The customer service from Facebook has been severely lacking, with no clear assistance provided despite my numerous appeals for help and clarification. I accidentally removed myself as the admin of my page (www.facebook.com/TreasuredTortuga) with no other admins. I can't request access as the page has no admin. How can I recover it? I recently had to deactivate our business page due to inappropriate posts made by individuals named R.S. and B.M. on our recommendations section. R.S. even blocked me on her personal page which prevented me from monitoring the unwanted activities on our business page. Additionally, her sister published private text messages I had sent, causing further distress. I believe the ability for someone to block an admin from their personal page should not grant access to the business page. We require settings that allow proactive banning of users, rather than waiting for misconduct. I closed the page on June 24, [redacted], at around 6 PM for Pet Country Grooming & Boarding in Booneville, MS. I seek Facebook's assistance in reinstating the page promptly and implementing measures to prevent such incidents. My primary concerns include regaining control over the page, pre-approving posts, managing bans efficiently, and disciplining the offenders appropriately. It is crucial to act swiftly and prevent further damage by removing the offending post.

I managed the Fb page Bytown Paranormal Quebec under my name, Sandra LePage. I handled the posts, and Eric Boudreault managed the ads. I was the primary admin of the team. John Buffam assisted me in setting up the page initially due to my unfamiliarity with Facebook. However, a dispute led to John blocking me from my own page. The content was primarily in French, a language I understand but John does not.
I believe it's unjust that John is attempting to merge my page with his team's page to acquire followers. I'd like to regain control of the page without granting him access or at least prevent him from reaching my followers.
Evidence of my involvement includes numerous posts about abandoned locations. Our last investigation was in Golden Lake, Ontario. In [redacted], we traveled to France and explored places like Chateau de Fenelon and Chateau de la Dame Blanche, experiences in which John was not involved.

Hello, I would like to kindly request assistance in resolving some issues. My business is verified and has a green mark, but I am experiencing difficulties that are hindering my ability to work and advertise effectively. I have provided all necessary information such as emails, business phone, tax ID, home and business addresses, broker license, driver’s license, SSL, and company documents.
All websites have approved pixels linked to them, verified emails, team member links, and connections to platforms like Woocommerce and Facebook pages, verified by Google. However, I am encountering various problems on different pages:
1) On some pages, I cannot tag a username and receive a message stating: “The content you requested cannot be displayed right now…”
2) On other pages, I am prompted to “Verify Your Business.”
3) Some pages display the message: “could not be registered. You can make changes and submit again.”
4) When attempting to post products from my site, I receive the following message: “The 'manage_pages' permission must be granted before impersonating a user's page.”

I recently moved and changed my phone number. Because of this, I am facing difficulties accessing my Facebook account. The email linked to my account is connected to an old Facebook account that was disabled by Facebook years ago. The phone number associated with my account is an old work number that I no longer have access to. Whenever I try to log in with my new number, I am directed to a business page. I utilized my partner's phone to find my Facebook username but have hit a dead end as I am unable to receive a reset code to change my password. I am eager to regain access to my active account under the username brian.wachtel.39 by updating my email and phone number. Additionally, I would like to have the old account removed to avoid any future issues. Alternatively, I simply want to regain access to my account.

I encountered issues with my Facebook account due to unauthorized access from various locations, including Philadelphia. I created multiple accounts to address this, but one was closed for using a name that seemed false to them. I have a community page related to DDLG, and unfortunately, we are facing ongoing harassment despite not engaging in inappropriate behavior. I recently shared a post about my struggles with depression, and it has led to severe harassment and false accusations against our group. Despite numerous reports and blocks, no actions have been taken. I am requesting the removal of groups like "DDLG always ruins the party" due to the continuous harassment myself and my followers are enduring. The lack of proper reporting mechanisms for cases of bullying is distressing, and I have evidence in the form of screenshots to support my claims. It is disheartening that Facebook does not offer effective ways to address these issues and instead removes valid attempts at self-defense. I created a personal account and soon after that received a message saying my account has been disabled. I had to send a picture of myself but then after 72 hours, my account was still not active. This happened last Monday (24/06/[redacted]).
I then tried to create a second account, and the same thing happened again after I uploaded a picture of myself. My account was disabled after 36 hours (01/07/[redacted]).
I am quite disappointed with Facebook as I am trying to use it for my business and to reconnect with friends. I am unsure why my accounts keep getting disabled when I have not violated any rules by posting inappropriate content.

My Facebook account got disabled because I didn't want my name associated with it but used a variation of our company name. I created it solely for the company page, not for a personal profile.
After understanding why the account was disabled, I submitted a picture of my ID with my legal name matching the email, and a copy of my business card. Attempting to sign up for a new account failed as my email is linked to the disabled account.
I dedicated 5 hours creating company and event pages which I don't want to lose. I'm willing to provide any necessary proof of identity and change the account name.
Facebook should consider allowing business page creation without a personal account. I deactivated my personal account earlier because I prefer not to be personally associated with Facebook. As the organizer for my company's events, I had to create the page. However, I want to keep my personal information private on Facebook.
Kindly reactivate the account promptly.

Hello,
On the 17th of June, my account was disabled, supposedly due to a violation of Facebook's terms of service. The last post I shared was a picture of me winning a bodybuilding competition. The image featured me in swimwear, similar to what you'd see at the beach. Although it garnered a lot of engagement with over [redacted] comments and [redacted] likes within 2-3 hours, I suspect it may have been reported as nudity by someone. I have maintained the same behavior on Facebook for the past 10 years, so I am unsure of the violation.
It has been over 2 weeks since my accounts were disabled. Both of my business accounts linked to my personal one are affected, and my Instagram account is also disabled. These platforms are essential for my job.
I am hopeful for a review of my case or at least an explanation for the disablement. If I inadvertently breached any rules, I sincerely apologize. I am eager to have my accounts reinstated, particularly Instagram, as it is crucial for my work.

One of my Facebook connections shared a post addressing an unpleasant encounter with an individual who harassed her while concealing his identity. Despite both parties being married, the man persistently pursued an inappropriate relationship with my friend. In response, we all shared her post to raise awareness. I believe my phone has been compromised as I am unable to access my Facebook app and games linked to it due to hacking. This distressing situation has been ongoing for three years. It seems the hacker is using a device named CPU IPhone OS_2 like MAC OSX. I attempted to follow your instructions to send my photo along with the codes you provided, but was unsuccessful due to an inconvenient position for taking a picture. Despite this, the hacker managed to take a photo and send it. When you send verification codes, they are intercepted before reaching my mailbox. Without your assistance, I fear I will never regain control of my Facebook account and Messenger. It seems impossible to outsmart this hacker as they possess extensive knowledge about me. Even acquiring a new phone with a different number doesn't solve the issue since they have access to all my private data and could potentially hack any new device. It's a distressing situation, and your support is greatly appreciated.

A few weeks ago, I received a notification stating that someone was attempting to access my account, and my other accounts were also compromised. Facebook detected it as coming from Mexico and prevented the access. I suspect my password has been changed. When I tried to reset it, my previous email, which I no longer have access to, is the only option available. I attempted to receive a text on my current phone number associated with the account but did not receive anything. While I am still logged in on my phone, I am unable to make any modifications. I am supposed to have trusted contacts established, but when I try to follow the instructions on the Facebook Help page and add my new email or phone number to get contacted, it just redirects me to the login page. This cycle prevents me from receiving any links to reset my password.
