Facebook prompted me with the name (Paul Stanly) to verify if I made the change, which I did not. After multiple login attempts, I received a message stating that my account was temporarily disabled for investigation due to a picture provided by the hacker. Today, I attempted to access my account but found that it was disabled. I have provided my national identity card to Facebook as requested, including my Facebook name, but cannot access the associated email account [redacted] My phone number, [redacted]6, is still linked to the account. I am experiencing issues syncing my Facebook business page with my Instagram business page. Instead of synchronizing, a new Facebook business page is being created repeatedly, and I'm unable to merge them due to admin permission restrictions.

After Samsung repaired my Samsung S9+ due to a black screen issue, I encountered trouble accessing my personal account once I got the phone back. I am having trouble deleting my Facebook business boosted ad. I initially thought it would only cost $25 with a $10 discount, but now I am seeing that I will be charged $70. I am disappointed that my comment was blocked and categorized as hate speech. I find it alarming and reminiscent of the warnings about censorship. I would like clarification on what specific part of my comment was deemed hateful. Was it criticizing the decision of America and Iran to develop nuclear weapons or pointing out that nuclear weapons can represent phallic symbols? How should I express these ideas differently?

I would like to raise awareness regarding the frequent selling of Tax Identification Number (TIN) card services on Facebook. Despite the fact that TIN cards are provided for free, individuals are selling them for prices ranging from 100Php to 500Php on Facebook Marketplace or personal accounts. This practice is unlawful and goes against Philippine regulations.
The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is the sole authority responsible for issuing TINs and TIN ID cards to taxpayers in the Philippines. Obtaining a TIN requires filling out a specific application form, submitting it to the nearest BIR Revenue District Office, and obtaining a unique TIN for official transactions. TINs are only issued to individuals and corporations engaged in tax filing and business dealings with the government.
I would like to report these illicit activities on your platform by sending screenshots of the transactions and official memoranda from the BIR for your review. The BIR condemns such actions, and we urge you to prevent these wrongdoings on Facebook. We appreciate your cooperation in combating corruption and stopping these illegal practices.

I need assistance with my account. I suspect it was compromised as the Facebook team has locked it down. They are requesting a photo for verification, but I am unsure of what to do next. A similar incident occurred about two months ago where someone accessed my account, changed passwords, and altered information. While I resolved that issue, yesterday something similar happened. I was using my account yesterday morning, browsing through news when I received a message (which I now suspect to be a virus) from a friend that I clicked on. Everything seemed fine until the afternoon when another friend messaged me privately to inform me that my account was deleted. When I tried to check, I found my account locked. I seek guidance on resolving this issue promptly and restoring access to my account.

On May 5th, as I tried to log in to my Facebook account, I received a "Session expired" message, and I was logged out automatically. I attempted to log in multiple times but realized I had forgotten my password as I hardly ever logged out previously. I was prompted to use a recovery code sent to my email, but I also could not remember the password for that email address that was solely used to create my Facebook account. I have been unable to access my Facebook account for nearly a month now. Despite sending several emails to their support team, I have not received any responses. I am unable to log in because someone attempted to hack my account. I did not set up a Code Generator or generate a code from an authentication app. Despite receiving emails to reset my password and resetting it multiple times, I still cannot access the Code Generator since I cannot log in. I have been a Facebook user for over a decade and mainly use it to connect with my out-of-state family without posting inappropriate content. I have submitted my ID, marriage certificate, and birth certificate, and followed the steps provided by Facebook, but none of the codes worked, and I have not received any response. I believe Facebook is trying to protect my account, but it seems like I am now locked out due to the hacking attempt. I need to set up my email and phone number but am unable to access the generator code. I also do not have any trusted contacts set up for account recovery. Despite communicating that I do not possess and have never had a Facebook account, I continue to receive unsolicited correspondence from Facebook, cluttering my email. Hello, I experienced an unexpected logout from Facebook last night. I've attempted to log back in using my long-standing password, but I'm unable to access my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my password as my old email address, which I used for registration and password recovery in the past, is no longer active. Additionally, my current phone number does not seem to be linked to my Facebook account.
