Hello, I had a situation on Facebook where I helped someone sell items that turned out to be replicas, resulting in the buyer getting scammed. After informing them about the issue, the person reported me, leading to my account being inaccessible since February. I created a new account, but it keeps getting disabled. I contacted Facebook about my accounts, continually receiving emails stating they are unable to assist me even after following their instructions. The support provided feels like a never-ending loop. All I want is my Facebook account back, and I believe there should be a more efficient system in place for these issues.
I am the genuine Bridget Johnson and not impersonating anyone. I am highly dissatisfied as my account was hacked initially, leading me to create a new one. I am currently experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account. I was prompted to provide a second form of authentication and opted to receive a code via text message on my cell phone. Despite requesting a resend multiple times, I did not receive any text messages. For three years, I have been continuously reporting unauthorized images on an individual's profile that are linked to a legal issue I am currently managing. Despite my efforts, this person is uncooperative in removing these photos, which were obtained without my consent. Despite my diligent reporting, Facebook has not taken significant action as this does not violate their community standards. The reposting of these images has occurred without repercussions. Law enforcement has advised me to refrain from using social media to protect myself, which I have complied with, but the individual in question persists in sharing these images. I have faced stalking and harassment in person as a result of these unauthorized photos being circulated. I am seeking urgent intervention to prevent this individual from ever sharing my images without consent on Facebook, without resorting to legal measures. I was charged $17.12 through PayPal for an account called Business Babes Society. I was not the admin of this group page; it was created by someone who was removed from our original Business Babes Society account. The charges occurred from June 17th to June 22nd at 8:30 pm. The actual admin closed the account and made me admin without my consent because she couldn't cover the charges, which came out of my PayPal. This person created the fake Business Babes Society to seek revenge on our legitimate group. I have contacted PayPal, but they were unable to assist me. Please advise on how I can get a refund for these unauthorized charges.

After receiving a suspicious message, I refrained from opening it but still encountered a hack on my account. Subsequently, I changed my password. Despite receiving what appears to be a legitimate email from Facebook to reset my password and secure my account, I have been unable to do so successfully. Following the provided security protocols has not resolved the issue as all the codes I enter are deemed invalid or lead to errors. My account remains inaccessible with no way to unlock it. Attempts to communicate with Facebook support have been futile, leaving me puzzled about the legitimacy of the emails and texts I have received, instructing me to take the same actions outlined in the security guidelines.

About a month ago, my Facebook account was disabled due to an error on my part. I followed the instructions provided by Facebook to verify my identity and submitted copies of my Driver's License and passport. However, after being approved to reactivate my account, the link they sent me did not work, leading to repeated errors. I contacted them via email, but received the same link that continued to not function.
I then attempted to create a new account with a different email, suspecting my original account was deactivated. Unfortunately, this new account was also disabled for alleged rule violations. I am concerned that my personal photos were used on Facebook without my permission to create a video. I do not wish for my photos to be included in any videos or shared with others. Please refrain from using my photos in any future videos.
Additionally, a friend on Facebook was hacked, and I received a suspicious message from HULU which I did not open after contacting the friend's mother about the hacking incident. Facebook should take measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
I believe it would be beneficial for Facebook to establish a phone assistance program to allow users to directly communicate with a customer service representative regarding any issues they may encounter on the platform.
