My account, registered under the name Fauzia Sultana, has been suspended for three days unfairly. A fake account pretending to be Priyanka Sharma has been posting offensive content about Muslims. This account is actually operated by a man using a female name. When this fake account used a derogatory term towards Muslims, I responded by explaining its meaning in a medical context related to circumcision. However, Facebook deemed my response as hate speech against their community standards and suspended my account. I am frustrated that Facebook tolerates numerous accounts daily that verbally attack Muslims and spread offensive messages about Islam without consequences. I demand to know why the fake account of Priyanka Sharma was not suspended and if there is bias against Muslims at play.

I believe my Facebook account has been hacked by my ex-boyfriend, and it seems like he has changed the account name and email address to his own. This account holds precious pictures of my deceased son, and I am distraught that I cannot locate my profile or access it. The situation is deeply upsetting as he is intentionally blocking me from it. I really need help with this issue. My original email address for the account was [redacted], and my name is Dana Sandifer Rider. To provide additional details, you can find me at www.younique.com/DanaRider. This same person, Jeffrey Chad Garraway, has also interfered with my Pinterest account. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account, which I've had for 10 years, has been hacked. I got an email at 5:35 a.m. this morning from [redacted] saying a password change request was made, and by 5:38 a.m., the password was changed. Not only was the password changed, but my associated email was changed too. Now, I can't access my account or request a password change because I don't know the new email. Please assist me with this issue.

Dear Sir, I have been experiencing difficulties reconnecting to my account for the past two months. My Facebook account seems to have disappeared, and I am unable to login or recover it. I used my account regularly, so it shouldn't be deactivated for inactivity. I never shared inappropriate content, and no one has reported me. I'm unsure why my account was removed from Facebook. Whenever I try to log in, nothing happens, and I'm not prompted to verify my email. When I click on "forgot password," I can't locate my account or receive a password reset email. I've reached out before, but haven't received a response. My Facebook account name was Aatish Mungloo. Please assist me with this issue.

Dear Facebook, I am writing to report that I was misled by a hacker on August 14, [redacted], who tricked me into a business deal. As a result, money was extorted from me, and my account was compromised after I entered my login information on a link provided by the hacker. Despite my efforts and those of my friends to report this issue, Facebook has not taken any action. I created a new account under the names Idise Eseoghene and Ese Nissi, but it was disabled by Facebook. I have never breached Facebook's rules on my previous account, and I have evidence to support this. The recent posts about Flip cash were not made by me. I urge Facebook to review this matter promptly as my reputation with friends and family is at stake. I can provide proof such as my current passport or National ID card to verify that the account Eseoghene Idise is indeed mine. Kindly assist me in restoring my account by verifying the identity of the current account handler. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello Facebook, I encountered an issue while trying to create a Facebook page. In the middle of the process, my baby started crying, so I had to pause. However, when I returned to continue, the page was already created without my completion. I initially intended to name the page "littlemeimeishop," but due to interruptions from my crying baby, I only managed to type "littlemeim" before deleting it to start over. Upon my second attempt, I faced delays selecting a profile picture as my baby continued to cry, causing multiple interruptions. When I finally returned, the page was created once again without allowing me to finish typing the username. Now, I am unable to locate the username box when trying to create the page for my baby under the username "littlemeimeishop." I kindly request assistance in reactivating the username box so I can proceed with creating the page. My personal Facebook is under the name Mitha Lesmana. Thank you for your understanding and support, Facebook.

Hello, I'm Babette H., and I am the executor and legacy contact for my late mother, Barbara J. Pinkston, from Inverness, Florida. Today, someone spoofed her account and sent friend requests under a fake profile. Her real account was memorialized as "Remembering Barbara Pinkston," but I didn't request this. I believe my niece, not the appointed legacy contact, was behind it. I've tried to contact Facebook multiple times without any response. I just want my mother's account reinstated, even if it remains memorialized. Her account was significant to me, and I feel her loss keenly with it disabled. Please assist me in reinstating her account. Thank you for your help in bringing back my late mother's presence on Facebook. If needed, you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted].

Hello, I have been effectively selling items on the marketplace. Recently, my marketplace access has been restricted, citing commercial policy violations that I find confusing even after reviewing the documentation sent to me. I am hoping to have a one-on-one conversation with a representative to clarify my situation. I work at Amazon and have a good understanding of policy ethics. I suspect the issue might be related to the authenticity of my designer wear products. In my listings, I had two ads with multiple shoes and struggled with pricing, opting for a lower amount. Now, I see others using formats like [redacted],[redacted], so I assume that is the correct method. I would appreciate personalized assistance to help me understand and reinstate my listings. Thank you. - Lori

My ad account was disabled a while back due to unusual activity. Although it was reactivated for a brief period, it was disabled again because it violated Facebook's Terms of Service. According to Facebook, reinstating the payments account is not possible currently due to various factors. For more details on their Terms of Service, visit the provided link. I am in need of assistance with this matter.

