My son, Michael Rene Bivens, also known as "east side" on his Facebook profile, had his profile taken down by the suspects in his case. He was a victim of homicide, and the investigation is ongoing. The individuals who murdered him still have access to his phone and can log in and out of his page. I am hoping that the phone can be tracked to determine the location of the login activities. His page has been inactive, but on 06/22/[redacted], his profile picture briefly appeared on Messenger. Any assistance in investigating his case would be greatly appreciated. His homicide occurred on March 26th, [redacted]. Detective McBride from the Tulare County Sheriff's Department is handling the case.

Every day, my Facebook page is filled with Trump-related content. While I normally don't engage, I recently shared my opinion. However, I've noticed that my posts vanish shortly after posting without any explanation. Even though I haven't used any offensive language, I received a message from Facebook stating that my content was deemed offensive. I'm puzzled as to why my posts keep disappearing when others are able to freely post even with profanity. I believe in expressing my opinions truthfully, yet my posts seem to be censored. I find it perplexing that while I have a voice, my posts are being suppressed. In the future, I would appreciate it if Trump-related content could be blocked from my feed. Could you please clarify why my posts are vanishing from Facebook? Thank you.

My Gmail, Facebook, and Messenger accounts have been hacked. The hackers are using Messenger to contact my friends and ask for money. Unfortunately, one of my friends sent them money thinking it was me. This is how I found out about the hack. It all started when they messaged me through a friend's Messenger pretending to be her. They knew so much about her life, including her daughter's name and their summer beach house, that I didn't suspect anything. They managed to get into my Gmail, changed passwords and phone numbers, and started reaching out to my friends. I have now opened a new Gmail and Facebook account, but I have yet to start using the new Facebook account. I want to close/delete my old accounts.

Hello, I'm William Valentine, the owner of TSJ [redacted] Sports (Tha Sports Junkies [redacted]). I am seeking assistance from Facebook regarding the verification of my business page. I have provided documentation multiple times to prove my identity and the legitimacy of my company, including my LLC details. I recently obtained new evidence to support my case and regain the gray verification check mark that was previously on my page. My page was initially verified on 6/20/[redacted] at 8:09 am, with case number [redacted]68, managed by a person named "Megalo" from Facebook's pages team. The verification was removed due to the abbreviation of my company name from Tha Sports Junkies [redacted] to TSJ Sports, now TSJ [redacted] Sports, which remains the same company. I aim to demonstrate that my identity and company are unchanged, despite the abbreviation.

Recently, I realized that my Facebook account was hacked. After spending hours trying to regain access, I thought I successfully changed my password. However, the next day I experienced another strange event and attempted to change my password again. Unfortunately, my account was uncooperative, so I logged out without saving the new password. Now, when I try to log back in, neither the old nor the new password works. I suspect the hacker may be causing this issue, or it could be due to an account lockout. I no longer have access to the original email account linked to my Facebook, and the phone number associated belongs to a previous workplace.

I seem to have been logged out of my Facebook account and I'm unable to access my email for a password reset. I had created a new Facebook account a while ago, but I don't want to use it now. Unfortunately, I can't utilize my phone number for the recovery as it is linked to the new account. I find myself stuck in this situation and need help resolving it.

Almost two weeks ago, my Instagram account was hacked. The hacker changed my username, password, email, and phone number linked to the account. I reached out to Instagram and sent them a photo of myself holding a code as proof of my identity. I haven't received any response from them yet. It's really frustrating that it's taking so long to resolve this issue. My account holds years worth of photos and messages, and I feel uncomfortable with someone else having access to my personal content. My original username was senecagracenagy, and the hacker changed it to arlen_8215__german.

I am an administrator on a Facebook group where we have been dealing with racist, bigoted, and possibly white supremacist and incel individuals who were targeting one of our members discussing immigrant rights. Unfortunately, after our member responded to their attacks, the page was reported, and Facebook has restricted access. We have tried to unpublish the page following Facebook's guidelines, but are still unable to regain access. My friend and I plan to clean up the content and report the inappropriate behavior. If possible, we may need assistance as it seems unlocking accounts may require human intervention. Thank you for your help and understanding.

I logged out of my Facebook account to let my mom use hers since she lost her phone. However, when I tried to log back in, I was unable to access my account. I attempted to reset my password, only to receive a message saying that my email was not linked to an account, which I know is not true. Even after trying on a different browser, I kept receiving a message saying I had attempted too many times and needed to wait to try again. This has been happening for 5 days now. I need to regain access to my account to check on my advisor's well-being, especially after an incident in her area. I am unable to verify her health status due to this issue, so it's crucial that I regain access to my account promptly.

Hello, my account was hacked on 13/6/[redacted], and since then, I have been unable to access Facebook. I don't remember the email password, and it might have been changed, and my phone is not working, so I can't recover my account. My console has been active almost continuously since the 13th, and I feel helpless. Yesterday, I was asked for identity papers, but didn't know how to send them through my inbox. Today, I received a new message stating that my account wasn't hacked and my identity wasn't stolen, but I still need help. Please respond as soon as possible because I don't know how to send a message through the inbox. I forgot the process to send my IDs to prove the account breach. I urgently need assistance to either close or recover my account. My Facebook account is under [redacted] Please, do something. I await your response. Thank you for your time.

