Hello, I run a closed Facebook group called "Inviting the One, the keys to calling in the love of your life." One of our members is experiencing an issue where she gets logged out every time she tries to view the posts on her phone. She has only tried accessing the group on her phone and has not experienced this problem with any other groups. She has already tried rebooting her phone, but the issue remains. My Facebook account was hacked recently. Initially, the hacker was posting things on it, but after family members reported it, the account was removed. I've had this account for years, and all my photos are stored there. My Facebook name is Stacey Carpenters. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and the secondary email is [redacted] The hacker changed the name to Melissa Carruthers.

I have a business page for Mark's Detailing that I need to have deleted immediately. It's supposed to be deleted in 11 days, but I set the budget at $1.00 a day for 20 days, and Facebook keeps charging my card. I want it to stop now. I only budgeted for $20.00 total. If any more charges, like the $35.00 taken today, occur, we will have an issue. Please delete the page now. Thanks.

I had a Messenger account linked to my phone number. When I tried to create a Facebook account with the same number, they didn't connect. So, I created a new Facebook account with an email and deleted the one with my phone number. Now, when I tried to connect Messenger to my Facebook account using the phone number, Facebook wouldn't accept it as it's recently been linked to another account. Consequently, I can't log in to my Facebook account anymore because it doesn't recognize the phone number. Thank you for any help or information you can provide.

Hello, my name is Erin M. Yesterday, I received an email stating that there was an attempt to reset my password from an unknown Safari tablet, which was not me. I promptly checked my Facebook account, which appeared normal. However, this morning, I was unexpectedly logged out and now I am unable to find my account using my email address. I believe someone has hacked into my account and altered both my email and password. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been experiencing a concerning situation with my email and Facebook account. Initially, some of my friends received emails from me that I did not send. Subsequently, I started receiving emails from Facebook indicating that my account was being accessed via my email address, both locally and internationally. Despite scanning for any problems, I have found none. Unfortunately, I have faced difficulties changing my password at times. To address these issues and regain confidence in the security of my account, I am considering leaving Facebook.

I have been struggling to log into my Facebook account for a while now as it was disabled. I have submitted all the requested information (a picture of my face) and have not received a response five days later regarding why this happened and how we can resolve this issue to reactivate my Facebook account so I can use it normally again.

I've had multiple Facebook accounts disabled repeatedly, even after submitting my photo ID several times. Last week, the latest account I created was disabled as well. I run a home beauty business page that I use to attract clients, so it's frustrating that my account keeps getting disabled despite confirming my contact information and setting up trusted friends. How can they continue to disable my account like this?

Lately, I've been using my mobile data to access my account with the email [redacted]. When I attempted to log in from my home computer using my home internet connection, I received a warning about suspicious activity. To address this, I followed Facebook's instructions to provide a phone number associated with the account, but since I hadn't added any profile or personal pictures on that account, I uploaded the default profile image instead.

My account is currently inactive, and I am unable to access anything until I verify my identity. I tried to remember the recent comments I've made all day, but I can only recall 4 out of 4. Due to memory loss over time, I uploaded my driver's license via Facebook as requested. I also wish to deactivate it from my profile after the 30-day period as outlined in the terms and conditions. I would appreciate it if there is an option to log in after 30 days and delete my ID. Thank you.

On September 2, [redacted], when I tried to play Farmville 1, a notification popped up informing me that my payment for VIP membership had not gone through and advised me to try another payment method. I attempted to use a different card, but unfortunately, I still don't have access to my VIP membership. Every time I try to contact support by clicking on the support box, I only encounter a blank page. I have confirmed with my bank that there are no issues with the payment, as they would have informed me otherwise. I have provided my email address for communication since I am unable to access the support box. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

I am a member of the closed group "Moms of Angels Gone Too Soon," a forum for grieving mothers. Yesterday, I posted something here, and a troll by the name of Alisi Naborisi Dranives left a "comment" promoting a financial scam. I believe this individual's account may have been hacked as the post included a French WhatsApp phone number and an email address associated with a different name, [redacted] This situation is concerning as the women in our group are particularly vulnerable. I encountered an issue where someone misused my name and mobile number on a Facebook account over a year ago. Despite multiple reports, Facebook has not taken any action to remove the account. Lately, I've had to reset my password multiple times due to someone attempting to hack into my Facebook account from another state. Despite sending in my ID for verification, the security code is not reaching either of the phone numbers associated with my account. I suspect that the phone number may have been changed without my knowledge. Additionally, there is an unfamiliar email linked to my Facebook account, which is concerning. I'm hesitant to create a new account as I would lose all my precious memories, photos, and posts.

I believe someone may have accessed my account, leading to Facebook locking it. Unfortunately, I am unable to verify my identity on another computer. When attempting to receive a security code via text, I realized I forgot to include my country code in my phone number. As this omission prevents me from confirming my identity, I wonder if a message could be sent without the country code. My account was locked previously, and I was able to regain access through the friend identification process, which is not currently an option.

I have been on Facebook for around 3 years. Initially, they mentioned that someone else might be using my account, but did not provide information on their actions regarding it. I created a new account with a different profile picture, which was also removed. I changed the picture again, then got disabled for violating rules. After a two-week ban, they allowed me back, only to remove the new photo again. I tried to apologize and explained it was unintentional. I accidentally reset my password and deleted my account in haste. My name is James Walden. I am using my wife's phone to try to recover my Facebook account. The phone number associated with the account, [redacted], does not have minutes to receive a code via text. I am unable to recall the email address linked to the account. I realize now that I should have kept a record of my various email addresses. Is there an alternative method to regain access to my account? I am desperate to have it back.
