On 04/08/[redacted], I removed myself as an Admin from a Facebook Page (my previous company's). During this process, I got logged out of Facebook and prompted to secure my account. Despite following the steps to log in on a previously used device, I couldn't access my account on both my laptop and mobile. I submitted a photo of my driving license for ID verification but the link in the email I received was inactive. Even after attempting to use the login link and the new password provided in the email, I kept receiving an error message. I'm seeking assistance to regain access to my Facebook account. I recently joined FB Marketplace in late July. I have encountered more than five very interested buyers who have ended up being no-shows. Despite making pickup arrangements and providing my address, they do not show up or even respond to my messages after reading them. This has led to me losing out on other potential buyers. I have not observed this type of behavior when selling items on KIJIJI. As someone new to selling, I am unsure if this is a common occurrence in the retail industry. I understand that people can change their minds, but I believe there should be more courtesy between buyers and sellers. Dealing with these situations can be quite frustrating. I recently had a no-show for a 6:30 PM pickup, and currently, a potential buyer is yet to respond about a Tuesday pickup for multiple items. Despite these challenges, I am trying to stay patient with such buyers. Any advice on how to handle these no-show situations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am writing to address an issue regarding my Facebook account under the name Abhishek Hiranyav Ghoshal. I have been using this account for the past 9 years without any problems. However, a month ago on July 30, [redacted], I was unexpectedly logged out of my account in the middle of the night. When I tried to log back in, I received a message asking me to confirm my identity. In response, I submitted a copy of my voter ID card and passport photo, assuming this was for security purposes. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to regain access to my account. I have contacted Facebook's security team multiple times to request assistance but have only received a response stating that I am ineligible to use Facebook without further explanation. I believe that the discrepancy in the spelling of my name on my voter ID card compared to my Facebook account might be causing this issue, although all other information, such as my date of birth, is accurate. I am reaching out to request that Facebook review my account activity and reactivate my original Facebook account as soon as possible.

I am Michelle Senuk, and my sister is Michelle Marie. We both have different email addresses but share a computer. We do not own cell phones and do not wish to acquire them. Facebook requested a phone number, but we only provided an old number since we no longer require two land lines. Unfortunately, Facebook is now asking for a confirmation number sent to the disconnected phone. My email is [redacted], and my sister's email is [redacted]. We hope for your assistance.

I encountered an issue with the Facebook app where I got logged out unexpectedly. After attempting to log back in, I realized I had forgotten my password. When I tried to reset it, I faced difficulty accessing my previous email account, which Yahoo wanted to charge me to recover. After reviewing my new emails, I discovered a message confirming a primary email change on Facebook, which I did not authorize. I was able to reset my Facebook password, but now I am being prompted for a code from my authentication app. I'm unsure how to proceed, but regaining access to my Facebook account is important to me.

I saw an article about Matthew McConaughey on my timeline. Everyone makes fun of me because we used to live in Navarre, FL where he has a beach home. His wife even allowed us to take wedding photos on their spiral staircase. The article mentioned he's teaching a class at the University of Texas. I commented that I had already signed up and would be visiting Navarre soon to see the stairs again. When I tried to explain this, Facebook wouldn't let me comment. I requested a review but received the same message. It was frustrating dealing with this issue when there are so many scam pages and negativity on Facebook. They must have had a slow day monitoring me, a 56-year-old mother of adult children. My kids claim Facebook is for old people, but I disagree. Apparently, even "old" people like me can't make an innocent comment anymore.

