I created a Facebook account using my email and then made a business page, but it asked for photo verification and later disabled my account. I tried again with my cell phone number for another account, created a page for my business with a matching username, but faced the same photo verification issue and got disabled again. I've submitted my passport and driver's license but it's been two weeks without access. I bought a [redacted] schoolhouse to renovate into a rental venue, aiming to promote it on Facebook and Instagram before fall. Unfortunately, I can't use my preferred username "bellflowerplace" as it's linked to my disabled account. I'm willing to close or delete the email-linked account to sort this out.

I viewed a disturbing video on Facebook and decided to express my thoughts about it. Instead of the video being removed, I was unexpectedly removed from the platform for allegedly spreading hate speech. All I mentioned was my opinion on how men's inappropriate actions led to the consequences they faced. The video showcased men behaving inappropriately towards women, who then defended themselves. I expressed the view that such conduct by the men was unacceptable, and they faced the appropriate repercussions. It is frustrating that content depicting harm towards women is allowed to remain online, potentially influencing people negatively. I believe my freedom of speech was violated, and the video should have been taken down promptly. The situation leaves me questioning the platform's actions.

Our WordPress website, which we rarely used, was hacked 2 or 3 years ago and had inappropriate content. Our Instagram account was also hacked last year, but I managed to regain it by slightly altering the username. Currently, we are setting up ecommerce through Shopify and have implemented Authenticator to secure our website. However, when attempting to link our website name to Facebook or Instagram, I am blocked from posting or commenting due to lingering inappropriate content issues. I have the necessary business documents and payment records to verify our business legitimacy. Our original username was "fourandtwentysailors," which I had to change to "fourandtwentysailor" without the 's' at the end. I'm seeking assistance on how to: #1 retrieve our original username and #2 enable me to add my website name to our social media profiles (fourandtwentysailors.com). Thank you, Shellie, the owner.

I am currently experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account.
The email address I originally used to sign up for Facebook in [redacted] has been compromised and is no longer in use. I changed my primary email on Facebook to a current one, but started receiving unexpected password reset codes, indicating an attempt to hack my account. To secure it, I changed my password and removed the old email from my account. However, when trying to log back in, the system still recognizes the old email as my primary contact. Despite my efforts to update it with a new email, I'm not receiving any reset codes. I have tried different phone numbers and even created a new email account without success. Unfortunately, Facebook's automated support options are not resolving my issue, and I am unable to reach a human representative for assistance. It is crucial for me to regain access to my account, as it contains valuable information and connections built over the past decade.

I've encountered issues with Facebook regarding the promotion of my upcoming production, "CultureShock," a fictional comedy series. Every time I try to post something on the page, it gets flagged and removed for not complying with the community guidelines. Even the names I've chosen for the page and promotional posts are repeatedly rejected. Facebook mistakenly believes I am promoting politics and elections, which is not the case. I'm frustrated with the situation, especially after my account was temporarily disabled, requiring me to go through additional steps to reactivate it. I simply want to promote my show on Facebook without facing these obstacles.

I am a survivor of abuse and in the past, my ex-partner gained unauthorized access to my Facebook and email accounts following our breakup. His name is Geo Cal from Des Moines, Iowa, and my current Facebook is under Tanya Missimer. To address this issue, please contact me at [redacted] I am also seeking advice on the legality of his actions and if there are grounds to press charges for his unauthorized access and activities on my accounts.

Dear Technical Support Team,
I'm reaching out regarding my Facebook account under the name NP Phan. A few months ago, my account was hacked along with the email I used to sign up for Facebook. The hacker changed my Facebook password and the information on my Yahoo mail.
Fortunately, I can still access my Facebook account through the app on my iPhone. I have updated my phone number and enabled 2-factor authentication to prevent the hacker from logging back in.
Although I can login to my Facebook account, I am unable to recover my password. My account username is ngocphuongnphan, and my phone number is [redacted].
I hope this explanation clarifies the situation I am facing, and I am seeking your assistance in recovering my password.
I eagerly await your response.
Best regards,
Natalie

Hello, I hope you're having a good day. Recently, I received a message that seemed very legitimate. It mentioned that there's a giveaway of free items from gift boxes where a person gets three chances to choose. The reason behind this generous offer is to give back to customers after many loyal years. To claim the gift, there is only a $1 shipping fee required. Despite being cautious about online scams, this particular offer doesn't appear suspicious. It doesn't redirect to an insecure website or demand any additional money beyond the shipping fee. The presence of the Facebook logo on the page adds to its credibility. However, I am unsure if not having a credit card would impact my chances of receiving the item. I am interested in claiming the gift, as it seems legitimate and winning something would be exciting.

I recently deactivated my Facebook account for security reasons, but I am now facing difficulties reactivating it. I have not received any text messages with the code, and the code generator is not an option since my account is deactivated. Despite trying to request the code repeatedly, it now shows that too many code requests have been made. Additionally, the methods of submitting a photo with a code or a government ID were unsuccessful due to broken links. I am feeling increasingly frustrated and would appreciate assistance in logging back into my account.

Setting up Facebook was one of the first things I did when I was learning about the internet, as you can see from the age of my account, which is over 10 years old. Since then, I have changed my phone number and email several times. I have no clue how the account is set up now. I have tried to access and fix it, as well as contact you, but I haven't had any luck. It's upsetting because I have lost family pictures due to water damage, and these pictures of my kids are so precious. They hold many memories that go back for many years. My kids are now 23, 20, and 19, and it's amazing to see how young they were in these photos. Please help me access my account. My name is Karin Caputo, and my married name is Karin Bellsante. I can provide whatever information you need. I just want to access these memories of my kids.

