK, and having access to our account would significantly benefit our business.

I have had my account for 10 years with a few minor bans. Recently, someone on Facebook became angry because I spoke to their ex-girlfriend. This person has been attacking my Facebook group, trying to hack me, and repeatedly reporting me within a short period. Despite creating a new account that is less than a week old and not engaging in any inappropriate behavior, Facebook has also blocked this new account due to constant reports. The individual continues to harass me, making it difficult for me to maintain a new account with my real name. I have worked hard on my original account, showing no history of starting drama. The police could not take action as it is not within their jurisdiction, but the harassment continues. The person causing trouble admits to being a troll with multiple accounts, including one under the screen name "Be Jones." I have attempted to block these troll accounts without success. Kindly review my profile or contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I recently deleted my Facebook profile, but unfortunately, someone has created a fake account using two of my old profile pictures. They have also added many of my family and friends to this fake account. I am concerned about the impact this could have as the person behind this fake profile has caused issues and drama for myself and my family for over a year now. They have been spreading misinformation and slandering my name to a lot of people. I worry about the false information that could be spread to my loved ones. Despite reporting the fake profile, no action has been taken yet by Facebook.
