My Facebook account was disabled six days ago without a specific reason given, just citing 'suspicious activity'. I have elaborated on a scam I nearly fell for which involved receiving a link via Messenger and reported it on a Facebook scam alert page prior to my account being disabled. I submitted a clear image of my Minnesota State Photo ID with my account name to Facebook for verification. Despite the message indicating an email would follow shortly, it has been four days without any response. I have diligently checked my email daily but no reply has been received. I have complied with all instructions and am patiently waiting for a resolution.

All my devices have been hacked, causing serious safety concerns. Despite police involvement and getting new devices, the hacker continues to harass me. The hacker posted inappropriate content under an alias I created after moving houses, leading to the loss of my new home. Even after reaching out to Facebook, they were unhelpful. The hacker, who I had to testify against in court, has also created a Twitter account using my information. I have evidence but unable to contact Twitter due to not knowing the username. This situation has affected my job and health, and even the authorities are struggling with this tech-savvy criminal. I need assistance to resolve this ongoing issue and appreciate any help offered.

I recently created a profile and encountered difficulties trying to set up a business page. During registration, they requested a cover photo for verification, which I used a picture of a fountain instead of my face to bypass. Now, they are holding my account for photo verification purposes without prior notice. I am unable to access my newly created account and uncertain about when I will regain access. I simply want to either delete the account entirely or find a way to resolve the issue as I no longer wish to use it due to complications.

About a month ago, I encountered issues accessing my account. After submitting a photo to verify my identity, I managed to regain access with your assistance. A week ago, the same issue arose, but this time Facebook sent me a code via text, which successfully resolved the problem. This morning, I woke up to yet another security concern prompting me to submit the same photo. I am currently awaiting a resolution. The reoccurrence of these problems with Facebook is frustrating. I am eager for a speedy resolution, whether through another code sent via text or an alternative method. It's puzzling why I seem to be the only one experiencing these persistent issues among my friends.

I am currently awaiting verification for my account. I work as a District Programmer Manager (IT) at the Department of Health and Family Welfare Services in Kolar, Karnataka, India under the government of Karnataka. My role involves posting live activities and sharing information with others. I registered with the username Kolar hfwd (short for Kolar District Health and Family Welfare Services) and submitted the required documents, including my ID card. However, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. I kindly ask for assistance in expediting the verification process for my account.

I recently got a new phone and a new number, and when I tried to reopen my Facebook page, it redirected to someone else's profile named Lisa Ann Cason. I had to create a new Facebook account, but I am still unable to access my original account. It seems like we are sharing the same number on Facebook. I have been trying to log in for almost a year now, but I cannot remember the email or password for my old account. My name is Ella Everette, and my profile background features a picture of me and my son wearing pink, black, and gray, matching the colors of the back splash. There is also a solo photo of me in a yellow shirt. I hope you can help me regain access to my old account.

I need to contact Facebook for technical support regarding two accounts. One account was hacked and disabled. I created a new Gmail account to make a new one while attempting to reach Facebook via mail. Unfortunately, my phone rebooted and reset to factory settings, causing me to forget the email address associated with the new Facebook account. I can access my original email but not the new one as I forgot the numbers in the address. Without access to the new email, I can't log into my new Facebook account. I deleted the email from Google confirming the creation of the new Gmail account, making it hard to retrieve the information. I have important legal documents on those accounts, so it's crucial I resolve this issue.

I am having trouble accessing my account due to an issue with the two-factor authentication. I had my account set up with trusted contacts and a phone number for receiving codes. However, after changing my password and resetting my phone, I am unable to receive the codes needed to log in. Despite providing various phone numbers, including a new Gmail account, I am not receiving any codes to regain access to my account. I have attempted to log in from different devices and browsers without success. I am feeling frustrated and desperate to regain access to my important account. I am aware that Facebook no longer offers direct customer support, and I am unsure of how to proceed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I consistently face reports on my son's photos, resulting in a 30-day block on my account. Despite him wearing swim trunks, I'm perplexed by the situation. It's disheartening being constantly targeted for alleged inappropriate content involving my child. I'm emotionally distressed as his birthday party approaches, rendering me unable to communicate or share photos. I'm left questioning whether someone is targeting me or if Facebook's algorithms are misinterpreting the images. Could his long hair be the reason for this misunderstanding? I seek assistance in reaching out to Facebook to address this recurring issue. It's unfair considering the wide array of similar photos posted on the platform by others without penalties. I'm desperate for clarification and resolution on this matter.

Hello Facebook, I'm Sachin. Approximately 3 years ago, I lost access to my original account when changing the recovery phone number. I had only linked a phone number to that account, not an email. While updating the number, the WiFi disconnected before I could confirm the new number. When I turned on mobile data, I was already logged out. With no email or confirmed phone number, I had no way to recover the account. I created a new account afterward, but I now urgently need to access the previous account to deactivate it or retrieve important information. I kindly ask for assistance in deactivating the inaccessible account at the following link: [redacted]. I am prepared to provide any necessary verification. 🙂

Our group of volunteers is dedicated to enhancing art and culture in our Dutch town. To create a Facebook presence, we opted for a collective name instead of a personal account, resulting in inaccurate information on the account. Presently, the account is blocked, and the FB page is inaccessible to visitors. However, an organizational page linked to the account remains visible on Facebook. While we are comfortable losing the "collective account-page," our priority is to preserve the organizational page. We seek assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your support. Please note that English is our second language, so we appreciate your understanding. We require access to our FB account to proceed.