I'm having trouble logging into my account to reset my password. I mistakenly used my old phone number to try to recover my account by accident. This old number might be linked to the Facebook account holder now. Later, when I tried signing in with my current number, the account that opens belongs to someone else, and my changed number now shows on their Facebook account. Perhaps this mix-up occurred when I initially tried resetting the password with my old number and then with my current one. Now, I am locked out of Facebook because I attempted signing in too many times. Despite receiving the six-digit code from Facebook multiple times, I still can't access my account. I reached out to the individual whose account keeps appearing when I log in, requesting them to update their number with theirs in the settings. This action might help me reset my password, but I need Facebook to remove the block on my account.

Hello, I recently moved from Ontario to Quebec. I need help with adjusting my Facebook account as I'm having trouble accessing it after it got deleted from my computer. The password I had written down is not working, so I created a new account. My messenger is also not functioning properly. My profile picture features me in a blue sweater with a little girl. The email associated with the account was [redacted], but I can't use it to reset my password since it's inactive. Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to address issues with my disabled Facebook account. I am amazed to think that someone tried to access my account, leading me to initiate a password change. Unfortunately, amidst this process, I forgot my most recent password, resulting in the disabling of my account. I am 25-year-old Owusu Bright, a dedicated Facebook user for the past decade. This is an unprecedented situation for me, as I have never encountered such troubles before. I believe the lack of my personal phone number associated with the account might have contributed to this vulnerability, as my friends had previously advised me to link it for added security.
I kindly request your assistance in recovering my old password and reactivating my account. I am eager to regain access to my account and regain my online presence. I have tried to reach out multiple times without success, prompting me to create this new email address for communication. Please consider my situation and provide a resolution at your earliest convenience. My disabled Facebook account email is [redacted], and my username is Bright Moni, with the old password being father12.
Thank you for understanding and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Sincerely,
O.B.

I recently created a new Facebook account to replace my old one that I had for about 15 years. The new account is linked to my business page and group. Unfortunately, either today or last night, Facebook disabled my account. Now it appears as though I have blocked all my customers, leading to numerous complaints and damaging my business and reputation. Despite sending them a picture to confirm my identity, my account remains inactive. This situation has caused me to lose thousands of pounds in business and clients, with some even requesting refunds. I am extremely shocked and disappointed by Facebook's actions. I am hoping for a resolution and a refund for the losses I have incurred. Thank you.

Hello,
I am writing to address an issue with my business page's name on Facebook. The page was originally named "Art at MG and Louise Ashton Design." However, Louise Ashton Design is no longer affiliated with our business, and I would like to change the page's name to just "Art at MG."
I have reached out multiple times to request this change, but have been informed that it cannot be done. I find this difficult to believe, especially since I am a paying customer for advertising services. It is important for me as a small business to have this matter resolved promptly.
I hope you can take a few moments to assist in changing the page name as it is crucial for our online presence.
Thank you,
Marilyn C.

I made a Facebook event on my iPhone X using the mobile app and I encountered an issue. I added all the event details, but when I tried to edit the "More Info" section later, I couldn't see the text I was typing. Although I could edit the event description, not being able to see the changes until saving made it difficult. This problem only happens on the iPhone Facebook app; on the website, everything works fine. It would be great if this could be fixed for smoother editing. Thank you.

I forgot my password for Facebook. After getting a new phone, I installed the Facebook application but struggled to remember my password. I attempted to recover it through the "forgot password" feature, but I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account. I successfully reset the password using three trusted contacts. However, to complete the process, I need to confirm my identity via email, which I haven't received on my new email address. Despite following instructions from the help center, every attempt to resend the verification email results in an error message stating that the feature is not functioning. It's crucial that I regain access to my old account. I would appreciate urgent assistance.

My partner and I have been receiving disturbing messages from Christy Hudson. She keeps creating fake accounts and sending messages claiming my partner is in trouble and needs assistance. The messages come through messenger to his friends at all hours. He's constantly notified that there are attempts to reset his Facebook password. We've had to involve the police over 6 times due to harassment, phone calls, messages, and even finding nails and glass in our driveway. Christy goes as far as using her children and family members' accounts to infiltrate ours. It's causing our friends to panic when they receive messages with my partner's profile picture. This situation needs to be addressed and stopped promptly.

Last week, my work Facebook account linked to the email [redacted] got blocked for sharing Cottonwood Parks and Recreation events. I contacted support, submitted an appeal, and my account was reinstated. However, when I tried to boost an event for a movie in the park happening this Saturday, my account got blocked again while sharing on local event boards. I followed the steps to verify my identity by submitting a photo, but it has been five days, and I am still unable to access my account. I am frustrated as I am paying to boost posts for the Cottonwood Parks and Recreation Page but can't do so while locked out. I hope this issue gets resolved promptly so I can continue promoting upcoming events without any further interruptions.

I signed up to create a Facebook page for my company without realizing it wasn't allowed. I wanted to keep my personal profile separate from clients. Now, I'm trying to create the page from my personal profile, but I can't use the business username since it's already taken. The other account was disabled by Facebook, making it impossible for me to resolve the issue. I want to correct this without changing all the business settings. It would be great to transfer the page to my original profile, but I can't access it. I never received any notification about this mistake. I need assistance to address this situation smoothly.
