I'm experiencing an issue adding a page to my Business Manager. I received an error message stating that the page is the primary page for another business. As the new Marketing Director, I suspect the previous role holder may have set our Facebook Page as the primary under her ownership. Is there a way to identify the current primary page owner on Facebook? I attempted using live chat following the instructions provided, but I couldn't find any assistance. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, - David

I need help accessing my Facebook account. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and now can't log in. When I try to verify my identity, I can't approve the correct devices. I also tried another verification method by getting codes from friends, but they didn't work. After entering the codes and clicking continue, I got an error message saying the text didn't match. I'm stuck and getting very frustrated. I would appreciate it if a customer service representative could assist me with this or provide feedback on how to fix the problem.

I have a Facebook account under my maiden name that is working fine. Recently, I opened another account under my married name to connect with my ex-husband's family. Facebook has unexpectedly closed this second account. While I was playing Klondike and lost expeditions on Game Room, my laptop started behaving oddly, generating multiple Chrome windows. After restarting my laptop, I tried to log back in but was directed to a security page asking me to click on various blurry images for verification. I had to leave for a meeting, so I logged out. Later on, when I tried to log back in, I was prompted to submit a photo for further verification, which I complied with. Unfortunately, my account has been deleted. I have not engaged in any wrongful behavior, made no posts, shared no pictures, only joined two groups: Eastbourne Lost Pets and Harvey's Army South. I kindly request for my account to be reactivated as this situation does not seem fair.

I'm unsure what triggered all of this. I was informed that I exceeded limits on commenting, liking, and adding friends which resulted in a temporary block. To address this for my business activities, I created a business page hoping I could carry on. Despite ongoing server issues on Facebook, I notified my group about the problems and promptly got logged out of my account, prompting me to submit a photo for review. It appears my entire profile has vanished, leaving me unable to access my business page. Despite attempting to recover my account, I'm not receiving the code via email. I have double-checked my email address for accuracy and have confirmed that nothing is being sent. I am eager to understand the reasons behind this situation, and if there was an error on my part, I would appreciate the chance to rectify it.

I am interested in Facebook's policy regarding licensed breeders who are compliant with local regulations, health-testing parents, providing proper care for puppies, and vetting potential buyers. I would like clarification on Facebook's stance on breeder marketing. While I support shutting down unethical breeders, there seems to be confusion as some groups are reporting legitimate breeders without thorough investigation, resulting in restrictions. The rules specify individual-to-individual sales are prohibited, not business-to-individual transactions. Could you please provide insight into Facebook's policy to help responsible breeders avoid penalization and educate these groups on distinguishing between ethical and unethical practices? I appreciate a prompt response.

I am the event coordinator for the "Kittitas County Military Vehicle Group" on Facebook. Recently, Facebook prompted me to log in with a password and username, which I do not have as a friend initially set up the account. I now find myself unable to access the account without this information. When attempting to retrieve the password, Facebook sends a 6-digit code to my email, which unfortunately goes to my spam folder and expires before I can retrieve it. This has left me unable to post important event updates. I am hoping for a quick resolution to this issue to avoid potential disruptions to our group's communication. Thank you, Jim.

We are currently experiencing an issue with accessing the photos on our Facebook page (High Arts at New York Theater Festival). It appears that our photos have been removed, and we are uncertain as to why this has happened. A few days ago, we shared a live video with music on our page and received a notification about copyright infringement. However, it is unclear if this is related to the removal of our photos. The page serves as promotion for an upcoming play in August, so having the content accessible is crucial for our production. We would appreciate any guidance on how to recover the photos. Thank you.

On June 29th, my Facebook account was disabled in error. I promptly appealed this decision by submitting my government ID for verification. Despite receiving an email acknowledging they would review the information, I have not received any updates for the past 6 days. When attempting to download my account data, I was informed that my account was permanently disabled for violating Facebook's Terms of Service. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, Facebook cannot disclose more details or provide access to my data. I am now feeling hopeless as my disabled account is linked to multiple accounts on various websites and games.

A troubling situation has arisen involving an individual using multiple names, SHAUN AGUNYEGO, SHAUN TABANSI, and KING SHAUN MUMBA, who has targeted my friends on Facebook to tarnish my reputation. Despite not being connected on Facebook, he has sent offensive messages through Messenger, even using an Australian phone number. This ongoing harassment has taken a toll on my health, and I am seeking help to address this distressing situation. Sincerely, Christopher Agunyego.

I have set up 2FA on my account to send verification codes to my mobile phone. Recently, someone tried to access my account, causing multiple activation codes to be sent to my phone. After being logged out, I verified my account through friend recognition, changed my password, and was asked for an activation code due to an unrecognized device. Unfortunately, I could not receive the code despite numerous attempts, receiving a message that I had made too many requests. Subsequent attempts to receive the code have been unsuccessful, and I have not logged in from any other device. I only have 2FA enabled on my phone. I am still facing the same issue after two days. Please assist me in resolving this problem or guide me on what steps I can take. You can reach out to me via email for additional information. Thank you. Regards, Vesna S.

