About two weeks ago, notifications started coming to my Facebook account regarding unauthorized login attempts from different locations. I reside in Canada, but the first notification was from France, and another one from somewhere in California. After changing my password multiple times due to these incidents, I woke up one morning unable to access my account because my password was deemed incorrect. I attempted to reset it with no success, as my email addresses linked to the account had also been hacked. Despite my efforts to recover my account using another email, nothing worked. I informed my friends about the hacking and decided to discontinue using Facebook, including deleting my Instagram accounts associated with it. Upon returning home, it came to my attention that unfamiliar content was being posted on my compromised Facebook profile. I am unsure of how to proceed, but I simply wish to have my account "Julie Lozeta" permanently removed to avoid further complications.

My Facebook account has been locked due to suspicious activity. I am unable to receive the verification code needed to reset my password. Every time I try to change my password during the recovery process, I encounter a "feature not available" error after the step of deleting unauthorized posts. This has been happening repeatedly over the past few days. I have been using this account for over 10 years, and I am eager to regain access. Any assistance in successfully resetting my password and unlocking my account without encountering errors would be greatly appreciated.

On the 21st of June, Facebook terminated my 12-year-old account linked to the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted][redacted] due to alleged impersonation. Despite providing documentation multiple times, I received automated responses stating that Facebook cannot assist me. I am a poet managing my page ATBAF ABRAK with over 1.5 million followers through the ID [redacted] Currently, I have lost control of the page, causing significant issues. I have resubmitted my identity proof as Aftab Akbar: 1) I have used this ID for 12 years with various photos on my timeline verifying my identity. 2) The email [redacted] and phone number +[redacted]91 have been associated with my Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts from the start, confirming my authenticity. 3) I have attached last month's credit card statement displaying payments to Facebook for my page ATBAF ABRAK, along with a valid passport and ID card. 4) The bank statement reflects Facebook boosting charges paid from the same address on my ID card, further supporting my identity. I believe this evidence establishes me as Aftab Akbar, the rightful owner of the ID in question. I urge Facebook to restore my account and page promptly to avoid further disruptions. Aftab Akbar

Hello. I am seeking help to access Marketplace. I recently listed ads for a natural green tea capsule and soap, but Marketplace notified me that the ads weren't approved and only visible to me. Despite this, I received responses and left the ads up. Now, I find myself locked out of Marketplace. Additionally, I am experiencing trouble logging into my account due to a verification request. Although I complete the necessary steps, I am unable to proceed beyond selecting the posts as the delete or skip option is inactive. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Best regards, Jenaide

On June 21st, my email account [redacted] was compromised, and the email address was changed to [redacted] without my consent. Despite receiving notifications of login attempts and changes, Facebook did not assist me in regaining control even after submitting several identification documents. Despite efforts to recover the account, including being sent a confirmation code, the recovery process looped without success. After reaching out multiple times for assistance, Facebook sent a recovery link and password to another email address provided, [redacted], but the link was broken, and the password incorrect. After requesting the correct information, there was no response. Shockingly, Facebook restored my account to the hacker on July 12th, without any verification. I have reported the incident to the cybercrime department in Pakistan. The hacker has now hidden my page (ATBAF ABRAK), causing distress to my followers. I am still trying to prove my identity to regain control of my account and page, submitting further identification documents and email screenshots. If Facebook does not resolve this, I will consider legal action.

Hello FB Team, I have a concern about my disabled business account. The Ad it's linked to does not break any Facebook TOS. It contains no False Statements, Profanity, or Ethnic or Racial Profiling. I'd appreciate a human review of the ad content for a prompt approval, as I aim to resume advertising soon. I've completed your Blueprint courses on advertising policies and adhered to them. Although my ads were mistakenly disapproved last week, they were later approved, indicating compliance with your Policies. These ads have run for months with substantial campaign investments, and my Facebook page has never been flagged for violations. My ads are transparent, directing users to my business page for a web class sign-up to explore a potential business opportunity. I request a thorough review of all my ads by a real person. Kindly reactivate my business manager to resume my ad campaigns. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Zaida Marie

Hello, I am reaching out because my Facebook account has been hacked. Despite trying to change the password, I couldn't do so as I no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to my account. After submitting my ID to Facebook, I managed to reset the password briefly, but the hacker regained access within a day. I attempted the ID verification process again, only to receive an email claiming the issue was resolved, even though I still cannot access my account. If you are unable to restore my access, kindly deactivate the account named Thairen Moodley, as the hacker has been posting inappropriate content using my name. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am a representative from the Home Owners Association of Palm Lakes Estate in KZN North Coast, South Africa. One of the residents, Gerry Retief, had established a closed Facebook Group named "Friends of Palm Lakes" back in [redacted]. After Gerry's passing due to cancer, his spouse Rose and I gained access to his account and transferred administrative control to our "Palm Lakes Admin" profile. Regrettably, during a recent attempt to remove Gerry from the group as he is no longer with us, I mistakenly removed "Palm Lakes Admin" instead. We are now without administrative privileges for our Residential Estate page, and Rose is unable to recall Gerry's login credentials. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I was on the social app Meet 24 when someone I was chatting with requested my number claiming they needed it to reset their Facebook password. The person then asked me to provide them with a reset code sent by Facebook for the password reset. I initially complied but soon realized that my account had been compromised. When they asked for the security code sent by Facebook, I refused to give it to them. Afterward, I discovered that this individual had changed both the password and email associated with my Facebook account, leaving me unable to access it.

