I created my original Facebook page in [redacted]. I can no longer access it because I can't remember the email I used to sign up, and I forgot the phone number I used. The last time I accessed it was in [redacted]. When I try to recover it, only my new account shows up. Even searching for my old account shows it, but the new one still comes up. I've tried using the URL to recover it but no luck. I contacted support before but got no feedback. This is frustrating as my original page has all my college and high school friends. I want to delete the new page but have to wait 30 days, which is inconvenient. I just want access to my original Facebook page. Thank you.

We have faced challenges trying to advertise due to the keyword "ibnb.gr" being blocked for spam, despite the domain being recently activated after being in our possession for two years. We have encountered difficulties promoting our tourist platform company website on Facebook due to this issue. The platform serves as a tool for professionals in the tourism industry to connect with users, with strict security measures in place. Despite reporting the matter to Facebook, the block hasn't been lifted, causing significant inconvenience during peak tourist season. We operate under the name "ibnb" with the domain "ibnb.gr" and are committed to providing a legitimate service. My husband, Mr. Stephanos Telioridis, has also been involved in managing the platform and submitting reports to Facebook.

Someone has hacked my account again, along with my Gmail and TextNow accounts. I have no way to access them. Last night, everything on my Facebook was fine. I was uploading some music links I've been listening to when I woke up to a high number of notifications. After clicking on one, Facebook requested a photo of me. I promptly sent one, expecting to regain access. It's been nearly 12 hours now, and I'm frustrated. Facebook claims my current profile picture violates their terms due to it being a photo of me and my Mum with a music banner. I don't see the issue as I've had this picture for a long time. I hope for your help in resolving this or guidance on what to do. Each time I attempt to log in, I receive a message saying I can't use Facebook at the moment as they review the photo I submitted for security purposes. I'm annoyed as I have a lot of music-related content and memories with my Mum on my account. I simply want my account back. Thank you.

I was a member of The Medical Hub and The Horror Hub. Recently, I shared what I believed was a spider bite, but the administrator, Ted Tudor, responded by correcting me in a disrespectful manner. He belittled me and others for their guesses about medical issues, which is concerning and inappropriate behavior for someone in a position of authority on a respected Facebook page. Ted Tudor needs to be held accountable for his actions as his behavior may be perceived as bullying. I was unfairly removed from the group and believe steps should be taken to prevent further bullying incidents.

I am sharing my experience regarding Ted Tudor from The Medical Hub. Ted is being accused of bullying members who express their opinions on medical issues. He removed me from The Medical Hub and The Horror Hub for speaking up for myself. He resorted to name-calling and belittling behavior. I witnessed him mistreating others as well. This behavior is disrespectful and can have serious consequences on someone's mental health. I urge for some action to be taken to address his bullying tendencies. My name is Trevor Carlile, and I was unfairly removed from both groups. I hope that steps are taken to address this situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I created a Facebook account last Thursday and started connecting with friends and setting up a page for my wine business. After successfully inviting friends to like the page, unexpectedly, Facebook disabled my account and requested identification verification. Even after following their instructions and providing my ID, my account is still inaccessible. I am puzzled about what went wrong and how to recover my account. Where can I find information regarding my ID verification and how can I access my account again?

On 28/06/19, a friend informed me about a suspicious ad "Clearance sales summary of [redacted]" on my Facebook account. I promptly removed the post and updated my password through the app on my phone. During the same day, a Facebook pop-up asked me to verify posts I liked/groups I joined due to the compromised account. I re-entered my new password. The following day, 29/06/19, another friend mentioned my account was missing from their friend list. When I tried logging in, my new password was no longer valid. After attempting to reset it, I was prompted to input a 6-digit code sent to my email, which was deactivated due to spam. I am worried about my profile with personal photos, including my baby's pictures, being accessed by someone else and urgently seek assistance to resolve this issue.

I need help reporting an account that is constantly engaging in bullying behavior on other people's posts. They use hate speech against various religions and backgrounds, for example, commenting that being gay means you're a pedophile or that gay individuals will be stoned or thrown into water. They accuse innocent individuals of being pedophiles simply because they disagree on matters related to sexuality and religion. Additionally, they target groups like Muslims with hate speech. Despite my previous reports, no action has been taken. I have screenshots of the offensive content, including comments suggesting that someone's mother should have aborted them. I fear their hateful behavior may drive someone to suicide.

I tried to access my Facebook account on my new phone. On June 8th, I attempted multiple times to log in but couldn't recall my password. Despite requesting a reset multiple times, I never received the 6-digit code on my phone. Last night, I tried to log in once more but didn't receive anything despite hitting resend around twenty times. Today, I managed to log in with a very old password, but when I tried to change it, I kept getting a message saying "incorrect password," preventing me from updating it. I tried transitioning from my phone to my computer to investigate further but couldn't log in at all. None of my passwords are working again. I've changed my contact information, but I'm still not receiving any reset codes. This situation is quite frustrating, and I would appreciate some assistance. Thank you.

