I am looking to merge two Facebook pages together. The phone number ([redacted]) linked to the initial account under "Karen Marie Chan" ([redacted]) was lost. I recently got a new phone ([redacted]) with Metro PC, and their employee helped set up my Google Account ([redacted]). However, I couldn't access my old account on Facebook and had to create a new one (Karen Chan) with my new phone number. I've been trying to figure out how to combine these pages. It's crucial for me to retrieve the photos on the first account. I'm eager for assistance in resolving this issue. Please reach out to me soon. Best regards, Karen Marie Chan

I forgot my Facebook password and needed to reset it, but accessing my email linked to Facebook was challenging. After many attempts to remember the passwords for both accounts, I finally regained access to my email and changed my Facebook password. However, now I cannot receive the verification code needed to log in due to requesting too many codes recently from trying different passwords. I understand it was due to my multiple attempts. I have access to my email now and am eager to receive a verification code to access my Facebook account again. Thank you.

I completely forgot my Facebook password, and my Rocketmail email account is disabled, making it impossible for me to access my Facebook account. I regret not adding a phone number as an alternative way to recover the account. Despite my efforts, including seeking help from friends, I am unable to get in. I am distressed as I have valuable childhood photos only stored on that account. I fear it may be blocked or disabled by Facebook. I am desperate to retrieve my account and save those precious memories. I am pleading for assistance to regain access, either through another email address or a recovery code sent to my new email. I am hopeful to recover my account and access my photos once again.

I encountered issues accessing my Facebook account due to a changed phone number for two-factor authentication. Despite updating my phone number back to the original one, ([redacted])-[redacted], I did not receive any login codes. I attempted various methods like submitting my photo ID and taking a picture with a code, but all my efforts resulted in an error message stating that the page timed out. This problem has persisted for months, causing frustration and confusion. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have encountered difficulties accessing my Facebook account due to various personal challenges in recent years. I have lost access to both my Facebook and email passwords, and my phone number is no longer the same. Despite these challenges, I am desperate to recover my account, which has been in existence for almost 15 years. Can you please assist me in regaining access to my account, as it holds great importance to me? I can confirm the old phone number associated with the account if needed, and I also have a new phone number that I can provide to verify my identity. My Facebook account details are as follows: Becky Grant with the email [redacted] Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've been using my Facebook account for years without logging out. Suddenly, I was prompted to log in again and was directed to create a new profile instead of accessing my original account. Despite using my usual email and password, the new profile was created with a different email attached, hindering my access to my old account. I have tried to delete the new account and recover my old one, but it keeps reappearing when I enter my login details. As a long-time user with many connections, I value my original account greatly and seek assistance to regain access to it. Thank you for your help and support.

I had enabled two-factor authentication on my Facebook account using the app. Unfortunately, due to an incident with my phone, I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the authentication process or the specific web browser set up for my account. I have attempted to send a photo of myself with a handwritten code as verification, but I keep encountering an error when trying to send it. I have created a new Facebook account with a different email, but I really wish to regain access to my original account. I can still access the email address linked to the old account ([redacted]) along with the password. I would appreciate any assistance in gaining access to my account or disabling two-factor authentication so I can log back in. Thank you for your help.

To Facebook Administration, On July 22nd, I posted a video on my page addressing the Egyptian Minister of Immigration's controversial statement. The video garnered significant attention from various Facebook pages and news outlets. I expressed concerns as a [human] rights activist about incitement and its impact on peaceful activists. However, I was surprised to find that Facebook banned me from posting on both my personal and official pages for a month following the video, despite it not violating any Facebook guidelines. As a researcher, author, [human] rights activist, and TV commentator who upholds ethical and legal publishing standards, I value the freedom of expression granted to me as an American citizen under the law. I believe that certain entities, such as despotic Middle Eastern governments and extremist groups, may have maliciously reported me to Facebook multiple times to silence [human] rights activists like myself. I have previously discussed this issue in an article. I respectfully request the following from Facebook Administration: 1. Revoke the ban imposed on my pages for a month. 2. Ensure that my pages are reviewed by Facebook Administration in the United States, given my status as an American citizen residing in Virginia. Regards, Magdi Khalil