Unfortunately, my Facebook account was hacked some time ago, resulting in unauthorized transactions on my Credit Card through PayPal on Facebook. PayPal has refunded the fraudulent charges, but Facebook has restricted my ability to boost our theater productions. I have been trying for over a year to have Facebook investigate and restore my account with no success. Our theater company relies on our Facebook page, and it is crucial to regain control. I urge Facebook to take responsibility for the security breach and provide meaningful assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

Thirteen days ago, I posted a picture in a closed group when a "bot" flagged it, claiming it violated standards. I promptly removed it, but shortly after, I received a 24-hour time out. Following that, they requested a photo ID, which I provided, and now my account has been disabled. I am Jeffrey A. F. residing in San Diego/Chula Vista, CA. I have always adhered to Facebook's terms and guidelines, and the one time I was mistaken, they acknowledged it. Being a Navy veteran, Facebook is crucial for me to stay connected with friends and family. I have cooperated with their requests but have been met with silence. Could you assist a senior citizen and Navy vet in resolving this issue?

On the 9th of June [redacted], I accidentally dropped my phone in the toilet. The Metro PCS representative suggested canceling my current account and opening a new one with a new number since my phone was damaged and I couldn't afford a replacement. Unfortunately, I lost access to my Facebook account and two Yahoo accounts that were linked to the old phone number, which served as my password retrieval method due to memory loss from a past accident. I have created a new Facebook account but can't access my old one, named Kevin Lee Willnow, which has important memories and contacts. Despite my efforts, I can't recover the accounts due to memory issues. I am Kevin Willnow from the US and desperately need access to my accounts. I'm willing to provide any necessary information for verification purposes. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Good morning, I see that you are not affiliated with Facebook, but I still hope my issue can be resolved. I have reached out to Facebook through various channels, including Twitter. About three weeks ago, I created a second account. My original account, under the profile name Geraldine Dick, was made many years ago. The new account has the profile name Geraldine Veronica Dick and uses the email address [redacted] Both accounts share the same phone number. Initially, I was able to use the new account, but it was repeatedly put on hold for verification. Despite my efforts to contact Facebook to verify my ownership, the account was eventually disabled without explanation. I have also unsuccessfully tried to create a different account, which is puzzling to me based on others' experiences. I suspect possible hacking attempts on my account, leading to its disablement. I am unsure why this happened and would appreciate if my account could be reactivated.

Hello, I'm seeking assistance with an issue I've raised with the support center for the past two days. I'm very disappointed that photos have been deleted from my newsfeed, timeline, and photo albums. These photos were harmless family pictures that did not violate any rules. Yesterday, on 7-24-19, I posted photos that were promptly removed. My Facebook account is under my name, Dianna Wimpling (Dianna Scott). I am frustrated by the automated responses I keep receiving. I urge you to conduct a review and restore my photos. There's no justification for removing pictures of my granddaughter's 2nd birthday party or my pregnant daughter with a balloon. Deleting someone's private photos without explanation is unjust. I kindly request a review of the situation, an explanation for the deletions, and the restoration of my photos. Thank you, Dianna Wimpling

I recently posted a historic fashion photograph originally published on June 3, [redacted], by Women's Wear Daily featuring Peggy Moffitt in the infamous Gernreich's Monokini bathing suit. Despite the photograph's age and its significance in fashion history, I have been blocked for sharing it due to its content of a one-piece bathing suit with exposed breasts. It seems unreasonable that Facebook would censor a piece of fashion history just because it may be deemed provocative by today's standards. Shouldn't social media platforms like Facebook be more mature and understanding of historical context? - J.T.

I contacted Play Studios (MYVEGAS) on July 16th regarding the issue I'm facing. I explained that I had an old MyVegas account with rewards points saved up for my Vegas trip. Upon trying to log back in recently, I discovered that my account has been reset. Their response on July 24th apologized for the delay and explained that my last login was on 2/25/18 with Support Code: TDJJV8 while a new Facebook account was linked on 7/16/19 with Support Code: 7LBPJ2. They advised me to reach out to Facebook support to retrieve my old account. I'm seeking assistance to regain access to my previous Facebook account to restore my profile and MyVegas account. Thank you for any help. - Jeff S.

Over four years ago, I created a Facebook account with dreams of opening my store. I secured the business page name to prevent others from taking it until I was ready to launch my website and products. Now that I am prepared to start, I have encountered a problem accessing my Facebook account, which is crucial as it holds my business page name. I have also created a website and Instagram, but not being able to use Facebook for customer contact is a significant setback. Over the years, I have changed my email address. I no longer have access to the original email from when I was a teenager. I am eager to resolve this issue and regain access to my Facebook account so I can successfully launch my business without any complications.

I am a marketing agency new to Facebook advertising based in Pahrump, NV. I was contracted by Paul B. of UniHouse in Calgary, Alberta, Canada to set up a Facebook ad campaign. While creating the campaign, I encountered a billing issue related to being in the USA while Paul B. is in Canada. Initially, I declined a verification process involving a small amount on hold, which I now regret. This is the first time I've faced this problem and I'm seeking guidance on the next steps to take. I am dedicated to resolving this matter and ensuring compliance. I have evidence of the agreement with Paul B. and can liaise with him to address any outstanding requirements. Any assistance in overcoming this billing challenge would be greatly appreciated.