My Facebook Marketplace account is currently under review without any clear reason. I suspect it might be due to an incident involving a buyer, identified as Nan Golden Ellard, who reported me in a retaliatory manner after we declined her low offer for our Mitsubishi Outlander listed for sale. Despite never agreeing to the reduced price, Nan misunderstood and sent her daughter to purchase the vehicle prematurely. Following a confrontational phone call where we declined the sale at the lower price, my account was flagged for review a few hours later. As a result, I am unable to send messages regarding marketplace items via Messenger, although regular messages to friends are unaffected. Given that we frequently sell vehicles on this platform and need to reconnect with potential buyers, I urgently require the restoration of my account to full functionality. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Facebook has blocked my messaging for 7 days due to a sarcastic comment. I need the block removed urgently as I am organizing a memorial for my late best friend who passed away from suicide. Please consider my situation and lift the block. Feel free to review my messages for verification if necessary. I understand previous blocks for sarcasm and am willing to refrain from such comments in the future. My request is solely to have my messaging ability restored for this emergency situation. While I acknowledge this may not be the typical channel for assistance, I am relying on this forum as a means to urgently connect with a human representative from Facebook. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated.

I am reaching out on behalf of a friend, Elizabeth O'Neil, whose Facebook account has been compromised. Her personal information, including a picture of her driver's license, email address, phone number, and bank account, was accessed by unauthorized individuals. They changed the email password and she currently has a new account she is using. She is willing to provide any verification information required to regain access to her original account. This is concerning as it appears to be a trend affecting several accounts. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Facebook Team, I believe that there may have been an error with your security system as my Facebook account was disabled without any valid reason. Upon attempting to log in, I received a message stating that my account has been disabled. I have only uploaded my own photos and have not misrepresented anyone else's identity. This account holds sentimental value to me and is significant. I hope this explanation is sufficient for the reactivation of my account. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention and support.

I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the two-factor authentication on my Kat Rollins Facebook account. The number [redacted] is now assigned to a different individual's wifi, preventing me from receiving the necessary codes. In March [redacted], I terminated this number with Consumer Cellular due to security concerns. Unfortunately, I overlooked removing it from my two-factor authentication settings and am unable to reclaim the number since it is now owned by someone else. Although I can change my password for my Kat Rollins Facebook account, I am unable to receive the verification code sent to the outdated phone number. As a result, I am locked out of my account despite knowing my username. I kindly request assistance with restoring access to my Kat Rollins Facebook account. Thank you for your help.

My father passed away about 3 years ago, and recently his Facebook page was deactivated under unknown circumstances. The account is linked to [redacted] We simply want to continue tagging him in memories, like his grandchildren growing up. Facebook was a meaningful way for us to feel connected to him, so reactivating his account is important to us. Unfortunately, we no longer have access to his email. Facebook mentioned that the password used was a previous one and sent an email to change it, but Yahoo claims the password doesn't exist. I have screenshots available if needed.

Hello, I encountered an issue while creating a Facebook account for my business. I mistakenly set up a new account with my business email, [redacted], and established a business page. However, Facebook locked me out of the account after I added a photo. I learned that it's not allowed to have separate accounts for personal and business purposes. I now understand I should have just updated my primary email on my existing personal Facebook account and added the business page there. I would like to delete the new account I can't access and consolidate everything on my personal account. My business is named Business Diversity Works, and you can find us at www.businessdiversityworks.com or @BDiversityWorks. I realize now I could have managed everything within my personal account settings. I tried changing my email there to [redacted], but it said the email was already in use. I want to preserve my personal account with its history, including a family reunion group I manage. Your guidance on how to merge everything would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Patricia A.

A support group named "Mommy's Page" recently shared an alarming anonymous post through one of the admins. The post detailed a woman confessing to abusing her husband's cat, physically harming her husband, and misleading the police. Concerns were raised about the safety of any children in the household and whether authorities had been notified. Many members questioned if appropriate actions had been taken, considering the nature of the disclosure. However, the admins responded by blocking users inquiring about reporting the situation. There is a shared opinion that the group, as a support community, needs to adhere to their responsibilities properly. It is suggested that the page undergo necessary changes to ensure posts like these are appropriately addressed and reported to the relevant authorities.

I clicked on a link in Messenger from a contact and lost access to my Facebook account. I can't access the email linked to my account. I have submitted my driver's license and an alternate email to recover my account. After receiving an email with a password reset link from Facebook and trying to use it, I received an error message about entering too many codes, even though I never received one. I'm reaching out for help to regain access to my account. Thanks, Michelle.

I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account because my password is not being accepted. There have been repeated attempts from unknown individuals to access my account, so I enabled two-step authentication a few days ago. This morning, someone attempted to log in, but I did not receive any text for the authentication. When I tried to reset my password by selecting the "forgot password" option, it said it would email me a code. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email and cannot recall the details. Previously, the code was sent to my phone number, which is associated with my account. I am in need of assistance to regain access to my account. Thank you for your help.