I need to report concerning Miss A. Ledbetter, also known as Province. She has posted false, harassing, and defaming statements about our church, Upper Room Ministry, on social media. Even though she has been a member for 2 1/2 years, she is accusing the church of lying, bullying, slander, and trying to drive her away. She has even falsely accused the pastors of dishonesty and unethical behavior, tarnishing our church's reputation for integrity, love, and aiding those in need. She went as far as threatening a civil lawsuit in another Facebook post, all based on fabrications. I am deeply concerned that her actions could severely harm the church if people believe her falsehoods. The impact of her lies could be detrimental and damaging to our community.

I am experiencing an issue setting up my Facebook account. Previously, the number belonged to Keyla Saucedo. Despite sending a message earlier regarding this matter and having the complaint investigated, it was closed with no problems found. It's worth noting that Keyla also contacted you on the same day. I have attempted to create a new account, but I am unable to due to the existing one under Keyla's name. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with creating an account under my information. Hello, I operate an Instagram fan page dedicated to my beloved singer, together with numerous online companions within the fan community. Recently, another Instagram user by the name of Summer Dawson has been engaging in troubling behavior, including creating fake accounts, falsely reporting our pages, cyberbullying us, encouraging self-harm among young teens, perpetuating racist attitudes, and succeeding in having my hard work of 5 months taken down through false reports. She fabricates videos and is causing distress to me and my friends. I am desperate to have my fan account restored promptly, and I also seek guidance on taking legal action against this individual. Such actions can have severe consequences on vulnerable young individuals, and I possess photographic proof to support my claims. I am in urgent need of assistance. Kindly contact me via email.

I was recently blocked from Facebook for 24 hours for posting a photo of my 3-year-old niece playing outside in shorts and no shirt after swimming. I did not intend for it to be seen as sexual activity, but the image was reported. I tried to fix the issue by deleting the photo, but it was reported again, resulting in a 3-day block. I am frustrated that while my harmless post was penalized, other inappropriate content goes unnoticed. I am a loyal Facebook user, but this incident has left me upset. How can this be resolved?

Hello, I have recently set up my Product Catalog on Facebook Business connected to Shopify. I noticed that when I add products to Shopify, they automatically appear in the Facebook catalog, resulting in duplicate entries. How can I delete a single product from the Catalog > Products section? I have tried searching online for a solution but haven't found a straightforward method. My Facebook account got disabled due to suspected activities. To verify myself, they requested a clear picture, which I promptly provided. Strangely, they claimed the image contained other people, which it didn't. After sending a second close-up picture of just myself, my account is now under review. Despite this occurring last night, I'm still unable to access my account, with a message saying they are still verifying. Should I just wait now? I even uploaded a photo of my Minnesota State ID for further verification. I'm hoping for an email explaining the situation. At this point, all I can do is wait. That's it for now 🙂

I have been part of a group for 2 years, where the administrator recently blocked me unfairly. Despite not violating any rules, she blocked me due to not liking something I said. I was not disrespectful and cannot grasp why she reacted that way. The group is meant for support for those who have experienced abuse, yet being verbally abused and blocked by the administrator feels unjust. Unfortunately, I don't have a record of the group conversation but I do have the message she sent me via messenger, which was inappropriate. The treatment I received goes against the purpose of the group, and it is disheartening to be mistreated by someone in a position of authority. I am hopeful for a resolution to this issue. Thank you.

Hello, Currently in Asia, my wallet was stolen at the start of my trip. Someone accessed my Tinder account, pretending to be me and sending inappropriate messages. They also took my phone number, possibly altered our conversations, and threatened to share them with my contacts unless I pay up. I foolishly transferred money via the Revolut app, but they claim their account is now blocked and demand more money or they’ll proceed. I’m unsure if Facebook can help me reach my contacts or prevent these messages. I don’t know the scammer’s Facebook account, only their email which could be fake. After experiencing a severe accident last fall and struggling with limited mobility and social isolation during recovery, I turned to my iPad and Facebook for connection. Despite not having access to my contacts or glasses, Facebook allowed me to communicate with friends and family from different stages of my life. Through FaceTiming old friends and seeing their grandchildren, as well as engaging with art and pet groups, I found both comfort and mental stimulation. While I believe Facebook is free, I would need to confirm with my daughters. I strongly disagree with the criticisms from the US President towards the platform, as it serves as a valuable tool for the elderly, individuals living alone, and those seeking to maintain connections regardless of their physical distance. Facebook has been instrumental in helping me stay in touch with younger family members and friends from afar, offering a sense of community and support during challenging times.

I have faced a distressing situation where someone exploited my privacy by creating a fake account with my name and posting private images of mine online. Despite my efforts to remove the account through reporting and involving authorities, I have not succeeded in taking it down for over a year. This disturbing experience has led me to deactivate my original account to avoid further negative comments and cyberbullying. I am currently using a private account under the name Anna Co on messenger to protect myself. However, I remain concerned about the impact this fake account may have on my future job opportunities and reputation.