The Facebook page I manage for an HVAC company recently received a spammy recommendation that we believe is fake. We reported it as spam a few days ago, but nothing has changed. We also got a negative review on Yelp from the same person, who we do not recognize as a customer. When we tried to reach out, they did not respond. This reviewer even has a photo with a competitor's signage in the background, suggesting they may be trying to harm our reputation. We are concerned about this situation and hope to resolve it promptly. Here are the relevant links: - Our Facebook page: [redacted] - Profile name of the person who left the spammy recommendation: Colten Coons - Their Facebook profile: [redacted] The recommendation in question accuses us of improper installation and subpar workmanship. We believe this to be a malicious attack rather than genuine feedback. We are eager to address this issue and ensure our online reputation accurately reflects our quality service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently created a new account on July 19th after my previous one got hacked. Despite trying for 8 days, I haven't been able to regain access to my account. The hacker changed the email and password associated with the account, and I haven't received any notifications regarding these changes. I've attempted the "forgotten password" option multiple times without success. When I select "No longer have access to these?" and "I cannot access my email account," it leads me to a page where I can't retrieve the verification code. I'm at a loss for what to do next, especially since the hacker has already made posts under my name. Any help in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently purchased a new phone and had to change my phone number due to numerous scam calls. As a Secretary at my Church responsible for our primary children and Relief Society programs, which involve helping people both in and outside the Church, Facebook is our main communication platform. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my account because it is linked to my old phone number. Preserving the memories of my children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren is also crucial to me. My previous number was [redacted], and my new one is [redacted]. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue to retain access to my Facebook account. Thank you for your help. - K. McClain

For the past few days, I've been experiencing login issues with my account, prompting me to change my password multiple times in the last 48 hours. Despite changing my password, the system keeps asking me to log in again, suggesting that someone else is trying to access my account. I attempted to resolve this by setting up two-step authentication, but the problem persists across my laptop, PC, and mobile devices, using various browsers. This recurring issue is causing me great frustration as I rely on Facebook to stay connected with my family and friends. I've cherished my account for many years, almost since the platform's inception, and I am at a loss as to why this continues to happen. I desperately need assistance to address this before considering drastic measures like deleting my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I set up a business page using my personal account but didn't want to share my private information with employees. After asking to delete the old page, I created a new account. Unfortunately, the new account got disabled due to suspicious activity, and I have been unable to access it since. I suspected it might be because I used the same images and contact number, so I requested the deletion of those. I then hired a social media expert to create a new business profile, but that account got blocked as well. This has caused me significant time loss, and I urgently need this account for an app launch next week. New account details: User name: [redacted]

Despite various attempts to recover it, including changing the password provided by Facebook, I have been unsuccessful in accessing my account. I also had an old account, [redacted], which I stopped using 3-4 years ago and wish to have deleted. I am seeking help from GetHuman to resolve the login issue with my current account and delete the old one. I handle the social media for a company and attempted to streamline scheduling by linking Buffer to Instagram directly. To achieve this, I connected my FB page to my IG professional account successfully, visible under "Instagram Account Details" in my FB page settings. However, when I tried to authenticate IG with FB through Buffer, it did not recognize the link to my FB page. I tried switching my IG to personal and back to professional, but the issue remained. Even though the FB page appears as an option to connect when prompted by IG, selecting it does not establish the link. Despite having access to the FB page, an error message occurs when trying to convert IG to a business account through FB, stating the page belongs to another business and requires owner permission. This frustrating cycle points to an issue originating from FB rather than Buffer. I have reached out to FB for assistance via feedback but have not received a response yet.