My Facebook account has been disabled due to a security issue, and I am unable to log in. I have a few options to bypass the security measures. The first one involves using a code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. The second option requires logging in from a previously used device, but when I tried that, it asked for the same verification. I'm confused by the "didn't approve" message. The third option is identifying friends, but I have many anonymous friends on my list, and I don't want to unfriend them. I didn't realize this could cause an issue now. I can recognize about 6-7 people in the photos provided for verification. I've attempted multiple times with no success. Please advise on how I can provide more evidence to recover my Facebook account.

I find it concerning how vulnerable it is to have hackers, spammers, and identity thieves gaining access to personal accounts on platforms like Facebook, Gmail, and Google. The security measures in place, like the 2-step verification using mobile phone numbers, seem inadequate and easily bypassed. Upgrading devices can trigger panic in these applications, leading to difficulty accessing accounts. I suggest implementing encryption and setting up security questions instead of relying on phone numbers or identification that could lead to identity theft. It's surprising how developers and governments overlook these security flaws, leaving our personal information at risk.

Hello, I need assistance with an issue related to our podcast, Beyond Trek Podcast. My friends and I struggled to set up a Group or Page and unintentionally used a similar name, Beeyon Trekpo, for our Facebook account. Consequently, Facebook disabled our account [redacted] We would like to know if there is a way to reactivate the account with one of our co-host's real names. If not, we are open to deleting the Group and Page to start fresh with our genuine personal accounts. We are willing to provide any necessary proof of identity. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are eager to properly establish our podcast presence on Facebook. Thank you for your help.

Last Sunday, on the last day of June [redacted], my Facebook page got hacked. The page belongs to MaryAnn Henson with the business page Koehn Family Produce linked to it. Hackers are using my page to sell tee shirts and accessing my saved payment information for transactions. Despite freezing my account after two fifty-dollar ad payments were attempted, Facebook reversed the charges. The hackers also infiltrated my website through a Facebook plugin. Despite multiple requests, Facebook has not responded to my attempts to recover my account. The login details have been changed, and I can no longer access the email linked to the account ([redacted]). Even though the hackers installed malware on my website, Wordpress has indicated they removed it before conducting a scan. As a result, my trust in Facebook has diminished, and I simply seek assistance to recover the account for deletion. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, Last Friday, my Facebook account was compromised. The hacker changed my password, removed my phone number, and altered some of my account settings. They have added strangers from Turkey and Pakistan and have been making concerning posts while deleting content from my profile. The hacker has even been harassing my family members. I have attempted to regain access to my account by requesting a verification code to my phone without success. Despite uploading pictures of my driver's license multiple times for identity verification, the password reset link they provided always leads to an "Invalid Link" message. They also promised to add my new email to the account during the verification process but failed to do so. I have submitted six support tickets but have not received any response. I am anxious about their activities and the strangers being added to my account. I am reaching out for any guidance or assistance in resolving this issue as I am unsure of what steps to take next. Thank you for your help. L.W.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I know my password, which is saved in both Dashlane and Safari Keychain. Facebook is requesting a code to be sent to my phone number, which has been associated with the account since its creation. I added a second number in [redacted], which used to belong to my ex-wife. She does not have the current password, so I suspect her involvement. I'm attempting to reset the password, but I'm stuck at the two-step verification process. I can't receive the code at either number, which is concerning. I would like to regain access to my account and investigate which number Facebook is trying to call. Below is my login email address. Thank you for your assistance.

I am in the process of switching Facebook accounts. Accidentally, I have deleted my old account and now I am unable to remember the password for my new account. I had a phone number linked to that account, but I no longer have access to it. Unfortunately, there is no email associated with the new account as it was created with a phone number that requires the password to add an email address. Currently, I am logged in on my phone but am unable to access the account on my computer. The first account, "Bailey Hatfield," was deleted and had the email [redacted] linked to it. The new account is under the name "Elizabeth Hatfield" with the phone number [redacted]. I hope this information helps in resolving the issue. Thank you for your assistance.

After recently getting married, I attempted to update my last name on Facebook but encountered issues with my password. Unfortunately, the email addresses associated with my account are outdated, and I am unable to access them for verification. Despite providing identification documents, the platform is not sending a verification code to my current phone number. I would like to reset my password without relying on the old email accounts. My new email address is [redacted] The situation is causing confusion for my business as I still have my old last name displayed. Thank you.

Hello, I am currently having trouble accessing my Facebook page. Both Facebook and Messenger notified me that my account was locked due to suspicious activity. Despite my attempts to verify by selecting recent comments, it has not resolved the issue. The last resort provided by Facebook is to receive a text code on my phone, which I cannot access while overseas with only Wi-Fi. As SMS messages do not work over Wi-Fi, I am unsure how to proceed. The account in question is under Drew Smith. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly so I can regain access and continue enjoying memes. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Andrew Smith
