A few years ago, Facebook requested my photo ID, which I provided. However, ever since then, every time I log in, I am forced to log out because Facebook is still investigating. It has been over five years now, and I have important family and friends on that account that I am unable to access. I receive emails about friend requests, birthdays, and posts, but I can't actually go onto the account. I really need assistance in recovering my Facebook account. The account in question belongs to Ki Ghb Smila Wezz.

As a photographer, I recently posted an ad on Marketplace for wedding engagement photo sessions. However, despite having the same content as other ads on Marketplace, my ad has been denied multiple times without clear reasons, only citing it doesn't meet "Community Standards." I have carefully reviewed the policies and believe my ad aligns with all the requirements. I am unsure why my ad is being rejected and feel frustrated by Facebook's lack of transparency in their decision-making process. I urge Facebook to reevaluate their policies and refrain from censoring ads that comply with Community Standards and Commercial Policies. I request immediate approval of my ad.

My spouse was unexpectedly logged out of his Facebook account around 4:00 am yesterday. We've been attempting to recover it all day. Unfortunately, his email was not up to date. We reached out to you and successfully updated his email on the account. While this helped partially, he now faces a challenge accessing the account due to a verification code being sent to an outdated phone number. How can he obtain a code to access his account when he's unable to log in?

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account that was set up under Milan Babic and I usually log in as Milan Senjski Uskok. Facebook deleted my account. When I try to log in using the email address [redacted], I receive a message saying my browser needs a cookie. Alternatively, when I try to log in using my mobile number 0[redacted]46, it says someone else is registered with my mobile number. Please assist me in regaining access to my account.

Recently, my account was compromised, leading to a temporary restriction on my ability to post, comment, or share on a group page. Upon attempting to appeal this restriction, an error message occurred. The group administrator, after reviewing the situation, did not find any violations and would have been alerted if any had occurred. Being unable to engage without evidence or clarification is unjust. I earnestly request a prompt resolution to this matter. Rest assured, I have not engaged in any improper behavior.

I believe my ex-husband and his associates are accessing my emails and Facebook accounts without permission. They have even created an account using my email address that I did not authorize. They are using spyware and somehow getting my email information through my phone. I have documented all these incidents and would appreciate your assistance. I manage a band page named Amity Pointe. We've been a band for a few years and have had member changes. Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the list of active members on the page. I deactivated my Facebook account a while back, but recently received an email saying it was reactivated. I hardly use Facebook. Upon checking, I noticed someone accessed my account. I am incredibly frustrated beyond words. I have been attempting to verify my account for the past two weeks, and after finally getting it done about two to three hours ago, it was disabled again within five minutes. This constant issue is absurd. I have already gone through the verification process using my friends' pictures and completed all the necessary steps. Strangely, I receive texts when resetting my password but not when trying to verify myself. Please address this issue as soon as possible as my patience is running thin. My Facebook account is [redacted] I attempted to change my name on Facebook and now I can't access my account. Instead of logging in, I am prompted to complete a security check. I have been trying to use the photo verification with my friends, but it keeps failing. As for the other two options: 1. Logging in on another computer - I am on a PC, but using a VPN, which seems to be causing an issue. 2. Asking friends for help - Unfortunately, I do not have phone numbers for the friends listed. Could you please enable an email verification option or provide an alternative method besides relying solely on friends for verification?

This Facebook profile has been taken over by my daughter's ex-partner. He is defaming and harassing my daughter with inappropriate content, including posting hurtful messages and photos. The situation is getting out of hand, and I am reaching out for your help in permanently deactivating this account. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, no action has been taken yet. I encountered an issue when trying to log into my Facebook app to view Memes. I noticed that my profile was signed out, so I tapped on my profile picture to enter my login information. To my surprise, it indicated that the email associated with my account was not registered with Facebook. Upon checking my email, I discovered a password reset request and a change in primary email over the weekend. I followed the instructions on the Facebook Help Page to report my hacked account, but it requires me to enter the hackers' email and password, which I don't have. I tried accessing the email they used, but was unsuccessful. I am unable to regain access to my Facebook account, which is the only one I have used for over 10 years. I'm really hoping to recover it.

I joined Facebook recently and I wanted to remove some contacts to keep only family members. When I tried to do this on my iPhone, I received a pop-up message stating: "Catcherclicks.eu: Your device is infected and vulnerable to cyber-attacks and data theft! To protect your iPhone, press the button below. CONFIRM OK" Now, my Facebook access is blocked, and this message covers the entire page. What should I do?

I operate a Facebook business page and I have encountered an issue after removing an admin. Currently, when attempting to schedule posts, Facebook indicates that the posts are attributed to the removed admin and are unable to be scheduled, requiring manual posting.