I am Leighamber Southerland. I have had a Facebook account for a few years now with your platform. I have always used the same password during this time. Despite changing phones without issues, a few days ago, I encountered a "session expired" message upon opening the app. When attempting to log back in, my password was not recognized. I have tried to reset my password using my mobile number, but the code isn't being sent. I also attempted to reset it using my email, but the necessary information isn't appearing. I suspect someone I used to know, with whom I've had a falling out, may have tampered with my account. While others can see my page, I am unable to access it. I am at a loss as to how this occurred. My account holds significant memories, including photos from my pregnancies and other milestones. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in recovering my account. I have always adhered to Facebook's guidelines and am bewildered by this situation. Please provide me with help to regain access.

Hello, I am Scott McAuley. I have been on Facebook since [redacted] without any problems. I have an account under Scott McAuley and I am also the Chief of Police, overseeing the Cisco Police Department's page. Recently, another page named Binance Academy appeared on my profile, falsely listing me as an administrator without my knowledge or consent. Despite multiple requests to remove me, they did not comply. This resulted in my account being suspended by Facebook whenever the Binance Academy page violated policies. Recently, a friend helped me make changes to the Binance Academy page, and they promptly removed me. However, Facebook has disabled my account unfairly. I ask for a review of my posts, both on my personal account and the Cisco Police Department account, to confirm compliance with Facebook's policies. The problematic Binance Academy page has been dealt with, and I seek the restoration of my disabled account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with the Crisdress Facebook page. After purchasing clothing items through their website advertised on Facebook, I discovered that the products were not as described. When I tried to return the items, the company refused. They offered me a mere $17 to keep the items, citing long return processes and low profits due to being a Chinese company. This situation is unacceptable. I urge Facebook to take action against Crisdress, as I suspect their page with over 2K followers is a scam to deceive customers into buying substandard products. Facebook needs to suspend their account and help me get a proper refund, as it was their sponsored ad that led me to this deceitful website.

Hello, my name is Cindy Wallace. Recently, I started selling my antiques on Marketplace without fully understanding the compliance rules, as it was my first time selling online. Unfortunately, I unknowingly listed about 10 or 12 items that are not allowed on Marketplace. After Facebook reviewed my items, they informed me that I had violated their policies and temporarily restricted my access. I appealed, expressing my sincere apologies and explaining that it was unintentional due to my lack of knowledge about the rules. However, Facebook decided to permanently ban me from Marketplace. I acknowledge my mistake, and I have since familiarized myself with the rules to prevent any future violations. I desperately need the extra income for essential expenses like bills, food, rent, and medical bills. I have tried to reach out to Facebook to seek their understanding, but they have maintained their decision. I regret my oversight and I am hoping for assistance in resolving this issue with Facebook.

Today when I tried to access my Facebook app on my phone, I found that I am locked out of my account. Despite entering my correct password, the app is stating it is incorrect. It seems like my account may have been compromised, as the password appears to have been reset. When attempting to recover access through the email option on Facebook, it redirects me to a login identity link without success.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am Rannie Z. Raymundo, the founder and CEO of Madhouse Music. With over 30 years of experience as a Singer/songwriter, recording artist, and actor in the Philippines, I established Madhouse Music to provide a platform for the new generation of musicians to showcase their talents. My goal is to promote originality and celebrate our Filipino culture, aiming to share our music globally.
Madhouse Radio OFM is an internet radio program devoted to playing only Filipino original songs. We do not feature cover songs, instead focusing on promoting original music like HILAGA, RaNoli, and Green Rhapsody, among others. Unlike traditional radio stations that stick to established playlists often influenced by pay-for-play practices, we strive to offer a fresh approach.
Despite encountering challenges like broadcast restrictions due to copyright regulations, we are determined to support emerging artists. Our self-funded operation aims to provide a platform for new talent without commercial interests. We kindly request special consideration on platforms like Facebook to continue playing and promoting Original Filipino Music without interruptions.
With your support, we can further our mission of revolutionizing the music industry and nurturing a new wave of Filipino artists. Thank you for considering our request.
Sincerely,

My Facebook account is currently under review for some additional documents, and I am unable to access it despite the settings showing it's not disabled. The message I receive mentions that I won't be able to enter my account until the review is completed. I really need to regain access because I have cherished family photos stored there. Dear Forum Members,
I created the Facebook group "A PATH OF DISCOVERY -" a while back and recently lost my admin privileges, presumably removed by Facebook. I received a notification stating that I was no longer the admin of the group and was accused of impersonation with a warning that my page could be closed. This has left my group without any admin control over posts.
Any suggestions on what steps I should take to regain control of my group would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
Kind regards,
ERIC

Hello,
I have a busy schedule involving charity work, community projects, and photography. Recently, I was disabled on Facebook after years of using it successfully. I'm not interested in using it for financial purposes but would like to resolve this issue promptly so I can continue my work. Can someone please reach out to Facebook on my behalf to address this unusual situation? I appreciate your help in sorting this out. Thank you.

After noticing suspicious emails requesting password changes from a different country, I reported my compromised account. Now, when I log in, I'm prompted to verify my identity through methods like sending a text code to my old phone number (which I no longer have), using another device, or identifying photos of friends. Unfortunately, completing the verification process leads to a screen that doesn't refresh. Even trying to log in from a different device results in the same issue. It seems like a technical glitch on Facebook's end. Regrettably, contacting my old phone number led to another person experiencing a similar problem. We attempted to send a text code to his phone, but it never arrived. As a result, I'm unable to access my Facebook account or Messenger. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
