A situation has arisen where multiple fake accounts have been created to send defamatory messages about my wife and me to people from my Facebook friend list. The sender has made threatening remarks and caused distress. We have reported this to the police in India, but resolution timelines are uncertain. The messages started circulating on Facebook Messenger on July 30th, [redacted]. Recipients include Kedar Ghadgil sending a message to Vaibhav Tayde, Uday S Kunte (message sender) contacting Hiren Patil, Ahmad Haibatoff (message sender) reaching out to Jatin Dubey, and Sohail Ashvin Shah (message sender) messaging Jatin Dubey. Additionally, physical letters were sent to neighbors in India. I am Pravin Kade, currently residing in Dubai while my wife is in India. The situation has deeply affected my family, and we seek assistance in identifying the individual responsible for these distressing actions.

I have been using Facebook on my phone for a while without logging out, leading me to neglect the associated email account which has since become inactive. After getting a new phone and reinstalling the Facebook app, I forgot my password. When trying to reset it, the reset codes are being sent to my inactive email address. I am attempting to add a new recovery email to my account to complete the password reset process or receive the codes via text.

I currently have control over 2 company pages, Ketchikan Charter Boats and North Pacific Charters. Unfortunately, I encountered login issues with the North Pacific Charters page despite multiple attempts to reset. After going through security questions, I managed to receive a verification code from the owner and changed the password successfully. I made necessary fixes, updated the contact number and email, and left the account after granting myself admin access to manage both pages. However, upon trying to log back in to the North Pacific Charters account, I found it locked again. I am frustrated and simply want the account to function properly without further issues.

I believe there are multiple TSFHELP pages on your platform, possibly scamming people. Originally appearing to be The Sanders Foundation, it turned out to be fraudulent. I received a $6,[redacted] check from them and the envelope. As a stage renal disease patient seeking a kidney transplant, I must save $3,[redacted] before getting listed. I recently incurred $44,[redacted] in medical bills and had to pay $1,[redacted] of it. TSFHELP asked for my banking and online banking details to supposedly deposit funds, then instructed me to send part of it to someone in need. But when the check arrived and I tried to deposit it, issues erupted. Amidst these troubles, I faced threats of mortgage jeopardy. Living on a fixed income battling illness, I was desperate for help, even if it was a scam.

Hello, In [redacted]/[redacted], I created a Facebook account with the help of a friend after finishing high school in Kenya. Coming from a rural area with limited internet access, I lost the login details. Upon starting university in late [redacted], I created a new account as I couldn't recover the old one. I recently discovered my old account with an embarrassing profile picture still exists, causing me distress. Unfortunately, I can't remember the login credentials to disable or delete it. This old account appears prominently on Google search results under my name, affecting my professional image. It's disheartening! Any advice on how to regain control of the account and restore my confidence would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Harrison

Hello, I am reaching out about an issue I am experiencing with my Facebook page, which I have had for over a decade. Recently, I received a message alerting me of suspicious login attempts on my account from another device, prompting me to change my password. Despite changing my password, I continued to receive the same notification daily. Subsequently, when I tried to log in, I was informed that my password was incorrect. Now, my page does not appear on Facebook when searched by family and friends, and all the messages shared between my friends on Facebook Messenger have vanished. While the conversations remain, the messages sent from my page are missing. Due to the age of the page, I no longer have access to the associated email address. I am concerned about why my page disappeared and if there is a way to recover it, as it holds significant photos that are irreplaceable to me.

I created a group for Epicure and invited people, but I got kicked out. I am unable to sign back in because I no longer have my Hotmail email access to receive the security code. I want to change my email to my Google account, but I'm locked out of Facebook. I sent my photo ID as requested, and it's been over 4 hours. I'm worried about losing my information.

Hello, I am seeking advice regarding a situation involving a man named Grant Nelson who places advertisements on Facebook to sell goods. My daughter made a purchase from him, but when she received the parcel in April, it was incomplete. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, we have not received a satisfactory resolution. I recently posted a warning about his actions out of frustration, mentioning that he is a scammer. I later realized that there was a child in his profile picture, prompting him to contact me and involve his lawyers over the post. I modified the post immediately to remove the unintended harm caused. What can I do to rectify this error considering there was no malice intended towards anyone in the picture?

I would like to discuss an issue with the blocking function on the site. I've been trying to block certain individuals from seeing my account completely, not just the information on it. However, I reached a blocking limit too quickly, preventing me from further blocking users. This rule seems unnecessary and illogical to me. I have questions about how long this block will last and when I will be able to resume blocking or viewing profiles again. I hope for a resolution that allows me to block users and view profiles without such restrictions. I find some of the site's policies, including this one, to be nonsensical. I wish the platform would consider user feedback for more practical guidelines instead of implementing perplexing rules that hinder users' experiences. Despite these issues, I am compelled to remain on the site due to my extensive photo collection.

