Hello, I am experiencing some issues with my Facebook account. A few weeks ago, I received a notice that my account might have been exposed to “phishing”. I recovered my account and went through a safety procedure to approve recent activity, but encountered a bug in the system on the last step. Despite trying on different devices and connections, I cannot access my account. Creating a new account is not an option as my original one is still active. I need my account back urgently. I am having trouble with Facebook not taking my harassment reports seriously. I am dedicated to exposing bots, gathering information on various groups, and sharing with authorities. However, when I respond to hate speech or post truthful comments, I end up getting banned instead. It's frustrating that while I am trying to do good by reporting harassment and harmful activities, I am the one facing consequences on the platform.

I'm having trouble remembering my password. I recently changed it due to suspicious activity in Texas, but I forgot to write down the new one. I've attempted to reset it by receiving a text code on my phone, but I haven't been getting the messages. I'm unsure of what steps I can take to regain access to my account. Fortunately, I can still access my account through the app since I have not logged out, but this is not possible on my desktop, which I primarily use for work and marketing purposes.

I received a 30-day block around 45 days ago, and after a review, they reinstated my content. However, despite the reactivation, I found out that I am still blocked for 28 more days. Today, I discovered that they extended my block for another 30 days for something I posted almost two months ago, even though I already served a 30-day punishment. I only posted that content once.

I recently set up a new business account using my new Gmail address. I made the account and business page without breaking any rules. Shortly after, I tried to log in and was asked to provide a photo of myself, which I did. However, my account was disabled even after sending a copy of my ID. I followed all the guidelines and was only able to use the account briefly. I am very frustrated as having this account is crucial for launching my business. I was recently blocked for ** days about * days ago. Despite requesting a review and providing reasons why I disagreed with the decision, I remained blocked. Following a second review, they acknowledged their mistake, reposted the content, but I found that I was still unable to access my account. Upon checking today, I realized I have been blocked for an additional ** days, even though the controversial post was from almost two months ago, for which I had already served the **-day penalty. I am perplexed as I only posted that content once and would like to request to be unblocked.

My Tabby Kat account was disabled nearly a year ago due to a proof of identity request. Living in Canada, submitting such information online is against regulations. Facebook mandates using a name you are known by in daily life for easier identification by friends and family, so I complied. I was never prompted to create the Tabby Kat profile under my birth name. I would appreciate resolving this matter either by restoring my account access or granting me sufficient time to retrieve the content. My preference is to regain access to my account. Thank you.

My Facebook account has been disabled for 3 days because I shared a post about ESPN withdrawing funding for a movie called The Hunt. Facebook claimed it violated their nudity and sexual content policy, which is not accurate. I requested a review, and they are still insisting on the violation, despite no inappropriate content in the post. Many others shared the same post without any issues. I have screenshots to support my case. I just want this unjust action to be rectified and an explanation for the inconsistency in enforcing the rules.

Hello, I typically don't manually enter my password, as I rely on the auto-save feature on my computer. Recently, while trying to share content from an external website to my account, I was prompted to input my password. After doing so, I received an error message stating it was incorrect and that I used an outdated password. I've been attempting to upload my ID for verification purposes, but I keep receiving an error indicating that the file is too small. I'm unsure how to proceed with uploading my ID to regain access to my account, update my outdated email address, and set a new password. I didn't make any updates to my account that would explain this issue.

Hello! I attempted to access my account today and discovered that I am unable to log in because my account has been deactivated. My Instagram account with the username Saman.[redacted] means a lot to me as it's how I stay connected with my friends and family. If I unknowingly violated any terms, I sincerely apologize and assure you it won't happen again. Please reactivate my Instagram account as I am willing to take any necessary steps to regain access, considering my relationships rely on my page.

Our fire department's business page is facing an issue where a former coworker improperly assigned himself as the page owner during the switch to business profiles on Facebook. He has since resigned and cut off communication with the remaining admins. Despite my status as an editor and another coworker being an admin, we are unable to remove him from the account. We are in need of assistance, but he is uncooperative. Any suggestions on how we can remove him without losing the entire account or having to create a new one would be greatly appreciated. I am requesting the restoration of my disabled Facebook accounts. Due to experiencing a recent stroke and ongoing cognitive challenges, I apologize for the repeated password reset attempts. After being hacked multiple times, including the hackers posting a photo under my account, I reached out to Get Human for help. Unfortunately, the information provided seems to have disappeared. As someone with disabilities and frequent hospitalizations, I heavily rely on Facebook for freelance work. Despite my efforts through the Help Center, I have not received assistance. I urgently need access to my Facebook for work purposes. I need the following accounts to be deleted: melodiousziff, harmoniousziff56, melodyziff34, melodyziff7, melodyziff6, melodyziff6591, melodyziff3, ziffmelody, and any variations except for the listed email addresses. I no longer have a mobile phone due to financial constraints. I have tried to comply with Facebook's requirements by submitting my photo ID multiple times. I have been receiving numerous messages from various accounts all belonging to the same individual. These messages contain threats to tarnish my reputation for unknown reasons. Despite my limited acquaintance with this person, they have reached out to my friends and family in an attempt to blackmail me into communication. The frequent and distressing nature of the messages has not only affected me but also my family. I have requested the person to cease contact and have informed the authorities, but the harassment persists. Additionally, this individual has published unsettling blog posts about me and is circulating a photo accompanied by false accusations. The harassment is primarily taking place on Facebook, where my family and friends are being contacted, and on Instagram through direct messages targeting me and my family members.

Someone messaged me on Messenger claiming I won the Facebook Lotto, but insisted I send $[redacted] to process my $[redacted],[redacted] winnings. I confronted them for trying to take advantage of people. Since then, my account has been disabled. I urgently need access to my Messenger to reach my son and his mother, who is terminally ill. I am experiencing ongoing harassment from a group of individuals who are intruding on both my personal and business matters. While I have managed to block many of them, I am now in need of assistance to prevent them from accessing my business page. The situation has escalated, leading to random people getting involved and causing further distress. I have taken steps to block those who have interacted with my page by either liking or commenting, but I require support to address the additional harassers who are not directly associated. Any guidance on how to effectively ban these unwanted individuals from accessing my page would be greatly appreciated.

I had some unread messages. When I opened the app, it unexpectedly locked me out and prompted me to create an account. My daughter searched, but couldn't find my profile. I'm not a frequent Facebook user, but I do like to check posts. I got a suspicious text with a random link, which I didn't open due to its strange appearance. I'm concerned I may have been hacked. While using my Facebook app on my phone, I locked the screen briefly. When I unlocked it after 5 minutes, I discovered that my session had expired, logging me out of my account.
