I keep receiving notifications about suspicious login attempts from Clifton, NJ on Facebook. Even when I confirm that it was me trying to log in, the system still requires me to change my password. It is frustrating and seems unnecessary to change the password every time. Contacting their support was disappointing as I faced the same issue again immediately after resetting my password. This cycle is impossible to keep up with, especially for compliance purposes with services like Erado. I have tried to address this with Facebook multiple times without success. The frequency of password changes is unreasonable, affecting my ability to use the platform consistently. I am locked out now and reluctant to go through the hassle of changing the password multiple times in a day. Facebook's system needs serious reconsideration as it is causing more inconvenience than security.

Today, my grandfather informed me that his account was compromised, and someone had stolen his identity, gaining unauthorized access to all his bank accounts. I first noticed unusual activity on his account before he reported it. He exhibited odd behavior in his communications and discussions about his account with my mother back in March. It is imperative for me to investigate the unauthorized access to help him recover his losses, identify the perpetrator, and prevent further breaches. The individual who may have accessed his account goes by the name Gabriel Thomas Henry, according to the person mentioned on the account.

Hello,
I wanted to report some abusive and offensive comments that were posted on my business page, Gleam Effect Cleaning Services, on 12/06/18 by three fake profiles named Stone Wall, Louise Lloyd, and Dan Davies. These profiles sent very offensive private messages to one of my customers in an attempt to harm my business through slander. I have been in contact with Milford Haven Police regarding this issue. I am aware of who sent these messages, but I require proof of the IP address they originated from to take further action. I understand that the profiles of Stone Wall and Louise Lloyd shared the same IP address. I would like to know your procedures and policies regarding the Data Protection Act. I appreciate any assistance in this matter and advice on the next steps to take.
Thank you,
Beata R.

I have encountered abusive and offensive comments on my business page, Gleam Effect Cleaning Services, on 12/06/18 from three fake profiles: Stone Wall, Louise Lloyd, and Dan Davies. These profiles sent inappropriate private messages to one of my customers, creating a defamatory situation attempting to harm my business. My customer and Milford Haven police have been informed. Facebook has removed the fake profiles and offensive comments. As I have identified the sender but require proof of the IP address, which shows that both Stone Wall and Louise Lloyd share the same IP, I aim to pursue this matter. Could you please explain your policies and procedures regarding the Data Protection Act to assist me in the next steps? Thank you for your support.

I am currently unable to access my Facebook account as I have forgotten my password. Unfortunately, I can no longer retrieve the recovery SMS as I have moved from South Africa to Ireland and no longer have access to the old mobile number ending in +[redacted]8. To make matters more complicated, I accidentally created a new profile using my Gmail address. The new profile does not have my profile picture which is an image of my late granddaughter's final selfie in a pink jacket.
The photos on my original account hold immense sentimental value as they are the only memories I have left of my granddaughter who tragically passed away in a car accident on December 10th last year. I urgently need assistance in regaining access to my old account.
Thank you for your help.
Eleanor Khoury

As a lawyer from the Calcutta High Court, I share legally permissible content. However, there have been repeated instances of you restricting my posts. Please review my content to see that your actions are inaccurate. Requesting immediate unblocking. My number is [redacted]61. I've faced this issue before with no response to my requests. Will legal action be necessary due to Facebook's unjust conduct toward me? Eagerly awaiting your prompt response as I continue to seek clarification on the reasons for blocking my informative real estate guidelines in various groups.

I received an email yesterday alerting me that my account may have been accessed by someone else. I went through the process of changing my password and checking my account activity. Even though the marketplace posts weren't mine, I couldn't delete them due to an error message. After changing my password multiple times, I regained access but still couldn't remove the unauthorized posts. I was added to group chats that I didn't recognize, receiving messages about items I didn't post. Despite verifying my account several times, I got another email this morning about suspicious activity. I changed my password multiple times again but still couldn't delete the unwanted marketplace posts. I'm currently locked out of my account and feeling helpless. Can someone assist me with resolving these issues promptly? Thank you.

I am seeking assistance with regaining access to my Facebook account. Following a recent phone change, I am unable to recover my password. The email linked to my account is no longer accessible due to prolonged inactivity. Although I am logged in on my previous phone, maintaining access until a resolution is found, I need support in resolving this issue. I can provide evidence of recent activity if needed.