I was recently in a serious car accident, and unfortunately, my smartphone got lost in a river. I am unable to recover it, and I have realized that I cannot find my Facebook and Yahoo email passwords. I don't have access to the phone number or email linked to my Facebook account. I need to regain access to my account as I have friends who have passed away and important photos stored there. I have various forms of identification to prove my identity like my driver's license, social security card, and debit cards. I am desperate to regain access and feeling very upset about the situation. I thought I had set up "trusted contacts" but I am not sure anymore. I have friends on my list whom I trust and who can help me regain access. Please assist me in recovering my account; losing those memories would be devastating on top of everything else I am going through.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the issues with my account being repeatedly put in submission. I have faced multiple lockouts this week due to posting family before and after pictures of my two eldest children. Although these images were not abusive in any way, my account was flagged as such. Upon regaining access by providing photo ID, I began cleaning out my friends list. As I deleted a significant number of contacts, my account was once again placed in submission for suspected suspicious activity, although all I did was remove unwanted connections. After about 12 hours, I was able to regain access. However, when I noticed a stranger engaging with my photos and sharing them, I attempted to remove them from my friends list, resulting in another lockout. I submitted a photo of myself over 24 hours ago and have not received a resolution. This situation is frustrating as I use Facebook to maintain relationships with my children, family, and friends. I have been an active user for nearly a year, consistently posting updates, videos, and offering assistance to others. My account was disabled due to my ex-colleague's fraudulent actions on Facebook. I have been trying to contact Facebook for over three years now, but the issue remains unresolved. I recently updated my Facebook password due to ransomware concerns that exposed it. Several days ago, I attempted to log in on my desktop but couldn't remember the new password. After multiple login attempts, Facebook logged me out of my account and also from the Facebook and Messenger apps on my phone. I followed Facebook's password reset instructions but encountered issues as my login email (ymail) is no longer supported. I then tried to reset the password through three trusted friends, but even after receiving the codes from them, Facebook insisted I couldn't use the new email provided and requested a different one. Despite trying multiple times with different email addresses, I kept getting locked out and was prompted to try again later. I have reached out to Facebook's help center for assistance, but have yet to receive a response.

I have a photo that consistently gets flagged on Facebook even though it doesn't violate any of their listed guidelines. I keep getting blocked due to it. Interestingly, the exact same photo, with words added to show Facebook's alleged sexism in blocking it because there are no female nipples shown, is accepted as my profile picture. However, the original photo, which is identical (minus the added text), keeps getting blocked. I would like this resolved by having a non-biased reviewer assess the photo and acknowledge that it doesn't breach any of the stated standards that it's flagged for. Facebook needs to improve their review process; this situation is unacceptable.

I previously reported a page called SEI KOE SAU FOI A LA for posting false accusations and sharing photos of me, including nude ones that are not mine. Another fake page, SANITA SINIVA LELEA, with my picture was also created. I believe this constitutes harassment and bullying and goes against community standards. I urge Facebook to block or remove these pages. My legal name is Sanita Samifua, and my Facebook username is Sanita Niniva Lelea. Hello Facebook, I am reaching out for assistance in recovering my disabled account. I recently had to replace my computer due to a hard drive crash and was unable to access my old email account. Dear Facebook Support Team, I have been attempting to access my account for several weeks now. Despite following all the steps outlined on your website and submitting my personal ID, I am still unable to log in. My account was hacked. The email associated with it is [redacted], which was previously registered under the name Jaison Thomas. The original email for a long time was [redacted] Unfortunately, I can no longer access the Google account [redacted] I have tried using trusted friends to receive the reset code, but after providing it, I am prompted to wait for final reset instructions to be sent to the new email or phone number on the account. Despite setting the new email as [redacted] and attempting to use the old phone number [redacted], I have not received the final reset instructions. This process stalls before completion, leaving me unsure of how to proceed.

I would like to inform you that my Facebook account with the email [redacted] and the name Tushar Singh has been disabled. I am unsure why it happened as I have not accessed my account in 4 months, except for playing PUBG as it was linked to the game. When I tried to log in a week ago, I found that my account had been disabled. I tried to verify my identity, but they informed me that there was inappropriate content on the account, leading to its permanent disablement. I have never engaged in such behavior and do not know who might have caused this issue. I had invested money in this account for PUBG, and it contained important data. Kindly consider temporarily reactivating my account for a day or two so I can transfer it to another account for PUBG. It takes a significant amount of time to build progress in the game, and I hope you can understand my situation. I have exhausted all efforts to prove my innocence, but to no avail. On August 29, I found out that my Facebook page was hacked. Messages were sent to groups without my knowledge. I attempted to adjust some settings and when I tried to log back in and change my password, I was prompted to enter my mobile number for a verification code. Unfortunately, I live in an area with no cell service. I do have a mobile number for when I travel, but I have been unable to access my account since then.