Around 3-5pm Eastern Time on July 2, my Facebook session on my profile as Rachel Mcmillan got interrupted. I was logged out and prompted to log back in. I'm encountering authentication issues preventing me from accessing my account despite resetting my password multiple times. This disruption is affecting my linked Instagram account and business page, associated with my profile (Rachel Mcmillan, [redacted]). As I heavily rely on Facebook for my business advertising, I am distressed by the situation. Even after consulting with my IT personnel for over 2 hours today, the problem remains unsolved. Additionally, I noticed what seems to be a compromised duplicate account under my maiden name, Rachel Willamson, with minimal content. I urgently need assistance with regaining access to my account to avoid disruptions in my advertising efforts and seek resolution for the downtime endured.

I'm facing trouble accessing my Facebook account since the email associated with it has been deactivated. I used this email only to avoid spam mails. Unfortunately, I can't recall the password as I changed it for security reasons. Trying to set up my account on a new phone, I got logged out from my previous devices. Although Facebook recognizes my phone number linked to the account, I am unable to reset the password as the reset link goes to the deactivated email. I feel stuck and seeking help to regain access. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have been misled seven times by the Facebook lottery promotion regarding my winnings. Despite being promised my winnings to arrive on Monday, 30/06/[redacted] at 05:00 p.m., no one showed up. This has occurred seven times, causing my frustration. I am dissatisfied with the Facebook lottery promotion's responses, as they now request additional fees even after I have already paid over £[redacted].00. I provided proof of payment, yet they have not shown proof of my winnings. I demand action from the individuals handling the Facebook lottery promotion winnings, as I am contemplating legal action to retrieve the money owed to me.

Hello, I am Aswad Syed (Himel) from Bangladesh. I have been an active Facebook user since [redacted]. Recently, on 1st July, I playfully edited a photo of an Indian cricketer, only intending to have fun with my friends. Following this, I encountered an issue where my Facebook session expired abruptly, leading to a message stating that my account has been disabled. I proceeded to submit an online request form, including my national ID card and a recent photo of myself. This Facebook account is crucial as it links to all my other social media platforms like Instagram, WeChat, and Pix500. I am unable to engage in my social activities and connect with friends and family. The email address provided is fundamental as it is linked solely to my Facebook account. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account as I do not have an alternative profile to stay connected on social media.

I primarily use my Facebook account for personal reasons, mainly to keep up with my children's activities. Recently, I made a purchase from a seller on Facebook, but after paying, I realized that I wouldn't receive the items. Upon reaching out on her page for assistance from other members, she took screenshots of my account and reported me. This individual is the one engaging in deceitful practices, selling items she doesn't possess under a false identity. Despite having evidence from the court that supports my situation, my account has been disabled, making it challenging for me to create new ones. I am seeking assistance as Facebook should conduct a proper investigation before deactivating an account.

I came across a Facebook page advertising "McGruff Safety Kits" for kids, supposedly for free. However, when I contacted them, I discovered that to receive these kits, a representative has to visit your home and aggressively pitch life insurance, only briefly mentioning the safety kit. This company, AIL (American Income Life Insurance), does not disclose this requirement beforehand or in their ads. They falsely claim to be associated with the police, which the police have denied. I believe this is a scam and should be removed from Facebook. I've tried warning others by commenting on their ad, but my comments keep getting removed. I have evidence of their misleading tactics and have reported them to Facebook, though I could not add a description to my report.

On Sunday, June 23, [redacted], someone accessed my account (@openartstudiosgreenville) by figuring out my password. They proceeded to post content that violated Facebook policies, resulting in the disabling of not only my personal account, but also several business accounts linked to it, namely @realestatedrawings, @pencildrawingsbyashley, and @facepaintersbyashley. Additionally, they used Messenger to impersonate my business and spread false information to specific individuals, causing significant harm. While I suspect the individual responsible, I lack concrete evidence. Despite attempting to recover my accounts through the Facebook process, it has been over a week, and I remain locked out. As a business heavily reliant on social media for communication with my [redacted]+ followers, this situation has severely impacted my ability to operate effectively.

I recently encountered a series of problems regaining access to my Facebook account. After forgetting my password, I attempted to reset it but could not identify my account with any of my email addresses. I then created new accounts, using variations of my name and pictures with my loved ones, such as my boyfriend, godchild, and her mother. However, after brief periods of access, I was locked out of each account for various reasons, including being accused of impersonation. Despite trying to comply with requested photo verifications, inconsistencies arose. I am solely seeking the restoration of my original account, "Kelly Singleton," as I have a long-standing history with Facebook and consider the current situation an unprecedented inconvenience. It is distressing not knowing whether my daughter is safe due to a lack of communication options.

My Facebook account has been deactivated by Facebook without any valid reason. I have not violated any terms and have always treated others with respect. This account is significant to me as it holds years of memories with my colleagues and school friends. I rely on it for accessing paid subscriptions, and its sudden deactivation has caused me financial loss. I work in a senior role at a reputable accounting firm and am valued in my community. I am trying to find a way to contact Facebook to resolve this issue and would be willing to provide any information they require for verification.