Hello,
I recently noticed that my Facebook account has been disabled for the past 3-4 days. I mistakenly shared a live streaming link that infringed on copyright regulations, and now understand that it violated Facebook's rules. I take full responsibility for this error and assure you that in the future, I will not share any prohibited content. I kindly request the reactivation of my account as I have valuable memories associated with it. To verify my identity, I have attached a copy of my driver's license. If needed, please feel free to reach out to me via email at [redacted] or on my mobile number [redacted][redacted].
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, my name is Felicia. I am concerned about scammers on Facebook taking advantage of lonely individuals. Facebook should use filters to prevent these scammers from tricking people out of their money. Accounts from places like Cameroon, Africa should raise red flags. I wish Facebook would be more proactive in stopping these scams. A friend of mine lost a significant amount of money to scammers, and it is disheartening. I worry about his well-being as he is elderly and isolated. He is being pressured to send more money, and I feel helpless. Platforms like Facebook, Western Union, and MoneyGram need to work harder to protect vulnerable individuals from falling victim to these schemes.

I'm concerned about a recent incident on Facebook. I was participating in a group and engaged in a political discussion that got heated. Unfortunately, another member posted a picture of my niece and made a threatening comment towards her. This same person has a history of threatening others, and despite reporting them, no action seems to have been taken. Now, I feel unfairly targeted for simply standing up to this behavior. I'm frustrated with the lack of response and considering deactivating my account. It's disappointing how such incidents are handled on the platform. Could someone please look into this matter? You can reach me at Thomas McKimmey at yahoo.com. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance to recover my Facebook account, which I lost access to after being locked out of my iPhone. The account I am currently seeing shows a colorful ocean or lake scene as the profile picture, which I do not recognize or wish to keep as it appears empty. Although I deactivated the account, my Messenger remained active. My contact information is [redacted] or [redacted]. Both accounts feature a black and white photo of me, with Messenger being the one I used primarily. I have been unable to access my iPhone for over a week and require help in retrieving my account. I value reconnecting with my friends listed, such as Sarah N., Lenard D., Jennifer G., Chris J., Al B., and Peter C. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated as I aim to regain online connectivity and interact with my loved ones. Thank you for your help during this process.

Since [redacted], I've had the same Facebook account. Unfortunately, about two months ago, my account was hacked. Someone added people I didn't know, so I logged out from all devices except my iPhone. Despite this, the hacker struck again, changing my password and locking me out of my own account. It's been 8 years since I created the account, so I no longer have access to the associated ymail address or old phone number. The hacker is reportedly asking for money from my friends, causing chaos in my social life. I had to create a new account to sort things out, but I've lost all 3,[redacted]+ photos and memories. I'm seeking help to recover my original account as I've always been a loyal and active user of Facebook. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was recently hacked and had to reset my password by providing photo I.D. However, when I tried to log in again, I was prompted to enter a code sent via SMS to my phone, which was never linked to my Facebook account. I didn't set up the 'friends help me' feature either. I have already reset my password and just need the log in code to access my account. Since I can't receive the code on my phone, I'm unsure how to proceed. Any assistance in regaining access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

My account, Amanda Gilles, which I have had with you for over ten years, has been hacked twice recently. The first time was about 5 to 7 days ago, and I was able to recover it and retrieve some important pictures. However, yesterday it was hacked again. After recovering it and deactivating it, it was hacked once more later today. The hacker has been harassing my family and friends pretending to be me, asking for money for grants and PCH. I want my account, Amanda Gilles, with the starting email of [redacted], deleted immediately due to these ongoing security issues. The hacker keeps gaining access even after I recover and deactivate the account, making it necessary to skip the usual 14-day waiting period for deletion.

I recently received a dress I purchased from a Facebook ad, and it is the third item I've gotten that was supposed to be American but came from China. The quality is not up to American standards. The latest dress is smaller than usual, the material is different from what was advertised, and the stitching is poor. I paid $39 for it. When I complained to the email on the invoice, they told me to return it at my own cost. The return shipping would be $22, which seems high. This is my first time returning one of these items out of three bad purchases. I'm disappointed as the items looked good in the ads but are not what I expected. The communication was with [redacted], and my order number is [redacted]. This has made me lose trust in Facebook ads. I want a full refund and I don't want to pay $22 for return shipping. I also want to stop seeing these ads.

About six months ago, a friend messaged me on Messenger from a different account than our usual one. We only chatted that day and haven't used it since. Recently, I saw that I can't reply to the conversation, and I thought he blocked me. We've been friends for a couple of years, and he insists he didn't block me, saying he doesn't know what happened. He's certain and even swears on his sons. Could something else have caused this issue? Can this be checked out?

I am unable to access my Facebook account after attempting to update Messenger as I no longer have the phone number associated with it. Despite entering my password, I am prompted for a two-factor authentication code that I cannot receive. I have followed the steps to submit a photo with the provided code on a blank paper, but have not received a response from Facebook. I need to regain access to my account as it contains important photos and information. I was not aware of this security setting and would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.