I have detailed the issue of being blocked for "blocking too fast," clearly outlining my request for a resolution. However, after posting, I was informed that I didn't provide a solution, which I did include. It is frustrating when facing problems out of my control like this. The expectations for users to solve such issues seem unreasonable. My suggested solution is for the platform to actively address user concerns and revise policies that hinder rather than improve the user experience. Specifically, I advocate for stricter measures against hate speech and more compassion towards those impacted by harmful ideologies. Additionally, implementing a support chat feature would greatly enhance the customer service experience, eliminating the need to wait for email responses.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to seek your help in recovering my hacked Facebook account. I had created an account years ago under the name Miracle Emmanuel, using the phone number [redacted]2. I lost access to this account along with my phone a few months ago. Despite this, I could still log in using my phone number ([redacted]2) and password ([redacted]) until recently. The last post I made was my matriculation pictures, and the people I had last messaged were my aunt, Mary Thomas, and two friends. Upon trying to log in today, I received a message stating that the number was not registered with any Facebook account. Upon reaching out to friends, I discovered that someone had taken over my account and changed the name to Aliko Dangote, while keeping the other information unchanged. I kindly ask for your assistance in recovering my account, as I have been using it for many years and it holds sentimental value for me. I eagerly await your positive response. Thank you, Miracle Emmanuel

Recently, I have encountered a problem with accessing posts from friends on the platform. I am unable to view any friends' home pages, including my own. Despite receiving email notifications for new posts, clicking on the links after signing in does not lead to anything happening. Upon trying to log in, after entering my password, clicking on "log in" does not result in any message or action. This prevents me from logging out to change my password. Other online help resources do not address this specific issue, causing frustration.

I would like to request a name change on my Facebook account due to privacy concerns. I have experienced issues with individuals from my past contacting my friends despite using all available security measures on Facebook. Please allow me to change my name to something like "I'm a Cat" to prevent further contact. Previously, my name on Facebook was Alžbeta (Elizabeth) Čičí, but I have altered it to Lončičí to avoid being found. I have never posted anything offensive on my account. If this name change cannot be accommodated, I will have to consider deleting my account. I have provided an old email address associated with my account since my current email is no longer active: [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

I manage a fundraiser page for a non-profit animal group named Carolina Helping Paws Rescue Fundraiser. Everything was running smoothly until three days ago. Unfortunately, for the past three days, no one has been able to view the comments, which are crucial as they represent the bids for the items up for auction. Previously, when clicking on a picture in the album, all the bids would appear in the comments section. However, now, clicking on a picture shows nothing, and the link indicating the number of comments only refreshes the page to display nothing. I've tried reaching out to Facebook by submitting three messages under the "something not working" category, but the issue remains unresolved. This fundraiser is essential for our non-profit group, and without the ability to see the comments, our fundraising efforts are severely impacted.

We are experiencing difficulties with displaying the correct preview photo when sharing our blog posts. This has been an ongoing issue, but recently, it has become more persistent. Despite trying to adjust settings when setting up the post through either Facebook or Buffer, the incorrect image continues to appear once the post is live. Lately, when attempting to preview a post on our Facebook page, the system skips this step and directly posts it without prior notification. This flaw is impacting the professionalism of our communication agency, as our content is either missing or presented inaccurately. We urgently need a solution to rectify this issue. How can we address this problem effectively?

Hello, I have a query regarding my disabled account. My account is under the name Moon Mi Hyun, with the login ID [redacted] I recently created a Facebook account using my English name as I am from South Korea and was looking to connect globally through Facebook. I did not engage in any impersonation, misinformation, or violate any community guidelines on Facebook. After creating my account, I temporarily became an administrator of a Facebook page for a friend. However, my account was suddenly blocked by Facebook and asked me to upload a photo and then my ID. I followed Facebook's instructions and submitted the required documents multiple times, but I have not received any responses regarding the ban removal or account reactivation. This issue has been causing me significant distress for the past week as I am unable to use my account properly or delete it permanently. I am seeking clarification on the reason for the account blockage, requesting account recovery, and seeking insight into Facebook's criteria for such account actions. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you. Best, Mi Hyun.

Hello, my name is Doris G. and my friend Pearl R. is experiencing issues with her Facebook account. Someone has been changing her password, profile photo, and other account details. We suspect the individual behind this is Richard T. from Ghana. He replaced Pearl's profile picture with a photo of a man named Ryan H. who posted inappropriate content. Additionally, another individual named Harvey K. was making unusual comments on her account. Richard T. has requested money from her and scammed her in the past. We have taken steps to secure her account, but he continues to gain access. We are seeking to have him removed from Facebook. He is known to use different names and email addresses. We are also informing Google about his actions on Hangouts. Thank you.

Last Tuesday, on July 30, around 9:30 pm, I began experiencing issues with my account. While using my account on my iPhone 6s, I suddenly received a Session Expired message. Despite attempting to log back in using my password, I was unsuccessful. I am willing to provide additional documents or any necessary details to verify my identity. On the same day, my Facebook friends informed me that my account had sent them messages. On August 2, one of my friends received texts from my account requesting money. It is evident that someone unauthorized gained access to my account and was impersonating me. They were asking inappropriate questions about sex and requesting money for a business. As a result, it is clear that my account has been compromised. I tried the Forgot Password option using my linked emails, but I cannot access those accounts or the associated phone numbers. This situation is concerning as my account being under another person's control poses a risk to my identity and safety. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I am reaching out regarding my experience trying to create a personal Facebook account twice using my genuine information and facing account disablement each time. Initially, prompted by Instagram to create a Facebook account while attempting to use the promotion feature, I am unable to link my profile as the ad account due to the disabling of my account. Despite verifying my identity with photos to confirm I am a real person, my accurate information aligns with my other social media accounts. Moreover, I have not received any email confirmations during the account creation or when verification of my ID was requested, nor was I informed of the account disablement; I discovered this only upon login attempts. I have completed two contact forms without receiving any automated email responses. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention and assistance. Sincerely, Sian M.
